When you use a coupon, he gets upset and I've heard him chase customers away and tell them that if they complain, they should leave and not come back

It’s a good place to go shopping. Cheap and clean. They got unique stuff for crafts. Very bad experience with the manger. I did have a very bad experience with the manger. She yelled at me and started pointing her finger at me! It was very disrespectful of her to do. We just had an issue with a SIM card we bought and I just said how I felt, she went nuts.

Of the 3 Family Dollar stores we have in the area, this one is by far & large the best. Organized, clean, very good merchandise, helpful clerks and large selection of 100% usable items! The other F. Dollar stores in this area are horrible, can't get a cart thru the aisles because of the disorganization, but not this one! This store is excellent! You might have to drive a bit further to this location on Kimball Ave., but it is worth your while & time! FIVE STARS!

They had signs advertising clothing with pink squares BOGO free. Had a few items when I went to check out and I'm going to assume the lady in pink with the rude attitude was the manager said only selected items were on sale. Obviously I didn't purchase the clothing. Also, on the clearance shelf in the back had items reduced, there I found a cleaner on sale but again, when they scanned it, it wasn't on sale. I think I will be going to another Family Dollar. This isn't the first bad experience at this location either.

“I used to shop at the Family Dollar on Kimball Avenue because it was close by, even though I often saw a woman named Shawn standing at the door trying to sell coupons and food stamps. I usually ignored it just because the store was convenient. But the last time I went, after I told her I wasn’t interested (just like others before me), she got mad, screamed at me, and cursed me out. When I said I would report her to the manager, she told me she was the manager and there’s nothing I can do about it. That was the last straw. I will no longer shop here, and Family Dollar needs to take action.”
