Rude employees yelled at me saying we don’t have much change I paid with a $5 bill and I was yelled at for no reason at all I understand where their coming from being that I deal with customers as well but in my opinion that is a loss of business

The store is clean but need more people to work the cash register when it gets busy the last three times I've been there, there it happened to get real busy and it took along time for extra help to come the one time they were able to call for help like ten minutes

I been going to this store for over 4 years now & the new general manager is very rude mean to her customers I went back and the general manager rude to my kids person always has attuited there she should not be the general manger at all people dont want come back how she treats them I like old general manager she new how to treat people make people feel welcome so why give it one star if old general manager give it stars

Find a different store if possible. The cashier was pretty nice, but people just walk in and steal stuff, its not the safest place to take kids too...

Store seems overcrowded with merchandise, and the checkout lines are in a very odd spot, causing a lot of people to run into each other. But, pretty decent selection and the store usually seems to be clean.

It's a decent store that seems a little larger than some of the other stores. I often find that I'm not impressed by most of the employees that work at family Dollar stores as they don't seem happy with their jobs and it shows with how they treat the customers

Despite what you have read, this store has actually improved. The employees are friendlier, as they fired all of the rude naggers who worked there over a year ago, including one who attacked a customer

The store manager on University Ave refused to give me a refund even though the return and refund policy states I’m entitled to it. She was also extremely rude and cursed at me-terrible experience!

The new manager there is very rude to people and follows some of them around because she thinks u mite steal something not cool at all she needs to be fired and soon. She not even nice to her workers some quit on her because u dont see any of the old workers anymore since she became manager

Been there few times. Store is filthy and trashed, floors filthy,merchandise on floor.Carts of merchandise all over aisles.Too much clutter.Store is a fire hazard, and falling and tripping hazard. Poorly run, only 1 employee on Sunday. I have complained numerous times and from what I see, nothing has been done. Parking lot is trashed.

Convenient place to shop, but the older lady there was rude to me a few minutes ago. Total was $6.10, but I didn’t have a dime. I gave her $7 instead and she kind of blew up at me a little. Now I understand there was a coin shortage and there probably still is, but come on. It’s not the end of the world. I work in customer service too and this behavior is not OK unless the customer was rude first. Probably won’t be coming as much anymore.

Two workers there tonight and there was a line. They kept on about their own personal conversation cussing up a storm and not acknowledging anyone in store. One girl was checking people out and even with a line the other did not open register to help out. Overall bad experience
