The prices went up and my go to wash was eliminated, so now you get less for more money. It’s a drag because this was my go to recommendation to folks who are quick quack customers. Ended up declining today and figured I’ll go find an alternative, I guess.

I am shocked and disgusted with the service I received from both the manager Anthony and the assistant manager Oscar. My mom took my car into get an oil change and wash. In the past the amount was about $130 to get both done. When my elderly mother came home with the receipt I noticed that Oscar charged my mom for a full diesel synthetic for $176 for a car that wasn't even mine. So I called. Spoke with Anthony the manager and he said he would make it right and to bring the receipt and car back in. So she goes out of her way to bring the car and receipt back to them only for them to then charge her $196. Anthony gave me some song and dance about how he had to charge an additional $45 for this and that. But at the end of the day, why the hell would he charge more than he incorrectly charged just out of customer service courtesy. She took additional time out of her day to make it right, and it cost her $20 more??????? Who does that? Anthony does that. None of this was disclosed. He just printed up the receipt charged her and she unknowingly just went along her way. I come home and see this and I am absolutely disgusted by them taking advantage of an elderly woman and having no respect for customer service. I called Anthony and his response was: "Look, my time costs money too." All I could say was "Nice Bro" Gross. So freaking gross. Good luck going there. Never ever going back and would NOT recommend.

Well, at least the manager finally reached out to me and offered for me to come today or tomorrow to have my truck re washed. Fingers crossed it’s actually kinda clean this time…. I recently had my truck serviced and washed at this location, and I’m extremely disappointed. When I got home, I noticed there was still bird droppings all down the passenger side, the interior was barely vacuumed, there’s is still plant dirt etc in ALL the cup holders and doors and I don’t even know where the streaks on the back came from, they weren’t there before, I get that not all the animal hair will come off the carpeted areas but the back floor Matt’s weren’t even vacuumed, and the wheels weren’t shined at all. I called to address this, and was told the manager would call me back—no one ever did. I didn’t have time to return in person. Considering their prices, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place.

Liars, salesmen is what they are. They don't perform the service that they sell. I bought the Clay bar treatment for my entire car. They don't use a clay bar at all, a chemical spray is what they use to clean the residual material from your paint. And they don't treat the entire car. They treat the top surface of the car. I had to argue with the service technician to do a better job. Very disapointing, they don't want to have to bend down to work on your car. Go somewhere else.

Good cleaning on a Monday morning after an Autumn road-trip. No waiting. I don’t usually take my Subaru to the car wash so I was a bit surprised by the prices. The basic entry level wash is now $34.99 so after a tip it’s $50. I’m glad I don’t drive much so won’t need another cleaning for a while.

My car was full of junk! The hard working folks kindly moved my stuff and cleaned my car to perfection! So friendly and fast. The added surprise was when they also did my oil filter change. Usually I only have my auto person do it, but I was in hurry so I thought I would give them a try. I am so glad to learn about this great service. Talk about making it easy! I will always go back! We have been coming here for about 8ish years for both lube and wash services on all our vehicles. Each time is great. Sometimes the washes are a little better or a little worse, but overall, amazing experience. Our kids enjoy the spray gun while we wait. Anthony in lube center is the GOAT and always ensures we are taken care of. It’s always a good time when we leave the car to be cleaned and items we thought were lost, are placed nicely in the center console (sunglasses, kid toys, coloring pictures, etc.). We have recommended this place to family and friends. We have moved out of the Folsom area and now have quite the drive to obtain their services, however, we gladly do it because we trust the service and appreciate the people who handle our vehicles.

Not worth the money. I took Detail wash + Express wax (exterior) + full interior. Left my car with them for good 6 hours only to find subpar service. The exterior wash was a total bogus. I still had bugs stuck to my number plate. A layer of dust below the wipers. Didn’t look it was washed at all. There were places where the wax wasn’t buffed properly leaving white streak marks. The interior had visible areas left as well. The door jambs had dusty white streaks. For the price I paid, I expected better standards and attention to detail. I respect people’s work and expect a certain level of thoroughness when they say the job is complete. I hated to stand there pointing out the missed spots and get them fixed before leaving the place, only to find more missed corners and dust layers when I reached home. If you are particular like me and are looking for value for money, look elsewhere. Having said all of the above, it would be unfair if I didn’t mention the staff. They are very friendly and make you feel welcomed.

After years of declining quality in cleanings, finally having to call it quits with this place. They’ve been cleaning the cars less and less and this time, they didn’t even bother to clean the entire rear inside of my car. They’ve basically wiped down the dashboard and front seats and floors. Other than that, they didn’t even wipe down anything in the back. This isn’t worth the cost anymore, I’ll actually go somewhere else and pay a bit more to get it actually cleaned. For $50-$60 for a basic wash and interior clean, plus tip, it’s not worth it anymore.

Zero stars. I went here on Mother’s Day and I did not check the back. After running errands this is what I found. Unacceptable for $44.99. I will never go back. If you want a great experience for less cost, go to Five Star in Rocklin, they never disappoint. I ended up cleaning the back myself along with a few other spots that were missed. There was only one other car there when I went, no excuse for this.

Horrible experience, took 3 tries to get it right, AND DAMAGED my car. I called, explained what I needed, and was assured it would be covered. Went to drop of my car, explained again, and was assured my concern will be cleaned within the package. I pick up and half the car was not cleaned. Next day I told them what happened, and was told they have many new hires, will clean free of charge, and throw in a free car wash. "Vacuum" was included but nothing- dash, seats, mats- was cleaned. I complained and they said rudely "do you do chores? How often do you clean your house? This is detailing work we're doing extra for you". Finally got cleaned but they broke my emblem and rear brake light.

I am usually very happy with my car wash, I always get the same package. I drive a good distance to come to this particular car wash. Today on the other hand I am VERY disappointed. Doesn't even look like the seats were vacuumed, dirt still on & in the car, and a scratch on my screen.... Maybe not worth my drive here anymore....

We’ve been coming here for over 12 yrs. Cant say anything bad. They’re always so friendly and they always know how to fix something. I hope they NEVER close! And their prices are so nice! $39.99/mo for exterior wash (touchiness) then they dry the entire car by hand, then shine the tires. Can’t complain! Love them All!🚘🚙 And they built this entire cover for their Staff. So they won’t get beaten up by the sun ☀️

When i arrived i was told the main difference between the packages was what they do to the exterior. So I selected the $50 prospector package which included interior and exterior. After about 30 mins, I see my car get pulled over to by the Lube station. So I wait, thinking maybe they got mats to do or something. Turns out it was just sitting there ready to go and no one told me. So I waited another half hour when I could've already left. I get in the car and see noticeably that it isn't really clean. It was quickly wiped with rags and cleaner and a vacuum was ran through it. Which is something I could've done at a self cleaner in half the time. When I went inside I was told they do a "quick wipe and vacuum." Not in the mood to argue, I left. There's still dirty change in the car, streaks, stuff between the seats, the mats were clearly not washed, and they never even touched the back which only has a rubber mat that could be easily sprayed down. So I guess I'll spend the rest of my afternoon doing the job they said they'd do and couldn't. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

These guys and gals always take care of me! I’ve been coming in to get my cars washed here for 20 years.. This last week I needed a more detailed cleaning and an oil change to take photos and sell my Tahoe! They made it happen!! I’m thankful for their awesome customer service!
