Best location, in my opinion. ♡♡♡ --------Update----- I'm so glad this location is open!! Staff is fantastic, just like all of their locations. All brand new. They still have some things to finish on the build, but all is functioning perfectly ♡♡♡

Very rude employee, almost break the windows just to say in an order go to remove the less that .05 inch snow left in the top of the car. I won’t come here again and will cancel my subscription what a rude attitude

So my man stopped his membership here about a year ago because it was leaving scratches on his car (and it just got too expensive) but we went through today and got the ceramic. The staff was really nice getting us through paying and guiding us. But when we got out to vacuum we noticed there were scratches everywhere on the car. Especially the doors. I had pictures I was going to leave on here but it wont let me post them. Probably won’t be coming back to this location.

The people working this car wash are polite and professional, the wash its self doesn’t wash your car well if it’s actually dirty. I felt completely ripped off by there best wash you can buy from them the car was just wet and dirty afterwords

Like a time share presentation. Must wait while the guy in front of you listens to sales pitch and signs up for monthly subscription (5 minute process). Just wanted a quick wash - not available here!

My whole family has the unlimited carwashes here and they are just so friendly every time! The other day I was vacuuming my car and they handed everyone a dash wipe to help clean their cars! The customer service is great and this is by far my favorite Ace Car Wash

This is a great location! Vicky and the manager Heather are my favorite employees!! Always so friendly and the service is excellent. My dog gets a treat too! Sometimes I have a hard time processing things but Heather and Vicky have always been so patient and have never ever been rude or impatient with me. Always trying to sell me something but not pushy or rude if I choose not to. I will continue to go to this location as long as they are both there.

Car wash is fine but it would be great if you’d open the third lane for people who absolutely know they don’t want the membership! I waited in line for 10-15 while I watched the attendant pull out the paper for each car, explain the deal, step into the hut for a period - no stickers affixed so I can surmise that no one bought. I understand what you’re doing and why your pushing so hard for it, but there’s ways a third (middle) lane that’s blocked. Why not open that for people who know that they don’t want the deal? It’s not like you don’t have multiple signs flashing up the info on the membership all over the place. Btw, the signs have little to no information on different car wash types and individual prices and it flashes by so fast it’s easily missed in favor of printing your membership.

I pay for the monthly ceramic wash package, which itself is nice. But, every time lately when I go and they are busy I just recieve the basic wash. I am sure this is done to expedite the long lines, but I paid for a ceramic wash and this is unacceptable. Always happens when they are busy, during slower times there is no issue. This is something management needs to address.

I will NOT be returning to any Flying Ace car wash. Went in for a one time car wash as my usual place was closed. The car wash itself was fine, no complaints on that. However, the attendant at the booth where you make your selection was too aggressive with their sales pitch. I told them I would consider the membership, but that I simply wanted a one time car wash for now. They refused to accept that answer and kept pushing the most expensive membership option. It took me refusing the membership 3 times before they accepted my card to pay for the single car wash. The first and second times of me telling them I would consider the membership were in full earnest, but after the repeated pestering, I made up my mind to never return to this location or any Flying Ace again.
