I came in for an oil change and service, and Draimon was great! He showed me my engine air filter and showed and explained that it was compacted and dirty. The difference between the old and new filter was crazy. Thanks to him, I feel a lot better about my car now. Highly recommend!

Kim was also a pleasure to work with. Her halo was shining extra bright today! I would recommend this place to anyone especially college students that might not know much about serving vehicles. They took my coupon from their website too. Maggie even noticed a pin on my front bumper was coming loose and she fixed it. They were all around exceptional. If you’re looking for an honest establishment, look no further the employees here at Express oil change tire engineers are truly a blessing when my son came home in October for a visit he had his truck service at an oil establishment in our hometown. This past weekend we went to visit him and my husband said you might be coming up for an oil change but when he looked at the windshield sticker, he had 3000 more miles left, but my husband went ahead and check the oil he was low so he said make sure you get in to get an oil change and check for oil leak. My son is a sophomore at A&M so he is still learning the process of taking care of his vehicle. The gentleman (Draimen) that came up to my son yesterday was so truthfully honest with him and told him, sir I don’t think you’re in need of an oil change, but you are low. I can top it off for you for free. This was an easy opportunity for an establishment to take advantage of my son, but he didn’t. Thank you so much for being an honest establishment! May the Lord continue to bless your facility and employees.

Today I took my 2018 Kia optima in for an oil change, and let me tell you I was astonished by the customer service I received. Kim was my top side technician while Che was the one working underneath. I was provided water for me and my co pilot (my dog). While the service was taking place Kim and I went through my lights, air pressure, and other parts of their safety check. When the oil change was complete, I was instructed to start my vehicle and within a matter of seconds they had me turn it back off. They hadn’t changed the oil filter yet. Now I know for some this would be upsetting. But honestly, it was caught so fast and handled so well that it didn’t matter to me. They didn’t even hesitate to let me know the mistake that was made and handled it with humility and grace. That’s real integrity. I admire that especially in today’s world where most would have never said a word and went about their day. The customer service didn’t end there. I was not charged for anything. They took 110% accountability and refused to let me pay a dime. It was an honest mistake on a busy day. We’re all human, shit happens. I’ve had far worst done to me and had the wool pulled over my face. That didn’t happen today. A little bit of my faith was restored by Kim, Che, and Kevin. I’m a customer for life. Great job team and keep up the great work. God bless you.

Maggie was very helpful and got me in very quickly. She was very nice and very helpful and did not pressure me on any additional items; for example I had just replaced my engine air filter and she commented that it looked brand new. I was in and out in roughly 10 minutes and have had multiple vehicles serviced here and have had fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend this place for any oil changes!
