Excellent customer service just not the best for the price. This was my chrome when we got home along with spotty windows and areas in the car were still dusty. Note this was the $35 platinum package.

I wanted to love this place - the people are sweet and the shop is charming and they are fast. I’ve given it 4 solid tries as my husband bought me a gift card for five washes. These past two times I’ve upgraded to the most expensive $38 wash and expressly asked for the inside of my car to be wiped down to which they assured me would be done. When complete, all mats were dusty, interior dusty, back seat dusty. They had not even wiped down the front dash. I asked them to fix it, they did the bare minimum and did the two front mats. It’s definitely a bit awkward to ask for a service that you’ve already paid for to be done…more than once. I still tipped and thanked them, but left unhappy and honestly felt weird asking them a second time to fix it. So if you are looking for your car to be fully clean even with the most expensive wash, don’t go here.

We had made a road trip from AZ and the car needed a good wash. They did a great job. Bonus there is a little shop where you wait for your car. Help yourself to free coffee and have a seat or peruse the little gift shop.

I paid 47.45 and it took them less than 10 minutes. Interior was not wiped clean, the windshield still had guck on the outside and the outside steps weren’t done well. I was charged 2.00 as an SUV but it’s a smaller truck so not back at all. I usually only leave great reviews but this deserves a review.

Our top choice to wash our cars and clean the interiors. The cost is reasonable and the quality has been consistent. My favorite part of the service here is that they vacuum and clean the interior if you chose that option. They do not try to upsell but they do offer a lot of opt.

I chose their platinum full service but very disappointed. Did they vacuum inside? Did they wash exterior and interior throughly? My expectation would be much higher then others My Dyson vacuum cleaner would be better.

Paid for inside/outside wash, and they didn’t even wipe down the inside, just vacuumed. Quality has definitely gone downhill for the price.

UPDATE: Went back for detailing to give them a second chance. But their staff let me down AGAIN. This was a 2 star review, now they get 1 star. Their employees are absolutely disrespectful and inappropriate. BOTH times they did decent job on an interior detail service. But, both times the literally threw any belongings without any care whatsoever back in the car. See picture. The first time they did this on my back seat, I literally had to pick up thousands of businesses cards that were thrown all over the place and the second time Jan 2025, they threw everything in the trunk. So rude and their staff needs SERIOUS trining or they need new staff. First time Communication was terrible and the wait is literally all day for detail service. I arrived at 9am waited 2 hours for them to tell me to come back at 5pm and didn’t even call me to tell me that it was actually done sooner. Ridiculous… The owners need to step up and school these clowns on proper customer service and how to treat people’s personal belongings! I will NEVER go back. I suggest you look elsewhere for proper customer service and respect.

I've been here a few times. The employees are nice and the service is pretty quick but I have never been impressed with the results. Always rushed to get cars in and out as fast as possible. These pictures would be reasonable to me for a $7-10 auto car wash but I expected a little more for $20.

I was really short on time I had to go pick up my parents from the airport so it was essential that my car was clean. I decided to go to this place. I got the best package, I asked for them to do the “mat” service so I was assuming they will do something special to my mat. Nothing. It didn’t even look like it was vacuumed well. Not only that my car was not vacuumed well, there were still bird poop on the side of the car, the hatchback/back of my Rav4 was not vacuumed at all! My dog hair was all there it didn’t even look like they even opened it! And this ppl expect tip. The only nice thing was the receptionist is nice and friendly. But service sucks and I will not go back.

We had a wonderful experience at El Estro and Fernando was great. They were able to buff a scratch out of our rental car and were so friendly and accommodating. They did a great job. If we lived there we would use them all the time.

Car was done fast and averaged price for California. Might be time to change out the resin/media. I had hard water stains mins after my first visit! Took me an hr to remove them! 6 month old black car!

The worst car wash Over priced $40 every time, yes I chose the most expensive was they have because it’s the only option if you want them to at least “try” and do a decent job And every time I leave with a half washed car They rush through every car See the photos water stains/spots on every surface of my car. Mind you I drive a small compact car so there’s not that much surface to cover The people don’t car just get the customers in and out Why do I continue to go ? Because they are the only “full service” car wash around Speak to a manager about the shirty job ? Good luck finding one, it’s only miserable hourly workers

The regular washes they offer are a decent job. I have had to point out a few times spots they missed on my car. But the detail work they do is very much worth it! I spent $200 on a full detail + wax for my car. And wow. The detail was fantastic! Will be back for a full detail again

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We brought our (nearly brand new) truck here for an interior and exterior detail. Brought it in with high hopes but left with 10+ scratches, chips, and new stains. When brought up to the manager, we were blown off and he told us “people mistake new damage for old damage that was covered in dust. In just a few days it will be covered up again and you won’t see it.” The chips were down to bare metal. He did not take responsibility for the crappy job that his equipment did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE unless you want to leave disappointed with damage that they will refuse to take accountability for.
