Used the car wash, always open, the labels to decide what options are available to wash your vehicle are sun bleached and difficult to read

Nice friendly person working but update your menu. When I wanted an iced coffee he said you guys don’t carry that anymore and that some of the things on that menu you didn’t carry come on now.

I waited ten minutes for the guy to come out and start the wash, then he said it was my fault for not honking. He then had me back out of the rail which could have damaged my tires. I will never come here again.

Clean car wash but the rinse water is the WORST. The rinse water will leave a grayish film on your vehicle. If you manage to wipe dry your entire vehicle, you can minimize the effect, but you'll notice it on every bit you miss. I can only assume that they're recycling the water, but the filter system isn't working, or the wand hose is so contaminated the it's carrying left over wax and/or soap. The rest of the car wash is clean, the trash is emptied regularly, and the vacuums are keep clean and working. Just be aware of the rinse water.

The donuts were stffed into a small box, stuck together and the maple ones did not have much on them. The sausage rolls were not great either. Next time I will be sure to go north about 1/2 mile.

this place had the worst donuts I've ever tasted. the menu looked great online, but when I got there they had 3 kinds of donuts and they were stale and disgusting. the drinks I also bought were also expired. I've had better donuts from 711.

AVOID at All costs!! Horrible experience today at that place at quarter till 5:00.. I used to go in there all the time probably 50 plus trips and purchase nice donuts until 7:00 p.m. I go in there and it's not even 5:00 yet and an extremely rude and unknowledgable man tells me he's been told to throw all the donuts away by 3:00... Then he cited the Tulsa county health department told them they have to do that ,according to the owners.. I asked this person then Why does QT serve donuts after an 8 hour period of having them available and why can you get "day old donuts" everywhere if they're perishable? ( hint...because donuts are not perishable!) Of course no response only excuses of about the management and that Smitty the owner said so.... Well I've only been in the restaurant and food business industry for 25 plus years so I know that that's not correct as donuts only consist of a flower sugar and a fat binding agent like Crisco, butter or ,margarine none of which is perishable with a shelf life of less than 24 hours. Shame on this business they just need to shut down or change their hours till closing at noon.. No need to lie to anybody...

Used to like coming here to hand wash my car, but the last 2 times I've had problems with the spray nozzle. The first time, I could only spray soap and water. The wax, clear coat conditioner, and spotless options didn't work. The second time, the water pressure was very weak and the machine started glitching out. Tried to find a worker and there was none there to help me. Spent $6 on the wash bay that I couldn't use and couldn't get my money back. I'll go find somewhere else to wash my car from now on.

Great car wash! The new location on 31st Street between Harvard and Yale is amazing. Everything is state of the art and the customer service is incredible. I have a fleet of 6 vehicles each with their own monthly unlimited wash sticker. It's such a great money saver. Jan and Tiffany are super helpful. I highly recommend this place!
