Probably the worst car wash I ever got and paid for the best, as a customer when you say the car isn’t clean and your workers say that the vacuum isn’t strong enough, shows a lot how you hand your business and how good your business really is. Literally standing 5 feet from my car while it’s being handled by people who just don’t care for your car. I honestly don’t know what they cleaned. But this is the prime example of what they call the best is laughable.

Staff is irresponsible. No manners no properly clean car, they just spray liquid and clean it “Stains left behind” on every glass. Even RVM not cleaned. overall worst service in the area.

There are two car washes nearby, and whenever I pass by, the other one is always busy. This one, however, is not, which makes me think that car washes are those where others have more cars until I experience it myself. This car wash is the worst car wash in New York, in fact, the worst in the entire country. The people who work here have zero sense and zero behavior, especially the manager. Never go to this car wash.

I went to this car wash in April and as they were moving it they crashed my car into a cement block. They destroyed my entire bumper, the front left side and the entire windshield needs to be replaced. The manager - Andre, was extremely rude and showed no professionalism. He tried to convince me not to call the cops and to take my car to his auto shop where they were obviously going to do cheap work. When I refused to take it to his shop he refused to give me the business insurance and it has now been two weeks and the general manager Roger Green, refused to respond with the insurance information and claim #. These people are extremely negligent and unethical, I have the staff on video saying the person driving did not know how to drive and I have the manager on video saying that their employees did not have to be licensed drivers. I will be taking legal action. Staff also told me they just went under new ownership a year ago because they have been sued so many times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Bad experience over all. They car was not cleaned properly, and don't think so anybody could say the car just came from car wash. And when I asked the staff to clean it again, they responded back rudely. Poor service. Very unprofessional staff. I don't think owner care about these reviews.

Went this morning thinking it was the good car wash further down the road. I paid a little over $70 bucks plus a generous tip. Interior job was great, exterior job was horrible. I told them I had some fruit stains on my car from parking under a tree and when the exterior job was done the guy said I was good to go. I get home and there are still fruit stains on my hood. They are impossible to miss. Extremely disappointed

I purchased a monthly pass and now I regret it completely. They don’t clean the car properly, they don’t vacuum properly, and whenever you point out anything that is not done, they respond with attitude instead of fixing it. My floor mats had a lot of dust, and instead of removing them, they used an air pressure gun and blew all the dirt inside the car. I was shocked. Who does that? They also don’t follow their own opening and closing hours. It says they close at 6 PM, but they randomly shut down at 3 PM or 4 PM whenever they feel like it. Don’t waste your money here. You’ll get a better wash at home than this place. Avoid this car wash at all costs.”

I have been using this car wash service for the last six years and have three cars on my account, so I am a long-term customer. During my recent visit, one of the staff members became argumentative without any valid reason. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and I was disrespected and called a “cheap customer,” which is completely unacceptable—especially toward a loyal customer. The employee also covered his face during the argument, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. I expect basic respect and professionalism from a service I’ve supported for years. This experience was disappointing and not what I expect from this business.

Regular paid member for months. Today my car was poorly cleaned, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the staff member started shouting and became abusive. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. This place clearly lacks proper training and customer-service standards. I am reconsidering my membership and would not recommend this car wash unless management takes strict action.

Visit the first time today, this is a total scam! They got all the fancy advertising describing all the different options you can choose for your car wash, I chose the best(most expensive) one, turned out same as the cheapest one, lmfao

Not deserving of a star. Asked to have interior, exterior and armoral on tires and received neither. Paid extra for the tires too. Skip this car wash and go elsewhere.

This review was written by a customer who has been coming here for the past 18 months and has a monthly subscription for 2 vehicles. The cars have been brought to a point that the cleanliness has only to be maintained, since they are both washed on an almost daily basis. I'm happy with the service and treatment here. If there was ever a part of the cleaning process that required extra attention, I politely mentioned it to one of the employees and it was done without any issues.

I have used this car wash since I got my license 10 years ago. Today, my car was still dirty when I got back into it. I got back onto the line and showed the guy at the booth that my car was still dirty and he had the staff do it again ….. after two cleanings my car is STILL dirty … I’m claiming this transaction as fraud to my credit card company because honestly calling themselves a car wash is fraud at this point

terrible car wash, If you want to be told to go to hell and waste your money on an evening out, then come here. I asked several times for them to clean the windows better, but the door remained unwashed, and the trunk wasn't cleaned either.
