I called 4 separate days to reserve a vehicle and schedule to be picked up which the company claims they do in the commercials. Ended up having to call a national number to get someone one the phone to set everything up. Then they never showed up to pick me up at repair shop I was dropping my vehicle off at, nobody would answer the phone at the specific location for the 4th time. When I get there they were very dismissive about the fact they never showed up to pick me up. The vehicle I reserved was not available and I was told I could choose from a group of roughly 15 vehicles all of which had to be detailed before anyone was able to rent a vehicle. The lobby was full of customers waiting for a rental, there were 7 employees that I counted working but nobody could answer the phone. I would not recommend this branch and am seriously considering looking at other companies for future rental vehicle needs.

I was involved in an accident and the insurance company stated they would cover my rental for the time my vehicle was being repaired. So I show up to the Enterprise on Tennessee Ave my friend and I and what ensured was just horrible. First the representative who was working the front counter I want to say his name was Troy. He was the ONLY employee in that office at 9:00 with myself and 9 other customers waiting to be helped. So I wait my turn and he takes my information from State Farm and he advised me that they would on cover me in a 2020 Mitsubishi Mira. My vehicle is a 2019 Nissan Altima how do you justify putting me in my kids in something so small. I will upload the pictures but I am politely returning the vehicle as I do not feel safe transporting my children in something so small that also shakes. Then the hubs caps are zip tide on. They should NEVER EVER rent that car out to ANYONE. I feel State Farm failed me as well as Enterprise because I already had plans to travel to Louisiana before I was rear ened at a stop light due to no fault of my own and had to cancel because I REFUSED to put that vehicle on the interstate. I feel BOTH companies need to do better.

BEWARE!!!!!!This is a scam they will get you. BEWARE!!!! My paperwork showed sunday drop off. Nowhere did it say saturday or I would be charged till Monday. Dropped off on Sunday they took my deposit plus charged me till Monday. Very bad business to rip people off. THEY WILL GET YA.

All was well even though I had to take a down grade regarding my rental due to no insurance. I was congested because I'm a plus sz disabled woman but I made it to TX and back to MS without any issues. Praise God.

Please do yourself a favor, don’t go to this Enterprise!! People that works here are NOT knowledgeable and does not know how their system works!!! Sales reps are very RUDE!!! Go directly to the airport and get rentals there!!!! This Enterprise will be 0 out of 5 if I can but won’t let me post it I don’t put a star.. I hope somebody is READING THIS and actually cares, yes I’m talking about ENTERPRISE!!!!

I'll walk before I rent another car from here. I explained to one lady what I wanted to do to avoid the extra $15 per day for the additional driver, she told me that I would have to redo the rental agreement. I was fine with redoing the agreement, but another lady took over and said that it didn't need to be redone and she ended up charging us almost $300 extra. I thought domestic partners or spouses weren't supposed to be charged the additional $15 per day/driver.

My family and I rented a car from this location to travel to North Carolina. The car was great and all but I have to commend the customer service. It’s kind of rare to go into places and get above and beyond service so I have to let it be known. The guy that helped us, Ty, was so nice and accommodating. He gave us a great selection of vehicles and explained all the gadgets and buttons to us so we could enjoy the car while we were gone. When we brought the car back, he was there again and he was nice and remembered us and really made us feel great. If you need to rent and car, this is definitely the best place on the coast to get it.

Everyone was super friendly and funny. Ty was extremely helpful in getting us a car when the midsize car option was unavailable, he let us see the different cars and discuss the pros and cons of each one. I struggle with last minute decisions so having someone who was understanding and patient was really helpful and put me more at ease in what would have otherwise been a high anxiety situation for me. After waiting for 2 hours to pick up my rental and watching customers after me get loaded into upgraded vehicles, I was placed in an intermediate car when my reservation was for standard. The car was filthy, smelled like smoke/drugs, and had numerous electronic issues. I returned the next day to switch out and was placed in another intermediate car, this time at least clean but too small for my needs. Additionally, there is a break-down in communication between the corporate Enterprise and this location in terms of drop-off and pick-up of customers. Don't expect to have the same service Enterprise Corporate promises once you arrive here.

I requested a car rental from Enterprise through the State Farm app. In the app, I selected a luxury vehicle, and to be picked up at a specific address. When they call me the next day, all of that information was ignored and they try to give me a Chevy blazer. I had to also tell them again that I requested to be picked up. They tell me to "call them and make sure they're on their way" on the day of. Alright, fair enough. Now comes the day I need the rental and they will not answer the phone at all. They consistently hang up on me no matter which department I try calling. I cannot get a hold of anybody. The time for pickup has already passed, so its apparent that they didn't schedule my car pickup like they said they did. They will still not answer the phone and I'm currently stranded at the body shop now as I write this review. This is infuriating. A good car rental company would say "We're going to call you the day of and make sure you're ready before we come to pick you up". It should not be the other way around.

Made a reservation for a premium car 2 weeks in advance. Get to the location to pick up the car, they have a midsize car and a tiny Mazda suv…both too small for our needs but we had to settle. We rent close to once a month from this location and usually we end up upgraded and always pay more but this time they really screwed us. Tiniest hatchback ever! What’s the point of a reservation -really? ****returned after filling the tank…it’s a thimble! 200 miles on the tank 16.7 mpg. They had a premium class car when we came in…Toyota Crown.. much better size wise and comfort. Only upgrading to three stars for the inconvenience!!

Do Not RENT from Enterprise or at least not from this location. Made reservation and was late picking up rental. They rented it to someone else. I understand but what I don't understand is why rent me a vehicle with obvious issues which I am positive you would charge me for? I have had multiple issues with vehicles rented from here. If you go here you will regret it. See attached picture of a vehicle I had just rented!!
