I was at Esquire over the weekend. I liked the new technology and the system cleaned my car well. The ceramic wax is a nice touch with free vacums. The prices are reasonable including the monthly wash plans. I also met one of the owners and he was very nice.

Quick and fairly inexpensive if you're just looking for a quick rinse off. If you're looking for a good deep clean, this isn't the place. Free vacuums are nice. Edit: Clarification as requested. I chose the second one down from the "best" option for my wash. Afterward my bumpers, the rear facing portion of my wheel wells, and my running boards still had visible dirt on them. I also believe you may have been out of rinse agent because my mirrors and windshield are very spotty. I wasn't expecting a "detailed" level of clean from an auto wash.

The wash was pretty bad. Missed most of the back window of my car, a bunch near the side mirrors, and I had to use the wipers to clear the remaining water from the windshield so I could actually drive out (which just leaves me with fresh wiper marks). The first pass of the washing brushes didn’t even touch the sides of my car, so it didn’t start well either. The parts that it did clean are decently done, I guess.

I decided to cancel my car wash service since I was going to be out of town starting next month. Instead of waiting the usual 10-14 days, I gave them a heads-up, requesting to cancel for just the upcoming month. However, they ended up canceling the remaining months I had already paid for. The wash itself was okay. I liked that it was available 24/7, though at times it felt a bit too aggressive on the paint and never fully cleaned the rear glass or hatch door. The wheel well cleaner only runs for about 3-5 seconds while entering, which is barely enough time to clean the front wheels. The dryer doesn't dry the car completely, especially around the rear bumper, which remains wet even after driving for a while (though this seems to be an issue with many car washes). The vacuum hose isn’t long enough to reach both sides of the car, so I have to move the car to use the other side of the vacuum machine. Lastly, this is more my oversight, but the most expensive wash doesn't include tire shine or an underbody wash, which you have to pay extra for each time you enter the wash tunnel.

Price per wash is amazing especially if you used the bundle. When the bay was malfunctioning the owner was generous enough to offer me a refund or 3 free washes. They take care of their equipment well and it shows.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, YOU CAN'T WASH YOUR CAR TWICE IN A DAY ON THE UNLIMITED PASS, I VERIFIED THAT IT SAID "MONTHLY UNLIMITED" as it specifies on the panel before the scanner (check the pictures taken today 09/09/22) but you get the message of day use limited reached" max uses 1, and next period starts the next day.... I read the answer of the owner denying the the it says UNLIMITED and is just a ONE A DAY PASS. CHECK PICTURES IN THE REVIEWS, IS NOT WORTH IT. Washed the car 3 times and it still hasn't cleaned the bugs off my car... apparently is just a quick rinse after all. Answering the owner: I know, my husband is a member here, that that's not change the FACT OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, that's what I'm talking about.

I appreciate that the touch screen was easy to use and the directions were easy to follow, but it left a bunch of dirt on top of my trunk! For $10 I was really hoping to get my car all the way clean.

Absolutely amazing owner. Got married last night, and the bridal party completely dunked up our car with Chipotle. It was horrendous, but the guy really helped us out and we were able to get it clean lickety-split! Definitely going to go to this car wash again, probably the best car wash in all of Warren

First time here, and I'm so glad I stopped! I usually don't do the automatic washes but this one seemed safe for my low car and tires. Super shiny and very clean! I only got the deluxe which costs just 10 dollars. Free vacuums which work extremely well. Thank you Esquire! Will be back for sure!

This car wash is awesome. I’ve been coming here weekly for a little over a year, I’ve only had 1 issue and it was resolved immediately. And when I say immediately I mean within two minutes of my call the owner personally called me back from his mobile, and issued me a car wash for free on the spot, he was more concerned for me and my vehicle then the brand new equipment installed 24hours previously. *Edited to say that the owner has said they're going to have the blowers adjusted and work to make it better and he sent me some free wash vouchers. It's nice to have a business owner respond positively to a criticism and it's much appreciated. I will be back and tell friends and family of the ultimately positive experience. My husband and I came here today with his truck because I used it a few weeks back and liked it. I had the $10 wash. He paid $14 for the Ultimate Wash because he wanted the underside washed. When he pulled over to vacuum he saw quite a few spots that still had dirt, including the wheelwell and windshield under the wipers. The windshield and entire driver's side still had water spots and hadn't been dried while the passenger side was good. He was pretty mad and that price and with the results he got, he won't be back. Very disappointing that I feel I got a better wash for less money.

First, I don't like the false advertisement. I bought an unlimited car wash pass but it should be called a daily pass. My car was still dirty so i tried going through a second time and i was told i reached my daily limit (on an unlimited car wash pass). I've paid for the bug cleaner once before and it didn't do anything so never buying the upgrades again. The car dryer is touchless which is nice but it doesn't really dry your car off too well so that's disappointing. I come here because it's open 24/7, not for the quality. A lot of potential but the washes are pretty bad.

Total waste of money my car was still dirty after a premium wash with hot water. None of the vacuumes have good suction 3 of them were hanging off if their post with the attachments missing. This use to be a good wash I belive its going down hill fast and there's a combination of it not being maintained properly along with customers tearing it up what a shame

Update: Not long after I posted this did the owner contact me about my experience there regarding this car wash. He refunded me and gave me five free washes. I haven't had a problem since. I really like this car wash I do. But I've had two issues here so far. The first time I got stuck in the wash bay but I think that was because the car in front of me took up his time and my time to dry his car off. I had to hit the emergency release button to let me out of the wash bay and I had to reverse. Second time just happened, I bought a deluxe wash and it put soap on my car and when it went to scrub the car it got stuck at my front windows and the roof of my car and was stuck there for 30 seconds. It then told me to pull forward while my car was still soapy. So now I have to go somewhere else to get a car wash. Update: The owner reached out and gave me a refund and 5 free washes. Thanks again!!!
