I have always come here for car washes and had a great wash for the money spent, but today the attendant (not sure if that’s the correct job description) Parker let me know that one of my tires had a bulge in the sidewall. A quick google search informed me this could blow at any time….as I frequently travel on the highway with my child in tow….I started crying because Parker’s attention to detail potentially made a very big difference in our lives. Thank you, Parker, for keeping my family safe. The spare tire is going on at the moment and I have an appointment to replace them all tomorrow. I got a car wash in the spur of the moment, even though it’s supposed to pour in a few hours, and I’m so grateful because Parker potentially saved our lives. My spouse and I both walk past this tire daily and had no idea whatsoever.

I’ve been going to Flying Ace Express for years, and it has truly become a sanctuary for me. Living with OCD means my routines can be rigid and my behavior may seem unusual at times. Unfortunately, not every place I visit responds kindly to this, but Flying Ace Express has always been different. The staff here—many of whom are young adults just starting out—consistently show an impressive work ethic and a level of compassion that is rare to find. Despite not knowing the specifics of my struggles, they have always treated me with respect and understanding. Kerri, in particular, has been a source of comfort. She made me feel safe to open up about my challenges without fear of judgment. During some of my most difficult moments, including times when I was visibly overwhelmed, she and the rest of the team showed remarkable kindness and patience. They’ve always been considerate and courteous, long before they had any knowledge of my struggles. This car wash isn’t just a stop in my weekly routine; it’s a place where I feel genuinely welcomed and valued, regardless of how I may be feeling that day. Their consistent compassion, even without fully knowing my situation, has meant more to me than I can express. I am deeply grateful to Kerri, Sam, and the entire team at Flying Ace Express for creating an environment where I feel understood and respected. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

I spend a lot of time here!! This and the Far Hills location. My only complaint is the AIR COMPRESSOR IS NEVER WORKING!!! I just asked and they said they fixed it today. All it did was take more air out of my already low tire. What’s the deal?!? Both locations have this issue and I just don’t get it. And then it’ll be down for a couple months-maybe longer. Being able to get air was a big selling point for me!! Please help!!

Today's visit to the Flying Ace Express was great! The staff team was very polite and friendly. The facility is clean and well organized. Exceptional was for the current pricing. Even the $5 basic wash will clean your vehicle well. Vacuums are free to use and have great constant suction. The staff team keeps them clean and sanitized after every patron uses them. Pulling into the wash line when busy can be tricky due to its location in the parking lot.

I was just asked to get out of my truck and use a broom to clean off snow! This is what I pay a ridiculous amount of money every month for... they told me to get out of line. I immediately went inside and canceled my membership. Absolute shame, I have been a customer for as long as they have been in the area.

I love this car wash! I tried several individual washes before purchasing a monthly pass. The staff is friendly, the line is efficient, and I love that they make towels available for any lingering drips. Very happy customer.

I have the Pilot membership which is their cheapest wash. It does a decent job washing the body but doesn't do the wheels very well. This is probably because of the type of wash I get. The higher end washes may do a better job. My only complaint is that it doesn't dry that well especially the back end. I get the cheap wash because I will hand dry and clean the wheels regardless of the type of wash.

Flying Ace offers an extraordinary car wash. The vehicle comes out clean and shiny, and the price is extremely fair and accessible to everyone. If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the final drying process. Occasionally, the car leaves still slightly wet, and when exposed to the sun, it dries leaving small spots that seem to be residues from the shampoo used during the wash. Overall, an excellent service with just a minor detail that could make it perfect.

Fast and efficient car wash, but the employee I talked to harassed me to try and get the subscription. I had to tell him several times NO and he kept pushing it to the point to where I was getting mad. I work in sales so I understand the hustle but he was straight up condescending and rude.

I have a question I noticed on your website. There were other carwashes throughout the area with different names like for instance in Columbus I believe it’s called the moo car wash. Is my membership of flying Ace good for other car wash places that are not flying ace

Last month, I went in for a quick car wash. I am not a member, but they always ask if I want to sign up as a member for unlimited car washes at a monthly fee. I politely say no because I don't use my car often. Then the man at the station asked me if I wanted the Holiday special at a discounted rate, to get free car washes for the next 30 days. He NEVER mentioned that this was a recurring monthly charge, and it became a sneaky way to sign me up for the membership. Today, I looked at my bank statement and was charged $42 that would continually withdraw, unless I cancel online. They should have been more transparent in explaining these "specials" instead of misleading their customers. I will not be going back.

On Tuesday December 16th around 8:30 in the morning I went through this car wash, I am a 20 year old girl that drives a Mazda. I asked for the simplest one they offered, the woman asked if she could tell me about the more premium options and I said “I’ll have the simplest one thank you”, when she came back with my card she said “is this your car” and I said “yes” and she straight up said to me “ what makes you not want to keep your car clean and pristine” I told her I’m a college student and I just wanted it clean to take my grandparents to the airport. In addition to all of that I waited behind 4 cars in line for 20 minutes while 10 other cars went through the membership line, I feel a better system should be put in place for that. no matter what the woman was VERY RUDE and that was NOT OKAY to say to anybody, shame on her.

Hands down worst car wash in the area! To bad I can't give negative stars! Lets just compare Whitewater Express basic car wash is $1 less and they have rags and cleaner for you to dry your vehicle and clean the windows. Flying Ace Car Wash costs $1 more and you have to pay $4 for rags, I didn't ask how much for window cleaner or if they even had any my guess is it costs more. For the time being I guess the vacuum doesn't cost extra but give them time I am sure it will. My suggestion is give someplace else a try, can't get worse and car washes are all over the place! Update I had time today to clean the outside of the windows and the water spots were horrible! When I go to Whitewater Express I don't even notice water spots on the truck.

The Flying Ace Car Wash in Miamisburg is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, the process is quick and efficient, and my car always comes out looking spotless. The facility is clean, the vacuums work great, and everything is well maintained. The manager here does a fantastic job running the location and it really shows in the great service and positive atmosphere. I really appreciate the consistent quality and convenience every visit. Definitely my go-to car wash in the area!
