First time going. Got the 16 dollar wash and when I checked the entire back of my charger was still beyond dirty. Guess the drive through doesn't get your full car washed.

Fast. Clean and informative. I have 2 vehicles. Sedan and a truck. I took my truck there after going to Quick Quack, where I ran the truck thru twice. The first thing the teller at Fast5Xpress told me was Sir, we need to inform you that we will not be able to scrub the top and the hood of your truck because of the accessories. (Lights). I "said well hell thank you, that makes so much sense now." I appreciate you taking the time to tell me. I proceeded to ask about the membership. Can I have two cars on one? Yes. But the amounts of wash per month are limited to 2 per car. Satisfied with the answer and the information. I will be purchasing a shared membership for the cars (wifes and mine) and stick to hand washing my truck.

Love this place!! Very affordable Most of the carwash around here removed their pressured air nozzle protectors. You can clean your car without worrying about scratching it. Is the only one I have been to lately that still has them attached

Went there on Sunday for the free car wash during the promotion. But their machines broke off one of my windshield wipers. I was told the manager would give me a call Tuesday so I left all my info for them. They never called, I came around 6pm to talk with the manager. Apparently not there again but I was told by who I assume is the assistant that they are not liable for that and then she pointed to a sign in the front both listing all the things they are not “liable” for. She said that they would reimbursed me with free car washes if I bring in a receipt. Why would I want those car washes when there is the possibility of it breaking again. Not happy with the response and never coming back. I live near by and this would of been a great convenience for me.

Sorry, Fast5Xpress we can only give 3 stars now. For some reasons the air hoses on the right side of the wash tunnel are weak. The amoral tire dressing hardly works and leaves a 2 to 3 inch area not covered. This has happened on two different cars on different days. Yes, also at different locations and cities. Multiple instances. Therefore, we will downgrade to a silver or bronze wash program. We will apply our own tire dressing from now on.

If I could give them a zero review I would, my husband and I got rear ended due to THEIR EMPLOYEE letting the people in too soon, right after us. Then we had Isaiah call my husband to let him know about a free car wash due to the accident and when we came back to get it the manager Patricia denied that it wasn't "their" fault and she didn't validate our free wash and tried to have us pay which we obviously didn't do due to the prioir situation WE are not coming back, they lost customers. We only went back since it was supposedly "free."

This is the greatest car wash business...Fast5Express is clean, the equipment is new and very efficient cleaning and drying. State off the art from checking in and to the vacuuming area! Yes, at times you may wait a minute or two but that is because people see how valuable this car wash is. A recommend you try then out and then sign up for their monthly membership.

Giving thre not because of the car wash itself but because of lady (one of the managers ) there who canceled my membership tag for no reason and had to to drive all the way to the branch have registered first time to reactivate through tag , now the tag is not readable by the scanner and have to wait everytime to enter the code manually. Thanks for acting smart .

New location with great equipment. It's consistent and better than most automated car washes in the area. Their plan pricing makes no sense. A dual-car plan, which is really attractive, only lets you have 4 washes a month between two cars. For the same price, you can buy a single car plan and get up to 31 washes for one car. Would be great to have a happy medium.

They offer a 7 dollar wash and blow dry. (The higher priced wash options have a shammis buffer at the end with blow dry). Us poor folk don't get that benefit that actually drys the car where the air dry leaves the finish partly wet. Anyways, It gets the job done but I still had several tree sap spots and a number bugs on bumper that the wash would not remove. They are not hard to remove with a wash mitt. I assume that this level of wash pressure is to protect more delicate finishes. Finally, you get to vacuum your vehicle after the Drive Thru Wash. I like this because the vacuum system there is powerful and does a great job. Also, they are reasonable with the time I spent doing my interior vac and cleaning. I can give them a thumbs up. I just can't raise my thumb all the way up!, ...this for inability to clean very light sap from the car hood.

I like this place. It's good for the money. I appreciate that you can get a monthly subscription and go get your car washed all of that you want for about $40 on their best package. The thing I don't like is they say their water is spot-free but I get spots on my car from anything that drips after I wipe it down. Not really happy about that with my black car.

This place is unprofessional and does not care about their customers They stated that my homecap was already damaged when I pulled into their car wash But I just had my tires Rotated and just went to them right after for car wash they stated that my hubcap was placed on their wrong and that's why it broke which it was not I called Patricia on the phone and she stated she will not pay for my damaged vehicleI would highly suggest to not go to this place they are not caring they do not have any empathy for your belongings Or your vehicle or even you as a customer It would have only costed them like 60 bucks to replace my hopcap but instead they decided to argue on the phone sad and Pathetic business I wouldn't give them a cent If I could give them 0 stars I would

Please train your employees to be just a little More friendly, a little hi how are you, or a smile goes a long way! I’ve said it over and over I need to stop coming here because it’s just an unpleasant environment. First, it’s a staff and secondly, when you have an SUV and the wash doesn’t clean off the back window the back bumper area and then you asked to have your car re-washed they look at you like why I don’t know if it’s the machines here but my front grill area is always dirty after whether it’s bird crap or bugs. It just doesn’t come off compared to when you go to other car washes. I never have a problem . I’ve been coming to this Car Wash for the last three years and I think I have to say no more! Please I don’t want to hear you’re sorry for your unpleasant experience. Call our Anaheim team management. Bottom line is get a trained professional manager in there to clean up the staff and maybe check the cars after each wash so you can see for yourself that these cars are not coming out clean for what you’re paying for and prices just going up and up! No problem paying more if the wash was worth it! Positive notice I do like the unlimited amount of vacuuming time you do get!

I just moved to the area & it’s so dirty in the IE that my car is always dirty after a few days so I decided to get the unlimited plan & it’s well worth it. I plan to come weekly & don’t have time to wait around at the regular car wash. If you’re interested in membership, drive thru the right side of the driveway to fill out a small form with the staff in the little booth. I was on the left side thinking it would be automated & it’d recognize my license plate like other drive thru car washes but you need a little sticker bar code on your windshield so I had to make another loop to come back & get it. Overall, it’s cheap & quick for a decent car wash.

First time here and a horrible experience. Went to get a car wash and the cashier claimed they do not take Apple Pay even though my sister in law paid 10min before me and paid using Apple Pay. I asked if I can get the membership and was basically talked me out of it with a 4 min rant on the why’s and why not. If your cashier is your sales person she does a horrible job at it. I said forget it and paid for the 1 time car wash. Went through the wash and another employee with a water hose and drips of water, which I assume was supposed to rinse my car, did little to nothing. Not sure if you’re trying not to use water but that’s how car washing is typically done WITH WATER. Anyways I was exiting the wash with still dirt and water on my windows and rest of the car.
