I have been using them for a few years now. Always outstanding customer service and their work is outstanding. Honestly they are the only people in Dayton I trust to hand wash my car. I have been to other places, other places may be cheaper but they use machines to wash your car which is terrible for your paint. Five Star Detailing hand washes your car and provide detailing you need. If you love your car or just like taking care of your car, five star detailing is worth it. Honestly, stop. using machines to wash your car, it makes your car look so old.

My car auto- rolled down my windows with the key fob mid day during a(n) all day rainstorm. (I had no clue of course😕) 5 star got me in same day, and was able to suction the water for me. They also detailed and cleaned the inside as well. The staff was very friendly and kind enough to keep me company during my visit. Thank you! See ya soon.

Paid $300 for a detail. March before going out of town for Easter to see family. Inside car was slick and oily everywhere. The wax on the outside dried to a messy haze the next day. Am currently paying $60 somewhere else to strip the wax haze off. While it did look cleaner initially, there were spots missed inside. It wasn’t what I’d call a “Detail”, and with the haze on the outside it looked really stupid for my Easter trip. People’s feet slid around in n my oily mats, and I had to put towels down in the oily cargo area. I would have gone back to have them fix it, but I honestly didn’t want to got to them again.

This was a truly terrible experience. My vehicle was poorly cleaned, and there was still dirt everywhere after spending nearly $500 for a full detailing. Multiple parts of the car were never even touched and were still covered in dust and debris. Extremely rude staff. I could get free detailing for life, and I would never step foot in this place again. There is no excuse for how we were treated. I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. Beyond disappointing and a complete ripoff!

I took my car in for a buff and wax. It was looking good after. I was pleased. I hand washed my car about a week later and the paint is dull and on the hood I see a lot of paint chips. They left wax on the lettering and in crevices. I'm so hurt right now. I don't suggest this place to anyone. I would like to give them a 0 star.
