Service 1: PPF and Ceramic Coating. Service 2: Carbon components added Moving to a new state trying to find a Detailer is hard. After reading all the reviews and the countless great experiences from others, I gave them a call. I walked through what I was wanting to do and Brian gave me his honest opinion (which was actually a less expensive option) because there wasn’t a benefit for me to do so. Integrity drives loyalty for me. When I dropped my car off, his establishment was top notch and he was clear on what I should expect - results, timing, the bill, etc. when the car was done, I was blown away at the results! Wish I could give more stars just from the customer service alone on top of the 10/10 work done! I have since brought my car back to add carbon fiber accents and the precision and installation was flawless!

The first time, I had my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Performance paint corrected and partially wrapped, windows tinted and ceramic coating following delivery from Tesla Charlotte in 2018. I was overwhelmed by Bryan's obvious professionalism, attention to detail, and the cleanliness and range of professional equipment in the shop. As always the job was done in a timely manner. The finished job was perfection. Skip forward to to the purchase of a pre owned 2017 Porsche 718 in 2020. Following that purchase, Bryan did a complete front-end wrap and again exceeded my expectations. I experienced the outstanding and professional service of this high-end detailer for the third time on April 25-27, 2024. Working on a weekend to complete the ceramic coating on the 2017 Porsche 718, my vehicle came out looking better than new. Exclusive Detail is, in my opinion, one of the best detailers on the East Coast. The owners Bryan and Annette and staff are a joy to work with and highly skilled. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing expert detailing on their unique vehicles.

I have been a customer of Exclusive since 2012. In that amount of time, I have owned more cars than I want to admit and with that means I have been a customer quite a few times over these years. Lets start with the most important aspect of a business, which we always look at the people and the end results. First off, Brian and his wife are 2 of the most genuine and honest business owners that I have ever met in all my years, and the work ethic and the attention to detail that they strive for 100% of the time is truly amazing. As the most recent example, I just bought back in February of this year (2024) a 2020 C8 Corvette that had 21,000 miles on it, and even though it was a 1 owner car and 3 1/2 years old, The first owner definitely did not care for it like how I would. I called up Brian as usual, and I brought him the car. It is a Elkhart Blue Metallic and the other areas are done in Carbon Flash Black Metallic. He and I discussed what direction to take the car and as always, They did not disappoint. When I dropped it off, the paint looked good, but it was a 3 1/2 year old daily driven Vette that needed some "Attention". Here is what Brian and his team did..... a 3 stage paint correction and then applied Gtechniq Ultra Crystal Serum Ceramic Coating, then he applied Expel Ultimate PPF to the whole front end of the car (Front Fenders forward) and then we decided that the car needed just that extra touch to separate it from the rest. Since Brian also does custom wheels and is a authorized dealer for Vossen Wheels, We decided to do 20x9 and 21x12 Vossen HF5 wheels. End result you ask?? Lets say this..... When he pulled it out of the bay into the sun..... You know those cartoons where you see a jaw drop to the ground.... Yeah, that was me!! It was sensory overload.... Am I drooling over the wheels first or the paint first?? I just did not know!! The paint after the paint correction has so much depth, and gloss, and the metallic is truly amazing!! New the paint would not have looked this good. I got home and just starred at it as the sun hit it, If you need paint correction I promise no one will do a better job at bringing the depth and gloss out. The PPF I challenge you to find who does it better, and has an eye for the detail that goes into it. The wheels, him and his team mounted these high gloss wheels and tires flawlessly. I got the car back last night just in time for Autofair today, and the pics do not do it justice but I hope it can show you what you will get if you bring your car here. To say I am honored to know them and to be a customer may sound strange but they are the best!!

I have been a car guy since I came out the womb and I am really particular about my car & who touches it. Took me about a year to do research & educate myself on PPF and ceramics. Update 02/14/24 I’m happy to update my original review several years later and say my 5 star rating still stands strong. Since my first tint job on the C63 (several years ago), I’ve had three other cars in Brian’s shop. My GT4, F-Pace SVR and RS5 have all been trusted in Brian’s care for PPF, ceramic coating and window tint. Brian will treat you with respect, execute the work with care and stand behind his work. If you’re looking to have your car detailed or protected, and you’re a ‘car person’, you owe it to yourself to stop by and speak with Brian first. There are very few people I trust with my cars; Brain and his team are in that circle. Thank you once again for taking care of my wife’s RS5 this week. It looks amazing!! Original Review: Referred by a friend of mine when I mentioned tinting my new car. So I decided to bring my C63 coupe in and give them a try. Amazing job! I just brought my third car to Brian and his team for paint correction and PPF, and once again they did an incredible job. I can't speak highly enough about their attention to detail. One of my cars already had PPF installed and it was the typical cheap install where you could see all of the edges. Brian's team removed the old PPF and installed new PPF that is practically invisible. Another car had brown spots baked into the paint that I could not remove no matter what I tried, and figured were there for life. Sergio worked his magic and was able to remove the spots and make the paint look brand new. They even replaced the chrome rear badges on my car with black ones that I had purchased separately and had been meaning to install, and they did a perfect job. I'm not at the level to own super cars, but there is always at least one being worked on in the shop. I think the fact that Ferrari/Lamborghini/McLaren/etc owners trust Brian and team speaks volumes. I know whatever car I end up with next will once again have its first stop be Brian's shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

When I purchased a new 2018 Audi SQ5 in August 2018, I had Exclusive Detail provide the service to protect the finish with only 99 miles on the odometer. PPF was applied to the full front, rockers, headlights&foglights, hood, front fenders, front bumper, and mirrors. I also had the wheels and calipers coated. I am incredibly pleased with the excellent work done by Brian Brown/Exclusive Detail. Brian carefully described the work he would be doing when I met him and had the estimate calculated, and clearly the finished product was done with care. In 2024 I purchased a previously owned 2020 Audi S8 from a dealer in NJ. This car had two 24 month leases and all services were performed by the dealership. I drove it down to North Carolina. Now in June 2024 it had 24,600 miles on it and in need of some attention. Brian suggested that a single stage paint correction/polishing be done to remove swirl marks prior to the application of the Crystal Serum Ultra Ceramic Coating on the entire car as well as wheels and calipers. Once again, I was extremely pleased with the services provided. I would highly recommend Brian Brown and Exclusive Detail to anyone who cares about protecting his/her vehicle.

I could not recommend Brian and this shop more. Ever since buying my latest car I have been wanting to get it PPF'd to protect it since it is a car I plan on keeping for 10+ years! My first inquiry here, I spoke to Brian over the phone who was incredibly kind, not rushed, and answered every question that I had about film brands, materials, performance, methods that they apply PPF, prices, and multiple revisions of my quote and package until I was happy. They got me in within the next week, and did a full PPf package with a couple extra spots doubled up. I picked up my car recently and my gosh it's never looked this good. They not only detailed the exterior beautifully, but Brian was able to remove every scratch I had on the car to where they looked non existent, and the PPF was done so well it's so hard to see where it even is! The car shines just like when it was brand new, and they even cleaned up my interior and rims for me. They treated my car like it was their own, and I couldn't have been more pleased with how they performed. Brian also extended me his phone number and was happy to answer any questions, concerns, or anything at all I had worries about with this vehicle. I rarely make Google reviews, but this absolutely is worth one. I will not be going anywhere else for this kind of work. He has as many years of experience as I've been alive and it shows in his craftsmanship.

I had a very positive experience with Brian and his team utilizing his Charlotte office. I had a full stealth PPF wrap performed on my Sierra EV truck. I had initially planned to use another well-known company in the community, but I did check in with Brian as well and was so impressed with his exceptional communication and explanation of the process that I decided to go with his team. I was kept in informed, and I felt very comfortable with understanding that ins and outs of the process, which I think is pretty important consisting that full PPF protection is not exactly inexpensive. The work was done in a quality manner and was finished on time. He and his team seemed to take pride in doing a great job. I would definitely go back in the future. Very happy.
