I wanted a car to get back and fourth to work. These people not only don't listen about not wanting a big car or suv they was trying to put me in a 7 seat passenger van which I currently stated I wanted a car. There add says help everyone and everyone is accepted. I stated to them I do not want a van and she assisted me to get it otherwise I would have to do a down payment after I was promised she would help me to get into a car. I think these people need to get it together stop selling hopes and dreams and just help like you said you would. Also please understand you should help everyone because we all know you wouldn't be there without customers like me.

I haven't bought a car from them, but if you're looking for a great and friendly place to buy from then I would definitely recommend you go here. I had a flat tire and left my car in their lot for the night. They have been completely generous with giving me time to take care of it, one of the gentleman that works there even tried to find a tire for me while I was also looking my self. Once I found it he helped put it back on for me. By no means am I incapable of doing it myself, but the fact that he stepped outside of his job role and showed me the compassion to offer a helping hand blew my mind. I will keep them in mind when it's time for a new vehicle!

Worked with me on very short notice to replace a car that wasn't safe to drive so I could continue getting to my job 30mins away. Very down to Earth people and they try their best to brighten your day if you're having a rough go of a situation. Some small miscommunications happened, but nothing we couldn't work on fixing and they were super willing to be flexible with stuff. I do have higher credit but sitting in with others who didn't, I still saw this same attitude to try and make stuff easier where they could.

Jimmy is the owner and he took very good care of us after the 2day used car issues. Customer service was amazing! He listens, understands your situation, fills you in on things you might not have known before, and was just all around an amazing person to talk business with. All used cars have problems, but they have a mechanic on deck and will give you a GREAT deal to fix any issues, you just have to ask the questions and pay attention to whoever’s selling the car. It was a rough start but after talking to the owner I am more than satisfied. These people will empathize and work with you, it’s not just business man/customer, we’re all people and they want safe and happy customers.

My boyfriend and I went here to look at one vehicle and we test drove it. It wasn't what we were looking for. Had major issues. When we got there there was a sales person available right away to help us and was readily available if we had any questions. When we returned from the test drive with the first vehicle we told him of the issues we found and they immediately took it off of their site for sale. It was a safety issue. Second vehicle we test drove, we loved it. It was more expensive but they worked with us on price and we got it lowered to our price range. We bought the car and are extremely happy with it! The sales person was extremely friendly and talked to us like we were normal people. Not lower then him. Definitely recommend these guys if your looking for a quality used vehicle.

They went out of their way to have the battery replaced and ready to go by the time the paperwork was done. They even gave very helpful advice while we added the car to our insurance!
