Came across this car wash the other day, conveniently located minutes from house (total plus) and immediately recognized the pink elephant sign, as it is an icon in Seattle ❤️. I use touch-less washes so I had to try that; but for those who prefer a hand wash, they have bays for that too. And plenty of vacuums tho admittedly I didn’t use them and do not know how well they work. I can only speak for the wash, which was fantastic! I did the middle wash and was very pleased with the quality of coverage and chemicals they used. My car came out nice and clean with very little water left over (A+). Finished her off with a towel… I’m definitely going to use this wash. With a membership program I feel like I can’t lose here. I’m glad to see a hometown favorite still going, 3 generations deep!

I found that the wash I bought signed me up for a monthly charge of $35 that I was not expecting. I only wanted to do one month not a membership. $35 is almost twice what other companies of this type charge. Contacting the company took days for them to respond. It seemed like a personal phone number that they have you call. I won't be back.

Great touchless car wash that actually cleans your ride and doesn't leave tiny scratches from those scrubbers at other washes. The vacuums work well and its well kept. 10/10

Chemicals on last visit on Jan 3rd were different from the previous visits, did not clean nor made the are water repellent. Compared to other touchless washes in the valley it's 2 dollars more than on each wash.

Went there this past Friday 9/6 6:20 pm. Paid for a car wash no car wash dispensed. Thinking it was a card issue I tried another card same thing. 16$ on each card 32$ and no car wash. Person behind me tried with cash and no luck either. Sad I keep driving by here, but I’m nervous to stop and try again and waste my money and get left again with no car wash. Real shame honestly, because this wash is 5 minutes from where I workout. Before moving here to az from IL last yr I washed my car weekly and have been looking for a Touchless car wash system and one with a monthly package. Guess I’ll wait until you guys are a little more established and work all the kinks out or keep looking elsewhere for a place to wash my car. I wish I could add the video I took of your car wash taking my money but not dispensing a wash. But I can only add pics

Should be 5 stars. I've been coming here for a very very long time as I live in the sugaro ranch neighborhood. It's had a few different owners now over the years. The newest ones I'm still unfamiliar with. I work nights so I'm never there when the staff is. Except once a few weeks ago I was still there when their morning worker arrived who told me I had to leave cause I wasn't using the vacuums I was parked at because the other customers couldn't use it (the place was completely empty mind you) Apparently me paying money for their sped up self wash wasn't enough, but this worker didn't know that nor should that have mattered. A paying customer is a paying customer. Great business you have there shooing away your 10+ years paying customer

It's ok until you get through the dryer and the guy washing in the stall next door is spraying soap on his car. If the wind is blowing, your car looks worse than it did before you went through. Won't take that chance again.

WOW! VERY COOL. They have an auto machine that cleans the car without the motion rig of moving your car. So all you do is pay and park in the spot, put the car in PARK and this machine goes around and cleans your car. Not like a traditional drive thru washer this one is better it's TOUCHLESS no brushes or scrubber that will scratch your car! Very Good quality. I remember when this car wash was previously owned by someone else and it was scary with roaches crawling everywhere. Now it's really clean and nice.

Kiosk doesn’t work to accept payment, and when given a free wash code it doesn’t work at kiosk either. Great new place, poor systems that don’t stay running or make it user friendly(previous experience) (new experience) I’ve decided to try you guys again in hopes it was just an error with your machines, but I’ve purchased the monthly wash for $35 a month and it didn’t even give me the wash. Machine said please pull forward which I did and the wash never started. This is now the third time I’m out of money for a wash and you guys never have any employees available for help for me to get a refund .

First time going to Elephant Car Wash here in Glendale. Got a free $16 wash offer through facebook. After the two rain storm we had in the Valley. My truck came out clean. Except the air dry part...my fault. Just need to time it right. No big deal coz I brought towels. May sign up for their unlimited wash next time I go. Touchless wash is the way to go.

After the revamp this place is awesome love the new drive thru touchless wash. Only thing I reccomend is to dry off the car after use just cause the dryers don't the best job in the world but it gets about 80 percent of the water off like most. But besides that I love it here.

i've been going here for the automatic car wash since before they announced their opening. i even met the owner once and he was super nice, we talked about how the dryer angle was perfect for lowered/sports cars and he still changed it because it dried his truck poorly. i can understand that, but i wish he would listen to the customers. there are 2 lanes, all it takes is a sign; one for lowered cars and the other for trucks that way more business comes. i sent my mom through too in a mini van and it dried the same way as mine. i go through and my car looks worse than before. i'm highly irritated that i keep wasting my money on the monthly subscription hoping they reposition the dryers. on top of that, you can only go once a day so even though i just went and dropped $40 on towels to dry it myself (after a wash) i can't even go through again. here's to just washing my car myself at home! lol wish i could get a refund

Love these new touchless washes going up, this is by far the most streamlined one I’ve seen. Love the two washes, especially with the option for memberships. Only feedback I have is for the drying portion. Wish it was extended and/or adjusted based on the vehicle. Love the option to self-serve wash. The vacuums work great, had some issues with the Vacuums and the membership, but those are just small, nitpick type issues. I purchased a membership so I’ll definitely be back, and will recommend it to everyone! Give it a shot!

Paid for the Ultimate and it wasnt very ultimate. Left all kinds of dirt and brake dust on my truck and wheels. Was going to buy the membership but not after this. The dryer stopped working at 30 seconds too. Not cool
