While this place is usually thorough at a competitive price, the past three times have been inconsistent: Rear window smudge is still there even though it was mentioned twice; wax smudges implies rushed hand wipe or towels leaving residue and this third time, water marks all along the right side of the car are not “rubbed off” so the car appears unwashed! No, I did not realise this until I drove home.

The last couple of times they have not done a good job and I have never said anything. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Today was a different story. Didn’t dry my car properly, windshield wasn’t cleaned properly, inside wasn’t wiped down, and to top it off my front license plate was bent. When I pointed it out was told that the “machine does that.” I get my car washed every two weeks and that has never happened. Won’t be going back.

Do not come here. I paid $40 and specifically told the lady in the front I want a hand wash. She still sends it through the machine. Very frustrating, if I wanted it to go through the machine I could’ve paid $15 at any car wash for that. They didn’t vacuum or clean the inside , the out side of the car wasn’t even clean! The manger is SO RUDE. Do not waste your money.

Terrible detail car wash my boyfriend took his car to be detailed they came highly recommended and they took out all of the mats out of his van and clean the whole van pretty nice but when he came back to get his car he noticed that the mats were gone and his automatic lock was not working correctly he said something to them and they said come back tomorrow but then it rained the next day so then the business was closed went back again 2 days later and they said they were no good and that should of been my boyfriends decision. They were is good condition when we bought the van in. Now he without and they dont even care they should replace or reimburse him for there negligence. Terrible customer service and satisfaction. Dont take your vehicle there ever. Owner sucks. You pay 200.00 for a service and they give you terrible service. Very upset with this company.

I've been coming here for 4 years, but today they ran over my keys and didn't even say anything about it. Watch out because while they work, idiots leave the keys on top of the tires. I'm saying idiots because someone forget to get the keys before they drove my car....😡

I will not return. I got the $50 package with interior and doors but they were not done well. Windows dashboard and doors all missing spots. The jobs was completely rushed.

Normally I would give a 4 if you have The Works done. They are excellent on the outside, rarely miss any areas. Inside they do a pretty good job, just missing a few areas on a regular basis even though I tell them I will pay extra for the inside. Sadly, today when I took my vehicle in, one of the workers stole my handicap placard that I just got and it is good for 2 years. I left to run an errand and noticed it missing. I drove back and the worker who finished my truck was on lunch. Now it could have been any worker from the time it went through the wash to the area they dry, vacuum, spray on a wax and clean the inside. All workers asked claimed ignorance. The person who appeared to be in charge said he believed his workers. He made no apology, just said, if I get a charge I can bring him a receipt. I went on line to report it stolen from that location so that if someone uses it they can get a fine or arrested. I told the? Manager that it was going to take 2 to 4 weeks to come in the mail. I can't wait 2 to 4 weeks. Still no apology, he just said, that he looked it up and I will not get charged to replace it. Then basically brushed me off. No apology. Luckily, I have AAA. They were able to replace it today and mark the other as stolen. They told me that I wasn't the only one who has had their placard stolen from a car wash. Lesson learned. Remove everything of any value including your handicap placard before going to this car wash.

Careless and poorly trained worker broke my media control button on my steering wheel and left a water spot on the driver's seat. Cars are expensive and they are expensive to fix. Don't count on an irresponsible and negligent owner or manager (Pedro) to do the right thing. If you value your hard earned money, don't get your car washed or detailed here. You've been warned.

Horrible service No stars because I asked for a hand wash it was 40 and that I couldn't had nothing extra...so I asked if they can add extra cleaning to make inside shine he said no but if you give the worker a tip they might do it for you..I got water markes on out side didn't wipe down my doors vacuuming was horrible

The guys scrubbing only did half the car. One guy on the right scrubbed the right side. the other one did a quick pass and barely touched it. After it came out of the wash the car sat in the sun for about 20 minutes before someone when to dry it off. By then there were water spots all over it and they missed a lot. Inside looked ok but outside i could still see dirt marks where it wasn't scrubbed or wiped off.

2nd time I have taken a car to this car wash and both times the car is clean, but it's like it's been spot cleaned. Console have been wiped down, but inbetween areas are still dirty. The space on the door where you might sit a cup or stash pens, never touched. Bird droppings on the side window wiped off, but I used a towel to rub off what was still there. A towel was left in my back seat (thank you) I can use it later. 3rd times the charm or a waste.

Worst Car Wash I've Ever Been To - BEWARE Brought my 2013 Buick Verano in to be washed on Sunday afternoon. I chose Package #4 "Express Wax" @44.99 which included "100% Wash and 100% Wax, Wheel Brite, Exterior Dressing". With a name like "Express Wax" I could get around a bad wax job, but a bad hand wash, unacceptable. I didn't notice at the time, but when I went grocery shopping after I left, I opened my trunk to find dirt on the lip of the bumper (see images). They didn't take the time to clean in-between the spokes on the wheels, and didn't bother to take off some of the more stuck on dirt. This place is a RIP OFF. STAY AWAY... See the pictures, they tell the story... - I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Over price compared to other car washing place. The people who clean your car do such a fast job.They miss a lot and expect a tip when you have to go back and show them what they have missed over and over again

Half way washed my car dented up my door, didn’t want to give nah explanation for that either, expect no nothing can do that when there are serval visual scratches and dents on vehicle that was not previously on it. Would never go back and I would RUN away if you can.

I've been coming here for close to a year, every few months, and the last two visits have been extremely POOR experiences!! I brought my vehicle in close to closing time and sad to say it was not evenly washed or cleaned properly. There were water drops on windshield, and the inside windshield was not even cleaned? The next day I tried to call but received no answer. So I brought it back today unfortunately and when I let the attendant know I was not happy with the wash last visit she just gave me a very dirty look and said nothing!!!????? :0 :0 Here's what a professional customers service rep would say: " I'm so sorry that happened to you can, please allow us to make it up to you on this visit." But no she was rude and insensitive. To the owner, you need hire better staff and better cashwashers if you want to keep your business. Poor businesses with poor reviews fail. I will not be back here again.
