Not too bad!! I usually wash my car by the sap Center. The place right across the street from Whole Foods. So I took my chances and wanted to check it out!. It was quick, reasonable, very fast, and you get to clean out your car yourself vacuums for free but only for customers who purchased a wash. For some other people might be lazy who don't want to vacuum out the car but I definitely took initiative and took some time on cleaning my whole car out! I had a great time didn't pay an arm and a leg for a simple Car Wash and it did everything! just as I wanted it to be. Definitely will be coming back here again! highly recommended for others who want to get a quick simple car wash in.

A convenient, quick and inexpensive car wash. Monthly rates are available. Hand drying any left over water is recommended as any water left to air dry will leave residue. The vacuum stations (included in the was price) are very convenient. You may need to use both the vacuum on the right and left of your car. Damp clean towels are provided.

Awesome! I have a clean car again! And it was very quick! They have nice and friendly and very helpful staff! And you even get towels, Windex in spray bottles and something else to clean in spray bottles (hang it back after use of course and throw into dirty towels bin) and dash board wipes to finish up the cleaning for free - besides of course free vacuuming. All included! I love it and yes, you might miss it, while driving by- but I highly recommend to search for it and stop by and try it! (It is right at the corner.) I love it! I’ll come back for sure!

WOW, what an awesome car wash. I usually enjoy automated car washes, I find them pretty relaxing. This one is out of this world!! The inside of the car wash looks awesome and the colors light up the inside of your dashboard. Super quick and detailed. The complemenrary vacuums are almost extremely powerful! Helped get every crook and cranny of my car cleaned. Will definitely be returning, great locating and value. Definitely considering their monthly membership, looks like a great deal!

Can’t recommend this place. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, which are all AFTER washing. For a $22 wash (middle option), pretty disappointing. I feel ripped off. They do have a clean car guarantee and allowed me to drive it back through a second time but was left just as disappointed as the first. It just didn’t seem to clean the sides and didn’t even touch the back (per the ‘wash me’ I scribbled in). Maybe just the design of the car, not sure. Only redeeming factors here are the vacuums and towels.

Vacuums are really good and the window washing area has some of the best window cleaner I’ve ever used. Frankly I was a little nervous about trying an automated car wash but after doing some research around me, I really liked the presentation of this place. For reference I purchased their “wax and tires” single wash for $22. I drive an old car so I wanted to make sure I got a good experience and I couldn’t have been happier after I exited the wash and pulled into a parking spot to vacuum my car. I was shocked at how little water remained on my car, I only had to use the little microfibers they provide at the vacuum station and before I knew it my car was dried in under 5 minutes. Record time I had my car washed, treated with great solutions and it left my car silky smooth and clean and dried all under about 10-15 minutes. Their vacuums are very powerful and suck up even the most stubborn debris, I highly recommend coming here! For sure I will find myself coming back here, love the special care and how it left my car clean.

I did this car wash with my newly purchased RAV4 2025 and there were scratches all over the car! I asked manager on duty and they helped me file an incident report and mentioned they’ll call me back in 2-3 days but they never did ! Go through car wash at your own risk of scratching your car ! I have seen atleast 8-10 deep and big scratches on the car after going through the wash here! Update: After the reply comment, I called express car wash multiple times (more than 10) and left messages as well but never got the call back! Seems like they don’t care about investigations on incidents of damage to vehicles for customers!

Initially there were some soap spots but what impressed me is the customer service by the staff who let me go another time for free to remove the spots. It has been hard to find a good car wash since I moved here but this is the place I take my BMW and it brings the shine back! Highly recommend

Terrible car wash. Car was even dirtier than when we entered. It’s incredibly short and someone should be checking as you are in the car and cannot see the details of the clean. We didn’t realize until we arrived at our destination and had to then find another car wash.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for years, and while the staff has always been friendly and the customer service excellent, my latest experience has left me quite disappointed. This review isn't about the customer service—it’s about the quality of the wash itself. The main issue I have is with the car wash's "spot-free system." If you’re going to advertise that your system leaves vehicles spot-free, then the results should reflect that. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. After using the wash, my car still came out covered in spots, which defeats the purpose of using a "spot-free" service. These spots are not only unsightly but can also be harmful to the vehicle's paint over time. If this is supposed to be a place where you can trust your car will come out clean, then I shouldn't have to do additional work to wipe down my car by hand after going through the wash. The machine isn't doing its job properly, and it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. As I said, the staff is great—always helpful, polite, and eager to ensure customer satisfaction. But this is something beyond their control. If the system isn’t delivering on its promise, it’s a problem that needs immediate attention. After many years of coming here, I can say with certainty that this is an issue that shouldn’t be ignored. Please fix the "spot-free" system so your service can live up to its claims. Thank you for your response. Yes, to clarify, the water spots I’m referring to are from the wash I received at your facility. My vehicle was freshly washed with you, and I immediately noticed the spotting afterward. I do not wash my car anywhere else, so there aren’t any pre-existing water spots that would need additional treatment beyond the service I expect from your spot-free system. I appreciate the effort to maintain your system’s quality, but despite your daily checks and filtration processes, something is clearly not working as intended—at least not in my recent experience. I’ve trusted your wash for years because of the “spot-free” guarantee, using your service just isn’t what I signed up for. It's a car wash, that's it. You have to pay to vacuum - I don't like that. I didn't see that they offered free microfibers to wipe down your car. It's on a busy corner, and even if they did offer free vacuuming, it would be so full & and busy. I think I would just say forget it. They'll get you in & out quickly, and the machinery seems to be in good condition. Staff was friendly. I would go back again for a quick run-through, but for $16, that's just a lot.

I used this car wash location for my 2024 Subaru. When it came out, there were deep scratches on the hood. I showed the manager on duty and filled out a damage report, but never heard back. Use this car wash at your own risk. Mark, thanks for sending me the video of my car going through your car wash. The scratches were clearly on the hood of my car before entering your car wash. My apologies, and many thanks for sending the video. I’m going to change the rating to five stars, given your prompt and helpful response.

I have been coming to this car wash every month for the past couple of years, and I’ve generally been satisfied. However, for the second month in a row now, the sides and the rear of my car have not been cleaned properly. I really hope this issue can be fixed, because I would like to continue using this car wash. It has a great location and the vacuum is very convenient, although sometimes it is clogged or the hose is damaged. With a bit more attention to maintenance and wash quality, this place could be excellent again.
