I’m always skeptical about touch less car washes but this one was great! I had lots of sap on my windshield that I didn’t think was going to come off but it did! Besides the sap, my car was really dirty, but now looks like a gem. Definitely will be coming back here again. Thanks Dave’s!

This has been a long time folsom staple for residents to wash their cars. I have used this place since I first purchased my first car. Not expensive and a good option. Also they have new car vacuums that really have some power.

Credit card reader is broken and damaged my credit card. The machine where you pay is really beat up and I wouldn't slide a debit card in that thing. It doesn't work or take any type of payment. Beware, it WILL damage your credit card if you slide it. There's also a lot of homeless hanging around the car wash area so just a heads up. Update: I used the wash the next day and it did a great job. Dave did communicate with me right after my initial review and did offer a free wash this weekend. However he did state that the wash will NOT accept American Express cards. I did run through the wash today and used a Visa card, but the reader damaged that card as well on one swipe. I'd like to be a customer and support local businesses and not use the touchless Chevron wash, but not if I'm going to be replacing my credit card every use.

I really like this car wash. It's clean and has everything I need. Unfortunately, there are vagrants hanging out, and I dont feel safe leaving my car doors open while drying my car.

One car wash bay had leaks coming out of the ceiling. Second one the high pressure rinse didn't work. So much time and energy wasted at this place not only that exposing my car to the sun mid wash to go to the other bay. Last time here. Guy next to me said it happened to him too and he isn't coming back. Good job Dave or whoever the owner is. I don't know who the guy here is in the morning but that should be your first priority coming into work. Making sure all the equipment is functional before it gets used all day. After washing I dried my car and began using detailer/wax. Same owner guy came over right away and told me I had to leave. I understand someone else might want to wash but the place was practically empty. Amazing how he spotted me detailing so quick when he can't spot the problems at this place. What a joke.

**See updates below** Used the manual wash bay. The prices posted do not match what I was charged. Directions to operate unclear. I used my card, 1 swipe and was given what is written as 6 minutes (might be slightly inaccurate) for $3-4 dollars. Wasn't looking for a perfect clean so I just hauled scrubbing and pressure washing within the original allocated time so I didn't have to swipe again (they say you can add additional time, but as stated before to do this is very unclear). Just looked at my bank statement and was charged $10. Disappointed. I'll edit later to add pictures of the unclear instructions in the near future. Update 1: Added a star for the fast response. Thank you for the information, it does still show pending with my bank. I'll add another star when the transaction is posted and assuming the charge is as the businesses response has stated. The only other thing I'm still not understanding is how to add additional time with a debit card. The instructions states to push "the button" multiple times to add time (which button?), but it also seems your response indicates it may be by swiping my card multiple times? Update 2: Turns out the true charge of $3.00 came through on my bank statement. Still does not detract from the confusing instructions, but it delivered what I paid for and that's all that can be asked.

Initial visit was positive, owner was friendly. Always come here to wash my vehicle. Started using the auto-wash recently, and my vehicle never comes out clean or dry. Lines are always leaking. It may be a calibration issue or a maintenance issue. Recent interaction with who I believe to be the owner was not very positive. After cleaning the exterior of my vehicle I like to wipe down the interior and clear my vehicle of debris, owner approached and asked what I was doing in an impatient and unwelcoming tone, giving me the impression he wanted me to leave. I understand he was trying to ensure he had empty bays for customers but I have never seen this place full or anyone every waiting for a bay. This is a self service facility, as such I would expect not to be bothered as I detail my vehicle. Just my two cents.

Not that I enjoy washing my own car but this place makes it fun. The hose is super high pressure & has lots of options. The foam brush is clean and works well to scrub the car. There is often garbage everywhere; which is customers fault… but the business should have someone to clean up at least twice a day (in my opinion)

Although the advertised price was $4 per wash, I was charged $10 when checking my account after using my debit card. This discrepancy was unexpected and disappointing. It's important for businesses to uphold transparency and accuracy in their pricing to maintain customer trust.

Glad I found this place! Decided to try this location out after looking for a car wash that's touch-less since you shouldn't bring a Tesla through a wash with brushes. The automated wash stall was great! Very high-tech and applied generous amounts of soap. Fair pricing as well. One of the vacuum stalls was out of order. The other 2 were occupied but there's another vacuum on the other side of the property that worked perfectly. Strong suction and was able to clean the interior of my car much quicker than at home. I believe the vacuum was $1 for 5 minutes. Much better than the Chevron stations near the freeway that charge $2+. Overall, I do plan on coming back here. Maybe in the summer when it's warmer I'll try the self service stalls. Try it out!

I went back there for a second time, and had difficulties with the automated washer - it would accept a credit card swipe, but you had to press multiple times to select an option, and then displayed “NAME?”. I tried cancelling and swiping again, but the same thing happened. I went to the manual washers, used the same card, and should have been charged $8.00. My card was charged $10.00. Even worse, their system was apparently hacked, and I received another charge for $10.00 the next day, at a car wash in Tracy. I had to cancel mine to avoid further fraudulent charges. I did call the owner - very nice, and he did look up the charges and straightened things out. Family run, so when you call, you get the owners and they are very helpful. Typical self-wash car wash, but has automated touch less washer that works well, with three or four selections that do a nice cleaning job. Only issue is that the prices on the machine do not match what you wind up paying on your credit card. Selected a wash option for $9 and was charged $10 on my card.

Calling this place "poorly maintained" would be a compliment compared to this car wash. Absolutely filthy, nothing functions correctly, the foam brush didn't foam and the bristles were so wore down your pretty much scraping the plastic against your vehicle. I believe this car wash is owned by the Smog business next door and they obviously do not care about it. Even the simplest things like sweeping and weed mitigation are completely abandoned. Do not come here

Really wanted to like this - close by, convenient, touchless. Hoped it was related to the nearby Folsom Smog but unfortunately this has a different owner and not related. The contactless car wash bay took my credit card information just fine - as a matter of fact twice, yet I could not select a car wash. Wanted the $7 wash, but none of the options worked. I assumed my card would not be debited but I was wrong. Had already used the vacuum for $2. No answer on phone, and website instructs "if it's about the $10 hold" just wait. Really? Maybe state up front that there is a$10 hold? Maybe not charge when the machine won't let you select a wash. Won't ever go here again.

Used this facility for years, always good. Today after using the soap feature your system would not turn back to rinse. I selected rinse, but it still sprayed soap. I selected other settings then back to rinse, still got soap. I ran a lot of quarters through this machine unable to rinse then had to go home and wash my car. Would you please respond to me?
