Asked about getting a gift certificate. Wanted $10 higher than the advertised price. I agreed. He then wrote back stating he changed his mind and doesn’t want to offer gift certificates any more due to his other job and being busy. Would not recommend.

I am finally able to write this review without all the anger I had two months ago when Charles from Executive Touch Auto Detail "detailed: my car. I have to say the car was in excellent shape and, aside from needing to be vacuumed, was not dirty by anyone's standards. I really wanted the car waxed and the leather conditioned. Charles assured me he would take care if it so I went back to work inside. Charles and his young son got to work. I asked if they needed an electrical outlet, Charles said no that they has their generator A couple of hours passed and Charles let me know they were finished. The interior looked good as did the wheels. I asked about the trunk. Charles sheepishly admitted he had forgotten it. Since I was working and needed to get back for a conference call. I paid him $165 + tip, left the car in the driveway, and went back inside. Later that evening, after the sun went down, I went to put the car in the garage. When I opened the door I was met with an overwhelming stench that smelled like rotting fruit. I opened all 4 doors and waited for about an hour before I could stand to even get near the car. Then I saw the culprit. He had left a strawberry scented paper air freshener laying in the cup holder. I immediately threw it away and moved the car into the garage. It's been 2 months and I can still smell that putrid funk. Turns out Charles did NOT wax the car. He used a cheap silicone spray on, wipe off wax. That only lasted until the first wash. In closing, I DO NOT recommend Executive Touch Detailing for any vehicle.

He was accommodating to our circumstances, and did an amazing job detailing our vehicle. He did a good wash on the outside of the vehicle, and did a interior detail. Our car looks brand new again! Quite honestly great service, reasonably priced, super responsive to messages, and great attention to detail. I've had my car detailed a few times in the past but the beach and work had it pretty dusty and sandy, and it had been over a year since it had been cleaned fully. I've never had a detailing experience like this. My Mazda is like a brand new car, outside and in. I cannot recommend Charles and Executive Touch enough! Seriously, if you are in the Pensacola area and want your car detailed, call this guy, you will not regret it

They sent one man no pressure washer. Could not clean the underside of vehicle. Left dirt on the inside of doors on inside will never use them again. 175.00

These are true professionals. When you call Charles the owner, he will call you back promptly. He shows up to do every job. Neat, courteous and professional, he saved the paint on my 2006 truck.
