Very dirty and the employees were very rude. They treat customers like a burden and assume that everyone is a thief. If I can avoid it I will never go back to this Family Dollar again. I don't understand why anyone goes there.

I have never seen any store so poorly maintained. It smelled horrible and was disgusting. It is located in a food desert so local residents likely rely on the store for food and other items. I feel horrible for the people who have to shop in this store.

I was just in there today wearing a baseball cap with the heavy metal band king diamond on it &was watched &followed all throughout the store they don't need to mess around with this generation x kid I'll turn their store location into their corporate office &they never have mens t shirts /shoes un my size +they are always stocking the shelves &blocking the store isles

Good customer service, but the store is old and lacking many things. There is more to choose from up the street at dollar general. The isles are extremely small and barely allow for a cart to go through. Most of the shelves are disorganized and many items are not with their prices.

Today is Jan 31, 2020, I went to this location the other day and it was as cold in there as it was outside like the heat was either off, broken, or on a very low temp. The employees were walking around with there coats on. I see everyone complaining about how dirty it is and stuff all over but look at how small the store is for the amount of inventory they get. Yes it is up to the employees to clean but its also up to the company to make sure they have an adequate amount of space and shelving for the store. It would also help if customers were respectful and put stuff back where they got it, watched their kids, or made sure their kids were more respectful when they go places. The staff is always nice to me and there if I have questions. Family Dollar fix the heat, buy the vacant store next store and expand a little bit so you can open up the amount of items you have in your store, redo the floor and start there.

Love this location. Staff is amazing. The store itself is always messy but that comes down to corporate and HR not finding enough employees or organizing enough time/payroll to keep things cleaned up(aka scheduling extra hours for an employee to complete all the inventory and merchandising tasks).
