They were not paying their immigrant workers even though the owners were also immigrants, can't and shouldn't support something like this, the workers were being exploited and it's unacceptable!

Just came in for a regular car wash maybe one of the worst experiences I ever had washing my car as I was waiting my turn watching the guy in front of me and the staff is washing his car and I noticed that there’s no soap the soap was so watery you couldn’t even see it and then one of the staff members told me that the car is white that’s why I can’t see the soap really guys save your money don’t go here

A little pricey and the wash wasn't that great. If there is a big line, don't expect a good job to be done. They want you in and out quick.

Service was good, but the staff does not know how to treat customers. One of them hit on me which is disgusting and down right awful.

The staff particularly Ivan is rude. Staff are underpaid Unless you go with at least 1-2 prior to closing they don’t offer all their listed services. They don’t have a good waiting area. Don’t waste you time. Im not returning

I dont like to write bad review but this place it's the worst u have to behind them all the time tell them I miss this or that staint your glass and car. Never going back there was the worst experience ever

Avoid this place it has horrible service they will leave your car dirty and not care about it. I pointed it out to the owner of the place and he just walked away as I'm talking to him, he did nothing about my complaint!

Was yesterday and was one of the last cars The attendants sat in my car and text When car was wash it had dirty spots every where The guy that was supposed to clean the inside only got in driver side rear view mirror was never clean dash board was not touch and paid 23 to have it clean my tires never got armorall I have been there a couple of times never will never go back for a 5 minute job it was not worth it find a different place

I don't recommend any one to go here and get their car washed. The service is really bad I paid $25 for a car wash and interior armorol. They used old rags , didn't clean my interior windows and never put the armorol on my tires. I would never go there again especially the people are not friendly.

I paid $22.00 + 2 suv for wash, vaccum inside, armorol for inside and tires, the tires looked like they weren't washed no armorol- the inside matt driver side was dirty. I saw this when I got home. They're rushing.Last time I'll visit this car wash!

I Hate writing bad reviews but this place is really rubbish . I don't know if the guys wiping down the inside of the car and cleaning the windows are blind or just don't care. If you're going to take your car here dont waste your time or money. You might as well clean it yourself and do it right the first time. The owner or manager really needs to get on his guys and make sure they are thorough and don't leave crumbs and bird poop and everything else on the car.

Very upset with the service this place provided. I dropped my car off at 11am to be detailed inside and out and the charge was $218. I called the place several times to see if the car was ready and no answer finally I decided to go back at the time they said my car would be done and long behold the place was CLOSED !!! Had to leave my car over night and call out of work because of no car. This is unacceptable to paying customers. If you are going to provide a service please be clear about your services and hours and not mislead people and just take their money. Will not recommend this place and will NEVER GO BACK EVER !!!

$22 dollars, did not vacuum 2nd row, third row or clean 2nd row or 3rd row rubber mats. Asked for owners phone number nicely to try to reconcile situation. They handed me $11 dollars and told me to leave. Please do not give your business here, terrible car wash and terrible customer service.

The owners steals money from their workers and don’t even pay them overtime. They even went far and paid them $5 an hour when minimum wage is $15!! Even worst when it cost a former employee life’s due too working in too much pressure. Justice for the workers! I’m so happy they won the case. I will never wash my car there again. Horrible work ethic! Immigrants will be protected at all costs and that’s on law!

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!! EVEN THE MANAGER OR THE OWNER IS WORTHLESS, DOESN'T KNOW THE WORD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT WASH THE VEHICLE'S GOOD. MANY PEOPLE IN ELIZABETH HAD ISSUES HERE AND AT THE END THEIR CARS COME OUT DAMAGES AND THEY END UP BREAKING SUSPENSIONS OF THE VEHICLE. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!

I asked for the Premium Service #1 which costs $41 plus $3 because my car is an SUV, so it should’ve been $44, but they charged me $45.76. I asked why it was $45.76 and they told me it was taxes, but they were already charging me $2.92 in taxes. They couldn’t give me any other explanation. Be very careful when paying with a card at this place!!! They steal from their customers.
