Staff was highly rude. Will never go back. If I could have I would have backed up and asked for my money back. Hire staff that respect your customers or good luck.

Hit this place up next time your in South Sioux City, NE. Drive thru wash is quick and always makes your vehicle shine! I use it every time I'm driving through.

The wash took about 20 minutes from when it started because they had to keep hitting the emergency stop to fix things along the line. I could look past some mechanical problems but the guy running the show was very rude when trying to fix things both to myself and his crew. I finally got out feeling quite annoyed.

Card readers not working, had to run and grab cash to get quarters. Showed up and a machine ate several of the quarters, moved to another bay. Started washing car (you lose time while you're entering more quarters). Got car washed and prepared to wax. Noticed that the foam brush line in this bag had started leaking soap concentrate on my car after my time had expired. Had to rinse again. This is one of the most unacceptable locations for power wash usa, usually they're decent. There was no attendant to help with all these issues, and this made for a very expensive and mediocre carwash experience.

$10 car wash is good. I like how there is no tax like the other car wash🙄 it's $10 for a basic wash and that's it

Car wash damaged the car. Tried to call left many messages to which no one will respond. The phone number that was given goes to denison iowa. They own 3 of these 2 are in sioux city. Do not go to any of them if you want to get your car damaged. They will not take responsibility of faulty equipment that they will not up keep.

Got double charged. Spoke to owner/Manager "Dan Gesy". He was very disrespectful, spoke to us like he was scolding children. Has no customer service skills when issues arise. Did nothing to accommodate the mistake his company made. I called my bank and they made it very clear there was 2 charges from this car wash which will be coming out of my account. In the midst of this conversation another woman came up holding a bank statement of her getting charged 2x a few days prior. After much back and forth, Dan agreed to refund the money and give a couple free car washes but would have to wait 5 days and revisit the location. This is very inconvenient and the way Dan speaks to customers with disrespect is NOT okay.

I spent $15 on the automatic car wash and when I got out of it today my car didn’t look any different. Still filth and now extra streaky. I called the number listed and it just rang and rang until it finally hit a fax machine. So disappointed, I will never use this car wash again. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately you have to pay before you go around and discover that they are broke down again. Called the company, spoke to a message service who left a message with the company. But never received a response or return if money paid. Third time this has happened. 7:45 in the a.m.

Fantastic wash!! The guy doing the extra bug wash did an excellent job. Took the time to do all 4 sides of car. It needed it after all the snow and salt build up. Thanks for the great service, will be my new stop.

Came to wash my car outside and in, left with only a vacuuming. The card reader inside the washing bay wouldn't read my card and I only had 4 quarters in cash so I vacuumed. It was starting to rain when I finished so I guess it's not the end of the world.

Honestly for this place being here for so long you’d expect at some point there would be new equipment. Spent $5 to us a vacuum that doesn't even suck. I didn’t even wait till it was over I left with in one min

We bought the monthly pass for $16 and can take the car there every day if we wanted to. Workers are very friendly and make sure they get any bugs or muddy spots off before going on into through the rest of the wash.

Cheapest one in area, very well maintained, always clean. they have towels there for you to use and during busy times they have an actual person there! Machines are never broken or out of money. Most importantly I have never gotten any scratches on my car here. Would recommend this place before any others.

I would not recommend this car wash I have been a member here for a while and I washed my truck Saturday and this is what happened to my truck. It zipped me right thru without even washing it, you can still see the soap. It ripped off my spoiler where my camera is. The car wash people don’t want to help me get it fixed didn’t even apologize just said your truck is 11 years old and that there is a sign posted not responsible for damaged vehicles. Unbelievably!! Also I personally know some workers there who can vouch I go three there at least 2 times a week and my truck was not damaged!
