The lady with heavy weight at the cash register should not be working there! She should be fired!!! She's rude, mean, disrespectful and yelling in the store to customers. Think twice b4 stopping at this location.

I was at this location buying coffee when I came across an employee named Jackie she took a really long time and was extremely rude she has really poor communication skills with customers and picks and chooses who she wants to talk to and not. DONT GO HERE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The first time ever to this place, normally have a great experience with circle k. This time though was terrible. Not only were the cashiers just chit chatting with eachother instead of taking care of customers, but also when I went to check out, the older lady just grabbed my money without even telling me the total of the stuff I got, when I mean grab I mean just jerked it out of my hand. Then gave a rude face towards me, and did a sigh as though she didn’t want to help me. She then threw my change back at me and went right back to talking with her coworkers. I wish I would have gotten her name but I was just so frustrated by the end of it all. TERRIBLE. :(

I like Rachel. She is very nice and knowledgeable. The general manager should give her a raise for handling the store and gas by her self at times. Nobody should be the only employee!. She takes only 1 small smoke break that you should pay for if only one employee is present. Why put that stress on a employee?.

I really hate going into a Circle K because they are always so dirty. If I was a private shopper today this store would have received 100 plus from me. Only 2 people working as I walked through the store I notice how clean it was. I thought Wow, as I checked out and started walking out the Door I turned to the 2 team members in charge and complimented how wonderful they kept their Store and how wonderful they were and mention how I felt about walking into a CK. Keep up the great job.... the gal gave me the store # so I can review. Wish all the stores looked like yours thank you. Debbie Store #1967

My son went in to get energy drinks. The staff member was rude. one of the kind he wanted was up above and she refused to get it for him saying she couldn't reach it She refused to ask the other staff member to get it. The other staff member overheard and asked my son what he needed. My son told him and the woman staff member told the other worker no do not get it. Then told my son to come back another time. My son was very upset at the way he was treated when he came out of the store. She also accused him of having a fake ID!!!!! Unbelievable!! The woman who works there is older with blonde hair. Shes rude and gruff. We bought the energy drinks somewhere else. Wont ever go back there. I completely agree with Jordan's review below!!! The older lady is the one who everyone else is talking about in their reviews. Several times she has been outside smoking right in front of the door. I told myself one more issue with that woman And I was done going there. 3 strikes and you are out!! It baffles me as to why she is still allowed to work there and deal with the public when she is rude and treats people horrible!

I understand needing to ID people, I think it's a good way to deter minors. But the fact that because I wouldn't pull my ID out of my wallet, so she could scan it. When All you need is my d.o.b. not my entire DMV info! Just to buy cigarettes, pissed me off!I'm 53 years old, and at best I may pass for 40. Why can't you just read my license? Never going back there again!

Whats wrong with people. Getting their floor worked on is ok bit the staff there needs to go I will never step foot in that store again tell the black girl with glasses she ain't the owner. Out there cursing at customers what kind of store is this that that's ok to do. Your customers keep you in business and helped pay for your renovation. 12/12/2023 1pm

I find it very rude when you come into a shop and the young lady behind the counter is having a conversation on the phone and when I say phone I mean speaker phone. I got to hear the conversation of how she was excited to see him play. Not once did she tell him to hang on and put it on mute to help me or the customer in front of me. She just went on with her conversation as if it wasn't a big deal. No, she did ask if I wanted a receipt or allowed me to enter my number for rewards because her conversation was more important than the customer service. She just pushed through to get us out of the store so she could continue her phone call. I even called to get the mangers name. However, no one answered. I'm sure she is too busy talking on the phone. Never again.

I haven’t been to this location in years. When I came today it’s still in a great area, clean lot and service decent. I love that it's close to the hiking trails at Thunderbird Conservation Park to pick up snacks, water or whatever else you may need.

12/3/24 - 8:20pm Came in to buy a beer. Asked for no bag because there's no reason for it. Pointless waste of a bag and quite frankly, I was going to throw it away by the time I got to the truck (I drive windows down often). Was no problem until "it" said "ITS STATE LAW I HAVE TO PUT IT IN A BAG" and decided to give the most atrocious attitude with remarks like "I CAN REFUND YOUR MONEY AND YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE." I told "it" to keep the money. I'd go somewhere else anyways. Even better, my study group and I scoured A.R.S. § 4-244 and nowhere does it say it has to be in a bag. It's quite annoying that "it" acted the way they did after being confronted about their knowledge. Store Policy? Certainly. But don't sit here and tell me it's a state law. Especially when you're wrong. I'll drive the extra mile to go to QT from now on. Thanks.

These bathroom breaks your employees take are crazy. You guys need more than one employee in there at all times. More than 20 people waiting outside to get in and the store is closed.

Slow staff and no microwave why would a circle k sell microwavable burritos but not have a microwave and then to make it worse they never even have hot dogs out this circle k is complete trash

I went to the store on the 29th and there was a new girl behind counter and she asked the manager where something was and the manager yelled at yelled at her like she should have known. That’s not the first time it happened on different day and that same heavy set manager was coming in with her girl friend as she walked behind the counter she started yelling at employees like they were her children. And I am a regular and it’s sad that when she is there she treats your employees bad.

at 5am on Saturday morning, gave me INSANE attitude. It she took 7 minutes to finally help me while sitting on her phone, I gave her money for gas and she shorted me the amount I paid her. She wouldn’t let me enter my mobile number to take 5cents off. She yelled at me from inside of the store. And made sure to yell at me when I was outside too. Whoever this African American woman needs to be fired. I never write reviews like this and never feel someone should lose their job but I come here ALLLLL the time I live around the corner and never have I been treated the way she treated me. she’s literally stealing money from customers, and yelling at them when you confront her about it.. And she shouldn’t be working here at all. I get circle k is stressful but I’m literally the ONLY person here. It’s not like she was super busy. I manage 250 employees and I would have fired her IMMEDIATELY. I’d double even triple check the money customers give her because she’s definitely pocketing some of it.

I don't understand how this place only has it 2.5 on Google. The management at this circle K and the workers there are all so phenomenal. And anybody who thinks otherwise that's on YOU not on the staff there. They work so hard to make sure that place is in order for everybody in the community around it to be able to come get what they need and go. circle K corporate should be very grateful they have staff to represent them like the ones at the store. 5 stars all day

If I could give this place 0 stars I would worst experience I’ve had at a gas station, I got charged double what I put on my card and when I tried to get in touch with a manager or any employee for that matter I was told the line was busy I called about 10 times before giving up, I will be filling a complaint in the morning.

Man whatever 2 lady employees were working this morning are awful. Nobody acknowledged anyone walking into the store. Someone could have robbed the store and they wouldn’t have even noticed. Me and someone else were standing at the checkout. Nobody acknowledges us still. After a minute I say out loud “excuse me can someone check us out”. One lady doesn’t even look. The other looks over, walks over scans everything. Not a word was said. No hi welcome in. No thank you. Didn’t even read me the total of my items. Just rude like we were a burden. Don’t work with people if you can’t interact with them.
