Great prices on cigs. Coffee was horrible though. I will be back and give it another shot. REVISED: I brewed a fresh pot and the coffee still tastes funky. I think it's the water. Maybe they can put a softener on the water lines running to the coffee station.

Great place for a quick stop for gas or a snack. The hot roller items are kept fresh. The cashier is also quick to get you in and out. Donuts are currently on special for 2 for $2

Good location always open, better than the location on Glendale & Litchfield, which is often closed at 03:00 AM. Clean and stocked and lots of gas pumps with a car wash available.

Staff is rude and i would go to any circle k other than this one. Even ones who are out of stock of what I need I will find an alternative product before coming back to this location. Customer service can be difficult been at many jobs like it. Completely not okay in any instance!! I will share with family and friends as well about any other location but this one!!

Extra charges winded up on my credit card. The bank notified me of possible fraud. I meant to be a little more detailed but could not at the time. It seems that someone in the store may have caused a blip at the pump and may be artful at interceding a card transaction and placing charges on that card on behalf of someone at the counter. I say this because, my card didn't work which caused me to swipe it more than once. I knew there was enough cash on my card so I though something was weird. A few days later the bank notified me of possible fraud at this gas station.

Ok there is one female employee that used to work most nights (not so much anymore) and I think she works more midday now but shes had shaved head for minute and shes a little on the heavier side but shes gotta be the absolute nastiest person I've met in a long time. When she barks at you to go up to the counter she's either staring at the ceiling or has her head tilted just snaring at you like shes 13 and grounded which is nice but god forbid if you ask for anything out of the norm like alcohol or smokes..she literally huffs, puffs and stomps her way over to it and blurts out "uhhhhh huh what do you want now" with big ol puff like you've completely inconvenienced her and now she won't be able to make her weekly "teens in crisis and totally inconvenienced by useless adults" meeting this week and you better hope she can find it within 1 second or she just keeps saying "idunna what u talkin bout, ahh what now omg". So yeah, not only do you get the honor of dealing with that there benches outside are always full of either the homeless or what looks to be gang member or maybe homeless gang members idk but its a terrible look for what is a really nice building and location. CIRCLE K MANANGERS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHO IM TALKING ABOUT. MAYBE YOU SHOULD LET HER GO OR KEEP HER OUTSIDE OR IN THE BACK WITH IGOR

Cashiers see you staying there even do there's no one in front of then and take there time to let you know to check out. Circle K CEO should be more strict on that like workers with QT employees there are awesome

Employees here are super friendly and helpful!! I NEVER EVER have to wait long even with a line to the door they’re either fast or they make sure to have another cashier hop on real quick which is awesome!!! After a long day I went in for smokes and gas and of course left the smokes behind then while I was pumping gas and before I even noticed the cashier was already running outside to bring them to me!! Now that’s customer service!!!

Went in there a couple nights ago and one of the associates, Shawna, was standing at the front door holding it open while smoking a cigarette which was very disgusting. You could smell it inside the store. If had her as my cashier a few times and she's been very rude in the way she conducts herself around customers. There's some other staff members who are great and nice to talk to but she's the only one who shouldn't be working here.

I would just like to state that the overnight guy whose name is Caleb is amazing. I have had some pretty bad experiences at this store recently but Caleb has made it to where I will keep coming back despite that. He is very professional and sincere in his actions. Whenever he is there on the overnights I have noticed that the store is always clean and Caleb is almost never standing around behind the counter. I usually walk in to the store and he is mopping or stocking something or even wiping down the trash cans because he got bored and other associates just don't clean them since they aren't directly told too. Caleb really does have some great work ethic now that I'm sitting here and thinking on it. Always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasurable experience for customers. I don't know why they don't put him on overnights more often during the week since the comparison of him to the overnight girl whose name is Danni? I think her name tag said is night and day. The store is in alot worse shape when she is working and she can be very rude. I don't even think she mops much less cleans a counter. I saw her replacing the relish and she didn't even clean the tub out. She just dumped out the old relish and then proceeded to overfill the tub with more relish to where liquid was leaking out of it all over the counter and thing where they keep the other condiments. It was disgusting. Somebody might need to retrain her. Well they might as well have Caleb retrain her since he does mop and wipes down counters and the condiments actually look fresh and properly cleaned out beforehand. Not to mention Caleb has never been rude and is always helpful. In short Caleb has been a beacon of stellar performance that has kept me coming to this store and continue being a circle k customer in general. Various other associates such as Danni and Nathaniel whom I complained about recently; need to be retrained or terminated altogether because they are losing this store business and giving circle k customers in the area a bad precedent of what to expect. I have also sent a copy of this review to the corporate office so hopefully changes are made for the better.

Drink station dirty with multiple empty cups laying around and liquid on counters and floor. Diet Coke had hardly any carbonation and employees not interested in either issue. To top it off, bathroom was really dirty. My suggestion, don't stop here.

The car wash works great when you need a quick wash done that does it's job and gets you rolling quick and the wash lasts a bit. Pricey for just 1 wash though is my only complaint. But how often do you really need to wash your car in Phoenix when it's a dust bowl anyway?

They’ve got a nice selection inside and it’s kept clean. Star off because 90% of the time - the bathrooms are closed. Often if we are going inside a gas station,it’s to use the restroom… Staff has been nice each time. Gas prices are average.

You can get what you need but expect NO hospitality. Certain employees also lock the alcoholic fridge doors at night so they don't have to scan your card at the self checkout. Night shift just seems very unfriendly. 1000% worth the effort to drive 2 more blocks to the Litchfield location in my humble opinion, where employees will get you through your checkout promptly AND let you know about deals and etc.

majority of the sodas had an issue. i only included some in the video because we were there for 20 minutes trying to all find a soda we wanted to drink. Some of the sodas had black specs coming out of them ???? one of them I didn’t include in the video had a broken nozzle but didn’t have a piece of paper saying it was out of order. and only 2 of the ice-y machines were working out of the 8. the only good thing we had from this trip was the cashier. she was so sweet but I forgot to get her name.

PLEASE train your overnight workers or give them resources to properly resolve issues during the night. I’ve witnessed, and just now myself been subject to, the self-checkout machines breaking mid-order and just eating people’s cash. And not only does the employee, left functionally helpless in this situation, not have training with the machine to work with it beyond just shutting it off and turning it back on again, they don’t have any cash or authorization to refund the lost money. Here’s a thought; maybe don’t leave people alone all night either? I get we’re all just cogs in a corporate machine for penny pinching ghouls of wealth in this day and age, but an adequately staffed store shouldn’t be a god damned unicorn to behold.
