Ian from Excelsior came to our house and our Forester that had over 6 1/2 years of dirt, grime, and toddler ground food/etc.. mess; and now it looks like it just came from the show room. He was thorough, took his time, and has pride in his work - and it shows. I look forward to using Excelsior again and recommend Ian to anyone who is looking to get their car cleaned/detailed. I have a 2010 Venza that was looking kind of gangster, so I called Excelsior to have it spruced up. Ian came to my house (very convenient); he was friendly, professional, and I learned a lot about car detailing from talking with him. He could not have been nicer. When he was done I was blown away by the results; any expectations I had were far exceeded. The car looks brand new. The leather seats, which were originally off-white but had morphed into grey, have been completely restored to their showroom glory! The entire car is not only clean, it's IMMACULATE. I wish I took a “before” picture but Ian did a great job detailing my car and removing the spilled Reese’s peanut butter ice cream milkshake on my fabric backseat that had set in for 3 days. The stain and dairy smell disappeared. My car looked good as new. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Very professional and great service!
