My sons best friend suggested this, since he started working there... Love this they wash your car with a brush, then send you through the tunnel, and at the end, there's someone there to hand dry your car! I used to go to Mister, but I was always going through twice. Same amount for the membership, but it's SOOO MUCH MORE FOR YOUR MONEY! Thanks, Elijah, for the suggestion 🤗

Was not paying attention sprayed water in my cars dash basically everywhere on me I did not receive an apology, instead as I proceeded to go into car wash workers were laughing… I have had a membership here for 8 years consecutively no problems. My dash is not working anymore I will contact them in morning. 8/5/2024

Went there the other day, and the car wash was broken down. Mechanical breakedows happen, so we just vacuumed the inside of the car instead. We have a membership there, so it's no big deal. They were very nice about it, and there was a mechanic on site addressing the issue.

Very disappointed at this car wash now that it was sold and is now "Fast Bay" and not "Fast Track". There is an obvious decline in quality. I paid for the platinum which includes tire shine, but my tires were not clean AT ALL. I feel like I got ripped off. It used to be worth it to pay for it when it was Fast Track because it actually got my tires clean. There was a ton of soap on the back of my car, too.... and my car just wasn't clean like it used to he when it was Fast Track. This was my usual car wash location, but I haven't been in a while since it was convenient for me to stop at the Turlock location for the last couple months... so disappointing.

I used to love this place until it is u see new management now. This place is horrible we were going through the car wash when another truck hit the back of our vehicle due to them not stopping the track. Instead of handling this in a professional manner the so called manager tried claiming he was the owner arguing about everything . Until he admitted he wasn’t the owner after the other party involved told him he knew the owner. But then there was the site manager who was not only an unprofessional smart ass that chuckled at everything we said . The site manager told the gentleman driving the truck to just report it to his insurance that the car was is not at fault and disregarded anything is two parties had to say. Then argued in front off the customers that were coming out of the car wash and vacuuming the vehicles. When asking the car wash for info they finally gave us a name and an email address . Stated we could use the email to get insurance I for on the car wash. Well they lost us both as customers and our friends and family and coworkers etc will never come here again . That’s too bad

This used to be my favorite car wash. Since ownership changed service has gone downhill. The dryers don't dry and soap is left behind. The new staff does not dry well as you exit and the new towels they use leave lint all over. I had called once to alert the owner of the issues and was told there was a mechanical issue. I kept my membership to see if they're eat improvement. Unfortunately, it has gotten worse and they don't seem to care. My husband also called when he had the same experience as well as spoke to the manager as he exited the car wash. They didn't care. I called to cancel my membership.

Not sure how this place is getting all the 5 star reviews. Had to order a degreaser on Amazon after a visit here. Left a thick gunk on all my wheels and bent my front license plate. No thanks.

I pay 29.99 a month for a car wash for as many time as I want to go thru it. I rarely use the vacuum because it’s a bit hard for me personally. I also like the moist cloth.

Normally I get a great wash from these guys and the free vacuums are unbeatable , but this morning the guys that spray down my car before going through the wash did a very lazy job. They left a lot of bug splatter all over my windshield. Even the guy who wiped down my car at the end noticed it too. The look on his face when he went to wipe my windshield said it all. But he didn’t say anything he just spread out the bug splatter with the towel and made it look worse. For a $13 wash my car shouldn’t look like it needs another wash. Do better.

This used to be a great car wash but is now basically the same as Mister. They used to offer a deal where 10 washes gets you a free wash, that is gone. I also notice almost no difference between the washes anymore so you're fine with the cheapest option. After the new owners took over they change the name to something deceitfully close to the original too. This seems to be a trend locally. New owners take over a business then value and quality of service decreases.

Don't go here the workers don't do their jobs right. I had asked them nicely please take care of the wheels and the bumpers and side skirt areas not only did I go threw 2 times they never touched it and yes they b.s scrubbed the car their was still spots all over it areas still had dirt on it like they didn't care never am I gonna go here again till I see all new worker who do the washing not worth the 11$ may have been cheap wash but service was cheaper if I could put a 0 star I would I'm only putting pics where you can really see the dirt in the picture
