They took extra days to pickup rental from body shop then tried to bill me for their lack of responsibility. Even when we called to let them know we were dropping the car off. At the body shop.George Gee had to follow through and straighten things out for us.So appreciate Mike's help at Gee.

I've used Enterprise on multiple occasions. But this time was absolutely exceptional. I had been in a car accident, so my insurance got me into a rental. But they got me into a compact SUV, which was great because I have kids. They got my appointment scheduled within 24 hours of my accident, and I was in the rental the next day after the accident well. The whole process was so quick and easy. It was very appreciated given the fact that my whole family had been through a lot within that initial 24-48 hours. I'm very happy with their customer service and every part of the rental process. I'll definitely keep using them in the future as well!

Avoid Enterprise Rent-a-Car in CDA at all costs! They will scam you! We rented a black Rav 4 from them for 7 days, while my son's car was getting a new engine. My son drove it on two of those days around town and the other five days it sat in my driveway. When we returned it in perfectly good condition, there was no issue or walk around, but we didn't think twice about it. I received a call a couple of days later telling me the the back bumper was damaged and that it would be sent to a repair shop at my expense. I was shocked, since my son did not damage it (it has a backup camera, so he would have known if he ran into something) and I certainly hadn't seen anything while following him back to the rental lot. I wanted to clarify with the agent, to be sure he had the correct car, and he said, "yes the one with the Indiana plates and 900 miles driven". I informed him that that was not the car I rented because the plate was New Jersey and my son hadn't driven even 100 miles, let alone 900. I asked for pictures of the damage (I was home sick and couldn't go see it in person), but it took several days for them to send them and I had to ask a second time. When I finally received the pictures, they were of just the back bumper, but it was a Gray vehicle. Well of course I was thrown off and explained that I had rented a black Rav 4, not gray, and even sent pictures from my neighbor's door cam showing the black Toyota in my driveway. He was adamant that the vehicle VIN matched the paperwork that I signed and thus it was my damage. Well, at the time when we rented the agent had given my 6'4" son a choice of three different cars, one of which was a gray Toyota Rav 4, but he had chosen the black one because it was the first one he sat in and had room enough for his legs. Plus, they set up the "paperwork" on tablets and have you sign without seeing anything it lists, I trusted them - silly me. The paperwork matched the gray Rav 4, NOT the black one that I rented, but I didn't know that until after they emailed it to me. I then asked to see security footage for the date and time that my son drove off the lot and the day he returned it to prove it was the black Rav, but all three times I asked the manager skirted the request and the final time I asked he said that he would no longer talk to me about it and I could only speak with the damage department. Long story shorter (sorry for the length), after a lot of back and forth and my proof that they had the wrong car, I am stuck with the bill because it's their word against mine and all I have is a picture from across the street. I will never use this Enterprise again (other outlets of the same company are great, so no shade on Enterprise itself, just the incompetent one in CDA). They are at best incompetent and at worst scammers getting innocent people to fix their other mistakes. Either way Buyer Beware!

Both in person and over the phone Nate gave me superior customer service. I had hip Surgery and could only sit in a luxury car due to pain. I requested a luxury vehicle within less than 3 hours! Nate went above and beyond to make that happen! Not to mention they picked me up very quickly from Car Crash Champions in Post Falls. Nate kept the office open to me a whole hour past closing because I forgot my drivers License. All the staff were really kind and optimistic while I waited for my family member to drop off my Drivers License. They even noted that I only had to bring the car back with 3/4 tank of fuel because that is how I received it.

Had a reserved vehicle to pick up around opening time. Appeared that there were 2 people working on a week day morning. There were a few other customers picking up and returning vehicles as well. Only waited a few minutes. Both the desk employee and the gentleman who took us out to get the vehicle were very friendly and personable. They both worked well with the busy environment and had a great system of working together to speed up the process. We had a choice between two different vehicles in the class we reserved. Took the Jeep Cherokee. Vehicle was in great condition and ran well for our trip to Montana. Returning the vehicle was a breeze. Very nice young lady processed our return and we were on our way. Would definitely recommend renting from the CDA location on Government Way. Thank you to all of the staff for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable! You guys rock!

I don't recommend renting from these guys. We rented a car from them they didn't even wash it, so I'm guessing they didn't check to see if there was any Rock chips in the windshield. We drove it for one day. The windshield started cracking and now we have to pay $500 for a new windshield.

I have rented from Enterprise for years. Just started their rental program. This last rental was two weeks. Well that's what I paid for. They never told me I could have keep the rental for two more days for free. I had to walk to work because I couldn't pay more then what I all ready have. Almost 1500 for 10 days. I do love the company. Just wish they could have told me.

I called Enterprise on a Friday morning to book a car for that afternoon at 4pm (I called the local number, but may have been transferred to a call center?). Reservation set, received multiple text messages thruout the day to complete check in. When I arrived that afternoon, the desk agent said they had no cars available, and would not have any until Monday at the earliest. He wasn’t too concerned about my predicament of not having the vehicle (or any vehicle) I had booked. Ended up finding a better a cheaper rental elsewhere, but dealing with Enterprise was very disappointing.

I've had a perfect experience with the coeur d alene idaho (government way) store and the people there. I've had a rental for two weeks even after 3 days to my reservation on the day i was suppose to return my car. The initial pick up experience was perfect even upgraded my car for me. They explained my options clearly and let me choose the vehicle that felt most comfortable for me, without any pressure. I booked online through Costco.com using the perks of my Executive Membership along with my Costco Citi card, which made the process easy and straightforward. The vehicle itself was in great shape—super clean and very nice. I ended up with a newer Ford Escape ST AWD with low mileage, and it was a great experience overall.
