The overhead brushes aren't working correctly and haven't been for several weeks. When I called to let them know all I got was push back and never an apology. After discussing it for a minute or two with the service rep at the location they finally told me that someone has been requested to come fix it. So a simple interaction that could have said "I'm sorry it's not working as we expect it to and we have a service tech on the way" became an unfortunate poor customer service incident. I'm a wash club member and the service rep said you can come back as many times as you want right? And my response was yes, but if it doesn't clean my car what's the point.

I've been coming here for years. The area is convenient, the employees are usually solid & free vacuums. But over the last few months the selling tactics of the employees has become absurd. I do not want the monthly payment plan, I never have, I never will. The last two times I went through the dude would not take no for an answer. I kid you not I had to tell him no three times and eventually just ignored him and looked at him until he would just put in the area code and let me go through. Every time he's up there the line goes slow because he's going through his stupid sales pitch and won't let people just buy their wash and go. It's insane that you think everyone wants to be sold to just to get their car wash. I started going to Mikes lately, it costs more but I'll pay it just to not be sold to every. single. time. I just want a quick wash.

This morning on 11/4/23, I went to this Flying ace. I went to wash my Jeep, and the part of the car wash that cleans the roof of the car got stuck on my light bar of the jeep twice. At first the car wash stopped, but the 2nd time it didn’t stop automatically. It was hitting my light bar of the jeep back and forth several times until it stopped once again. Every part of the car wash was turned off and I exited the car wash. I parked my jeep and went inside because my Jeep wasn’t cleaned correctly. I let the employee know that he forgot to turn on that part of the car wash. Instead of apologizing, he made excuses. Accusing me of confronting. All I was doing was letting him know about the mistake. I hope Flying Ace has good insurance to cover any damage to any vehicle.

I travel across the country full time and I'll say that this car wash is about average for what I find around here. I'm still disappointed - in a world of $20 car washes, I don't see a reason why they can't include towels, glass cleaner, and mat cleaners along with the free vacuums. And as for the vacuums, they only have the crevice tools and not the upholstery ones. You can pay a $4 towel fee, which just feels insulting. I realize they are trying to mitigate for stolen towels, but lost towels seem like a standard operating cost to me. As it is, I left with a car mostly clean on the outside - it really struggled to get the front of my car clean, I had to go home and do it by hand. But it did admirably well on the underbody clean. I just wish I could have had the chance to clean the inside of my car as well. I'm still left with dashboard dust and dirty interior glass. So, it's about average for what's commonly available, but no better.

Brandon!!!!! Idk who hired that person, but extremely rude and unprofessional. HR didn’t do a good job hiring this uneducated and unethical person. Been a member since 2019 and this is the rudest person i’ve ever dealt with.

Purchased a one month promotion on 12/22/25 - 1/22/26. On my 3rd wash on 1/5/26, I was told their is a glitch in the system and my account was terminated early. No future washes or refunds were offered by the associate. FOLLOW UP: customer service renewed the promotion and took care of the issue at hand. Thank you

18 months ago the price for a basic wash was $5.00. 3 months ago it increased to $7.00. Last month it increased to $11.00. That's a pretty hefty decrease in affordability!

The wash and vacuum is great... the attendants are WAY TOO PUSHY for a monthly subscription. Even after I kindly say no, they push several times more before allowing me to buy my wash. Stooop.

The blower fan at the end of the wash was so strong that it ripped the rear lift gate spoiler off my van. It was left dangling by the wiper wash hose. There was no damage or undo wear on my van, and the fan seemed to be much stronger than the last time I had been through. I will not be returning. *Update! They refuse liability, and infer my vehicle was previously damaged! My insurance company will now be talking to you soon.

went last week and waited 10-15 minutes to get up to the gate. The gate did not go up. Person came over and wiped window above tag and I backed up and tried again. Then he asked the girl on the inside to come out (only 2 of them working). We chatted and I said why don't you let me go thru the wash, then I will come inside to straighten out the issue. She said I cannot do that- company policy. Now I am pissed because its been a few minutes and the other lane just keeps rolling along so I am holding up my lane. Additionally , she wants me to come inside and then go back into the back of the line. I said to her I am not moving. She says ok and looks up my account. The credit card on file did not go thru in December (old card). I left and thought how stupid that they hold up the line for 3-5 minutes and do not let me go thru. I have had 2 accounts (myself and spouse) for YEARS. Couldn't they see that? They are really worried that I am gonna run away on a wash that problably costs them a few bucks. So they treat me like a scammer and hold up the line. STUPID business decision. She said "we can't do that, new owners, new policy etc". I left and decided I am not going back. Went to Mikes car wash and when I saw they wanted $2 for vacum I said not here. Then I went to Whitewater Express. A few more $$ for monthly plan but they do your car mats and they don't charge for rags. I called the corporate office for Flying Ace but spoke to someone who could care less. Their loss. $500 a year ( 2 cars over 10 years is $$). So, over their fear of giving a free wash to a scammer, they lose 2 customers and you know I will tell everyone I know about my experience. Stupid business policy. In retrospect, thank you Flying Ace, now I wait far less in line with free mat cleaning and free rags. Update- so I called the owner's number below today 1-21-26 since they provided me with a response. I Waited 8 minutes and hung up. There is no "customer service" with this company.

I just got my car washed (like a bunch of people since the snow last week). I am not part of the monthly wash club, I just pay as I need a wash. The service tech were letting 6-8 monthly cars thru to every one of the “ pay as you need cars” so needless to say I sat there waiting a long time to get my car washed. I know there were people who came in after me got thru the line before me. My $ are just as valuable as the monthly payers. I don’t understand why you just don’t let people get in which ever the shortest line is and one car line goes then the next car line goes. Also the service tech was peddling the monthly packages all I wanted was to get my car washed

Garbage car wash!Prices went up ,for the same poor quality wash ,tire shine always splashes onto the body panels ,wheels are always dirty .Crazy long lanes ,literally gotta wait 10min in lane to wash a car . The service staff constantly tries to push unprofitable promotions that nobody interested in. Upon exiting the car wash, the entire driveway is covered in ice, making you susceptible to driving into the curb. Not taking business over there anymore 👎👎

It’s disappointing that this nor the Seejay location actually wash my car. It seems to just push dirt around so much so that I essentially have to rewash when I get home. Not even really stuck on bugs, literally just surface level dirt. It doesn’t even rinse off soap half the time. The vacuums are nice, but that’s about it. I went back through today because it was convenient and they asked why I cancelled my membership…that is why! $12 for something that doesn’t actually clean your car just is not worth it.

Currently, I have three vehicles that I run through the Centerville hwy 48 location. The employees at this car wash work hard, and the majority including the manager are very helpful. The location is convenient. The equipment seemed good over the last 4-5 years. However, after the latest refurbishment, I’ve experienced two issues on a consistent basis. One- the bottom 10-12 inches of my vehicles come out dirty. Two-the spray on tire shine now covers only 2/3rds of the tires. When I bought this to the attention of the attendant, they came out to my vehicle, noted the dirt and road grime and wiped it off both sides of the vehicle. This has happened multiple times. I was told that the foam brushes were moved back and now the lower portion of many vehicles are not cleaned. I hate to have to bother the employees each time I visit with these continuous issues. A second wash does not make it any better. I am disappointed to observe that the quality and value have suddenly flown away from the FLYING ACE CAR WASH!

I go get my cars 🚗 washed everyday sometimes twice a day if I end up going through some Construction site on my way to or from work. I love that my Membership allows me to go everyday with no complaints. You could just pull up the arm. Lifts up and let you through every time. Even you can go around twice immediately if you would like to they still wave you on through. I love it. I pay for my membership every 1st of the month. And I can go to the car. Wash every day with no complaints.🤭🤗
