Every time I come to this place, there are never any clean towels. Today I asked, and the three of them were chatting away, but they couldn't give me an answer. Plus, I pay the premium rate, and the mop never comes down to dry my car. That doesn't happen at other places, I don't know why? Bad service...

Very disorganized. They are opening the gates to two cars at the same time, when asked for clarification, none of the guys working knew how to solve the issue, they just said both gates opened at the same time. So there’s no assurance that the Carwash you paid for was the one you received..

I been going for a year getting my truck washed then today tell me my truck was to big nobody in management speaks English and the manager was a teenager! My truck never messed up equipment in a year.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff member. He explained all the different types of memberships to me. Today I just needed a one time wash but I will join in the future. I have nothing but nice things to say about this car wash location. I have been here numerous times in the past and I will continue coming here. Please keep up the great work. 5 stars !!!!!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would, I had this membership for a year it is very convenient for a quick was but I will NEVER go back to any of these car washes. My car was hit inside the automatic car wash as it was getting washed the machine had a malfunction cause long my car to hit the car in front of me several times and the car behind me also hit me several times. The incident happened October 29th. Today is November 26th and I have yet to receive a resolution for my car. This is ridicules and very unprofessional of them, I had to contact the customer service department more than 10 times in order to get a call from the General Manager Daniel Benitez. When he finally reached out to me he asked me to take my car to the car wash so he could see the damages on my car this was on Friday, November 10th he recorded our conversation WITHOUT my consent and took picture of my car. He assured me that I would have a response by the end of that week.. Never reached out to me, I got in contact with him again Thursday November 23rd and he stated that he was waiting for the claims department to send him the work order (which is ridiculous because it does not take that long) I am forced to contact my lawyer to handle my case because clearly I am not resolving anything by speaking to these unprofessional workers from El Car Wash. I also would like to mention I have proof of my car getting hit inside the car wash because I happened to me recording before the incident happened. With that being said, be very careful washing your cars in this place, what happened to me can happen to anyone else and it is very frustrating that the executive team cannot take care of this issue.

This can be one of the worst experiences at a car wash. I went this afternoon and the machine broke the windshield wiper brushes (I will attach photos so you can see the damage that this company's machine can cause). I spoke with a lady and she told me that she should talk to the manager. She would call him. I waited approximately 10 minutes and since there was no response I searched for it. The manager is the same person who gives instructions to the cars once they enter the washing machine. I told him that I needed to talk to him and he told me that he should wait. I patiently wait 20 minutes. When he came and saw the damage by himself he told me to read the sign. I asked him which sign and he took me to see a sign that says that the company is not responsible for a number of things and he pointed out the first one that says “rear windshield wipers” I told him that that says they are the rear ones and as you can see the machine broke the front ones. He insists that he can't do anything because it says that they are not responsible. In short, it is difficult to have a discussion with someone who first is not prepared to serve customers and second, it is clearly seen that it is the company's policy to simply not respond. For my part, I only have to cancel the 2 subscriptions I have with this company and repair, at my own expense, the damage that this company caused to my car. Please, if you value your vehicles, do not use this car wash not only because it damages the cars but because they clearly will not respond. This is how they train their staff. I also want to document here that the manager's name is Daniel. I will leave photos to document the abuse. Photos of my car and photos of the “sign” that According to the manager, they are not responsible for any windshield wipers and you can see in the first line where it clearly says that they don't respond “rears wipers” anyway…

I've been a monthly member for years, and I use this service.All over town. However the location off a okeechobee always has issues today. Today you have to go get your own towels because their washing machine broke. There are no spray bottles with water.Those are all gone. There are no hosts that used to spray water.Those are shut off. And to boot the air sprayer didn't work. So my opinion is use a different one.This place is not run correctly.

I am writing to formally complain about the service at the Hialeah 49th Street car wash. On several occasions, I have reported the same issue: the drying brush does not work properly, and my car leaves the car wash extremely wet. Despite repeatedly filing complaints, the problem has not been resolved. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that each time I speak with a different employee, I receive a different explanation, many of which are clearly untrue. This lack of honesty, consistency, and accountability is both intolerable and embarrassing for a business that claims to provide professional service. Due to these ongoing issues and the poor way my concerns have been handled, I have decided to cancel my subscription.

Where to begin. Ackward entrance, 2 lines, however it curved out to the street. Took over 15 minutes to get in and then after going through the car wash you find yourself with no vacuums. There isn't anyone timing the vacuums and most people take way over 30 minutes to clean the interior making it impossible for most cars to be able to use it.

I'm writing this review on March 25, 2025. I hadn't used the car wash for a month, and today I stopped by around 11 AM. After two hours, it started raining, and I tried to go back because my car was dirty from the rain. The supervisor told me I wasn't allowed to wash it again. I said it wasn't my fault it rained, and besides, it was my first wash this month since paying for the monthly membership. That's their policy, but as a loyal customer, a courtesy pass might be a better option. *Updated review: 5/5 stars* I'm thrilled to update my previous review! After reaching out to the customer service team, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to resolve the issue. The representative I spoke with was friendly, empathetic, and understanding. They offered a solution that met my needs, and I'm grateful for their efforts. It's clear that this car wash values its customers and is committed to providing excellent service. I'm impressed with the way they handled my issue, and I'm even more likely to recommend them to friends and family. Kudos to the customer service team for a job well done! I love going to El Car Wash. I go once a month, and I love the new station they added with the towels, and sprays. The only thing I don’t like is that management makes the team members ask about subscribing to the monthly subscription but other than that it’s good 🙋♀️

I could not put everything in the Google review, due to the unquality character limits. The detailed review is in the screenshot provided from my notes. Editors Note 9:01 PM: I have stayed to the closing hours. I finally got my car cleaned. I call calm down and realize this car wash isn't that bad. It's actually really really nice. So I came back and gave it a three star. They have a sink where you can rinse off your mats. I needed to clean my cooler and it was like perfect for what I needed. I'm going to keep coming back. And I'mma raise your order every time I come back. Buy one side. Until l you are five star.
