It was very off putting. Went in to pay, the woman just took the paper and quoted the price. No hi, hello, no real customer service. Odd but let it go. Two other people come in behind me. They got a hi, hello. . AND she tells them about their punch card 11th wash free. So I go up and say you didn't offer me a card. She just grab one and put it on the counter and went back to reading. Then I go outside and my car is basically wet but in the sun drying getting water spots. . after watching it sit for 15 minutes I just went and wiped it down myself and drove off. They were busy and I watch a lady complain she had been there almost 2 hrs and needed to leave and come back. Seemed unorganized and rude. I'll take my money to another place

As others have said, the quality and trustworthiness of this car wash has gone down hill. This used to be a quality car wash with a decent wash and vacuum for a good price. The wash, and especially the vacuum has been much more hurried and poorly done in the last few months. Despite this, they’ve kept my business as the price is good. They advertise 19.99 for most cars, trucks, SUVs & Limousines (extra). I’ve come here for years in a compact Subaru SUV and only been charged 19.99. They always try to upsell you with extras, but it’s usually easy to decline saying you only want to pay the 19.99. Today, I told the manager I only wanted to pay 19.99 and he said OK. When I got to the cashier to pay, I realized I had been charged a higher amount for a large truck or SUV. When I asked the manager about the hidden fee despite years of visits and only ever paying the 19.99, he became defensive and argumentative saying my Subaru is a large SUV. Meanwhile, the Chevy Tahoe and Ford F150 next to me were only charged the typical 19.99. In the end, the owner offered to give me an air freshener for over charging me, but the trust has been broken. I regret recommending friends and family here, as I now fear they may have been taken advantage of and overcharged as well.

Yelp reviews for this car wash were so accurate. I was looking for a hand wash for my X5. $35 for a full service wash and spray wax, can't beat it. The workers were friendly and helpful and The attention to detail was great considering the price. I think I've found my new place.

The carwash died with my car inside. They pushed my car out and literally rinsed it down with the hose. 20 min turned into 40 min. $30.00 into to the drain deserves 1 star review.

I wash my car here not the first time. But for the first time there was trouble. They broke my mirror. There is not big, I understand anything can happen. But the problem is that they told me that they are not responsible. This shocked me. This is not serious. I attached a photo of the check and a broken mirror. So keep in mind if you decide to come here. They can break/damage something for you and then say that this is your problem and they have nothing to do with it.

Very disappointing experience. I paid for a full interior detailing, but the job was poorly done—syrup stains inside the car were not fully cleaned. Even worse, the battery I planned to replace was removed without my permission, and the original floor mats (front and back) were swapped with cheap rags. I didn’t notice until a week later due to a busy schedule, and I didn’t have time to go back. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Save your money.

first and last time i will come here. started off with a rude pushy sales guy trying to get me to upgrade to a higher package (from the package 4) without disclosing price difference and services clearly. after i asked for clarity and then denied the upgrade, the sales guy took it personally and started making accusations to which i apologized for any misunderstanding to help defuse the situation. while the car was being worked after the wash on, the guy walked away for like 5-10 minutes to just text on his phone then after an hour, my car is handed off to me with water spots, pollen and bug splats still around on all sides. the people that came in after me had already gotten their services complete and left. the interior with all armor alled and sprayed down but poorly done with a dirty rag so i left streaks all over. horrible service all around. dont recommend for anything other than a cheap wash- package 4 was just not it…

I’m am very displeased with the service I was provided. My seats were not cleaned but put a plastic cover over my seat to try to deceive me I touched the seat and they were dry and carpet is still dirty. I guess because my seats were not that dirty they wanted me to believe they were cleaned. Poor detailing job overall. I scrub the dirt to make sure it wasn’t a stain and some of the dirt came out of my carpet. If I would have had the time I would have request that it be redone. I even tip your guys for a poor job inside and out. As a owner you should make sure the workers do an excellent job before you tell a person their car is ready their service speaks for you. Poor service is never good. I did get what I paid for although the cost for not cleaning my seats were taken off still poor service. My time is valuable also.

Reason for visiting: car detail Date/time of visit: Sunday morning, ~11:30 AM Parking: n/a Party size: 1 Environment/ambience: pretty busy. They offer an outside waiting area with seats socially distanced; no tables, no TVs, or WiFi. Next door is McDonald's in case you want a quick bite to eat. Car detail takes an hour and half to 2 hours. Car wash is usually within 30 mins. Lots of high end cars (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, etc) come through for various services. Service: pretty prompt, from time you get in to when you get out (cashier, car wash). They did a good job with the detailing; I didn't have to pick out spots they missed. Floor mats and carpet were shampooed; mats kept in the trunk while the carpet dries. They used disposable floor mats to allow you to drive while the carpet dries, which was great. They also wiped my seats down, which can be forgotten and annoying since my seats are a lighter color. Food: they offer snacks, drinks, etc. Cost: detail was listed as $270 but I got it for $199 (didn't ask but they offered). Car wash is $16.99; price varies based on day and time. Snacks and drinks are more expensive than normal, which is expected since it's also a gas station (Mobil).

Been taking my car here for over 10 years. Love how well they take care of your car. I love coming here for my oil changes and it’s such a perk to have the complimentary car wash and they even vacuum your interior. I always make sure to tip the person wiping down my car. They do a meticulous job. Lots of hard working people out on the lot. Always a delightful experience

I'm not from southern california, so i'm not used to car washes. But I will say that this experience was really good. I had the handcar wash. Because I did not want my car to go through them. Possibly scratching the wheels. My washing technician did a really good job spent decent detail on the wheels and the tight areas such as license plate, etc. I definitely recommend this shop. Tip them well, they deserve it.

Don't go here, not worth it even slightly. I arrived at 4pm yesterday to have the car washed, we hung around for several minutes to ensure they had no issue getting into the tesla, and we left a key within the vehicle. They didn't say anything, didn't mention any trouble so we went across the street for lunch, while they finished up. We returned and they claimed they could not vacuum or wash the car as they didn't have the key. Once again, the key was in the car and all doors were left open. They then claimed we couldn't be located as we left, when we had waited several minutes and gotten the okay from them, and we were across the street. They said to return the next morning. We waited right there the whole time thus morning, and they suddenly had no issues. They didn't vacuum properly, and didn't add the air freshener, and they took about 50 something minutes to not even complete the service paid for. What the hell did we pay for??

First time customer so if any future experiences give me a reason to lower the rating, it will be edited accordingly, if not then it’s still 5 stars. Needed a proper wash/detail done ASAP without having to take a loan out for one with the prices some of these “mobile detailers” charge for similar services that Encino provided. Some of their reviews left me a bit reluctant but decided to give them a shot. Pulled in, thankfully it wasn’t too busy so I was tended to immediately, went with the #4 package, the gentleman at the vacuum area said he could add on leather conditioner for my seats which was ideal since I hadn’t conditioned the seats in some time. Went in, paid with the nice lady at the desk (be sure to keep the receipts, the finishing guy will ask for it) and went outside to wait. My car came out pretty quickly from the wash process and I was expecting the finisher to be quick but to my pleasant surprise he was very detail oriented, dried every crevice on the door jams and even the trunk as well. Wish I had gotten his name so I could ask for him personally next time I go back. The leather conditioner did leave the seats a biiit slippery but honestly all conditioners are going to have that effect. Also I had AirPods and Persol sunglasses in the front and they were NOT stolen so they’re trustworthy people here. For the $65 I paid I received much more here at Encino than I would have if I had gone with a mobile detailer who would’ve charged me the same for just a simple exterior wash, these guys at Encino did great for my first visit, photos speak for themselves. 🙏🏽

Their manager, Ed, was incredibly friendly and helpful—he made the whole experience smooth and welcoming.
