Don't go here your car will be dirty after you go thru the carwash .they wash your car and you have to go thru again. No hot water barley dry off your car. Rude

The worst ever I paid for a 30$ carwash second from there highest price service and it was horrible. I had to go back over the whole car inside and out. The seats still had a lil dirt still so they never touched. And I had to wipe it down with a dry cloth. Never again.

They will rob you for your money listen to this, Horrible they ask what package you want after they wash ur car !!!! Also had a lowered minivan thought it was fully hand car wash but it goes on a machine and my car wouldn’t fit didn’t know this til I went it and then the owner got very rude with me !!!! Rushing me to reverse out almost hit my whole side of my van all because he said he had other customers and what am I a customer I regret not waiting on line in chamo car wash which is the best in Elizabeth area !!! Hands down. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO this place again.

This is the best hand car wash I have ever been to. Hands down!!! I have been going here for years and have always been happy with the job they did but ever since it’s under new ownership the level of service has superseded any expectations!!! I will not take my car anywhere else!!

Manager isn't a nice guy at all. He talks down to people. Very unprofessional. Yells at his customers. Unfortunately this is the only carwash in my area. I think he realizes that. That's why he's so rude. It's unfortunate.

My local car wash for over 5 years. I have seen the major changes they made for improvement of customer service and I enjoyed the changes. The staff is quick and efficient. They ensure no spots are missed. Just hoping they will start a royalty program for frequent customers.

Honestly, don’t come to this place man I came here with my brand new car and they scratched my front rim completely and didn’t want anything to do with it. I asked them to call their boss to see if there’s something that they can do about it. They were basically looking at me like I was crazy. They all kept saying it didn’t happen there and told me to call the cops. Terrible customer service. I left the front desk, cashier my phone number and told him to have his boss call me . I’m Yet to receive a phone call.

I checked on Google and it said this car wash was open. I drove all the way here just to find it closed. This is really frustrating. Please update your hours on Google so people don’t waste their time.

Got dumped with some soap right away with a slightly opened window because the attendants were midway inside the wash. Never actually went down a left hand rail without the coaster pushing you behind. I drive a manual too 🤦. I could've stayed in the drying section as long as no one bumped into me. One of the oddest wash experiences in 50yrs.

Decent price for an OK wash. Lady washing the car banged on the back of my car to move up. One of the ladies wiping down the car was rough as hell on my door handle, left water spots all over

I choose the yellow service and The exterior wash was ok - additional service were very very poor. You will have redo the cleaning. Not a good choice if you love your car and I say that from the base of my heart.

Visited this car wash for the first time on 5/18 because there was a long waiting line at Chamo's. Average and cheap car cash. Nice and friendly detailing workers. The guy in charge did a good job cleaning my Camaro's driver side, but the other washer guy scratched the passenger side several times with his rag/sponge when wiping my car with it (pictures attached and they look even worse in person). I know it was an accident and could have happened to anybody, but still I'm mad. They should be more careful with their rags/sponges, wash them better in between cars, and not use the same ones from the car before mine. Talked to the guy in charge after and showed him all the scratches and he just acknowledged them. Accident like this can be prevented. I SHOULD'VE WAITED IN LINE AT CHAMO'S.

Don’t come to this please if you love your car. The lady there banged up my bmw while washing and when I spoke to the cashier he got so defensive rather than apologizing and started yelling at me. I came here because everywhere was so busy but now I understand why they weren’t busy themselves. They absolutely suck and is very disrespectful.

I bring my Volkswagen Beetle here about three times a month, and they consistently do a great job at very reasonable prices. My car always looks amazing when they’re done.
