Walked out as soon as I saw the prices. No wonder this place was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon. Went to a competitor, and it was packed. You guys are pricing yourself out of business.

I've been coming here for years and I'm sorry to say that this time 05/4/24 @11:30pm I swiped my card and didn't start so i tried again and the same result so i just used cash and it worked but when i checked my card balance i realized that the machine had taken 15 dollars off of my card for nothing can i please be reimbursed for this?

Not impressed. Needed to use bathroom. Locked. Washer barely filled with water. Called, of course no answer. Left message. 2.5 hours later no call back. Not helpful Try a staffed facility.

Honestly the worst laundromat experience I ever had. Prices were extreme for a washer that only took half a load and stopped mid wash. I had to restart my laundry and they tried to make me pay for another load I already paid for. A lot of loitering in a cramped laundromat, not very much space or laundry carts.

Used this laundromat while traveling through. Was clean, machines I used all worked well and dryer vents were clean which I always check before using. Some of the machines offer coin or credit options. I used my card on the washers and mistakenly cancelled it before it started not knowing it would not start again, then reswiped my card. This caused my card to be double charged. I called the number posted and left a message. I was surprised how quickly Tyler responded. I waited a few days to be sure that the machine had double charged me which it had. Tyler provided a refund right away. Overall one of the best laundromats we stopped at during our travels across country.

It's open 24hrs, 7 days a week. I went around 230am (bc that's the only time I could get away). I washed a king size comforter in a triple size washer. The wash cycle was average in length and my cream colored comforter was spit free. The dryer was fast also. It cost me under $10 to wash & dry. It's well lit and pretty clean for being in the middle of the night. I was the only one doing laundry however there was a homeless person trying to get warm. The police drove around the parking lot once. I will not go alone next time only because it's safer. I liked this place and will return the next time it's needed.

It's the worst place I've been to. So many homeless people among Sioux city's undesirables that plague the building especially after dark. Not to mention just this evening my card was double charge $15 using their washing machine. $30 for one load of laundry to be washed? I think it just needs to be shut down at this point, as I've been ripped off several times here. And this was the last. Poor ownership.

I used to LOVE coming here! Having a decent size family like I do, I very much enjoy the extra size washer! Tonight, however, the big machine was broke down because someone jammed too many quarters in at once, so I had to use two of the smaller washers (they charge $9 each) so that made me short for my dry and I had to buy soap sense I didn’t bring any with me since the extra size washer includes soap. When I was able to get money for the dry, I had to switch my loads to several different dryers because none of the doors would close and latch. I tried to call and report about the extra size washer and the 3 dryers that don’t close but no answer. Very disappointed.
