This was my first time using Blue Star detail, though I am a frequent customer for getting my car detailed elsewhere- my usual guy was on vacation, but the Blue Star detail of my f150 out did my expectations. Incredibly clean, looked like a brand new car. Even offered to get the body shop next door to quote me for my repairs while it waited there for me to come pick it up, which he left the repairs quote On the counsel. Definitely will be returning for all future detail needs.

I've been searching for a quality detailer for a little over a year now. Vaughn and his team at Blue Star came highly recommended from a couple of people so I figured I would give them a chance. BEST decision I have made in a while. Not only is the price for their services great but the quality and timeliness is unmatched. It had been almost 2 years since I had my truck detailed. That’s dirt from 2 football seasons, 2 travel baseball seasons, and 2 hunting seasons. Plus family trips here and there. I had left my passenger window down through several days of rain. The truck really had an awful musty smell that would not go away. Blue Star was recommended and am I glad I took it there. They really had to work on this one. Awesome job. The smell is gone and the interior detailing job of the whole cab was incredible. I don't think it looked this great right off the assembly line!! Blue star was incredible. I have a 2021 F150 that developed severe scratches after some bad washes. The crew at blue star was very informative and honest. The detail came out incredible as the paint looks factory new. Yes there are some blemishes from dirt road living including some paint chips however the truck looks show room new. Couldn’t be more pleased with how the detail came out. I highly recommend blue star to anyone in the area. Great results. Will be back for sure.

I took my 2010 Mountaineer to Blue Star to have it detailed. It looks so beautiful beyond my expectations. It looks brand new. I could not list everything they did because they did so much; even steam cleaning the engine. It was not very expensive either. Shelly and Vaughn were very nice. I am also attaching a picture to do this review justice.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone I know. We took our vehicle in to be detailed because we are preparing to sell it. The lack of attention to detail is absurd to me when this place specializes in exactly that. Firstly, my number was not saved when I made the appointment. The guy had to call my insurance company and have them call me to tell me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The pull out cup holder wasn't even touched to be cleaned. While the seats and floors were cleaned the guy somehow forgot to clean the floor mats and they were thrown into the trunk. They were visibly untouched. How does this even happen? But the most problematic thing is that our van smells of dirty water (still weeks later) and now I have to somehow deodorize and make it smell decent before selling it. Take the awful smell away and I would have just let the other things slide. Yet, here I am leaving this review because it truly is that disappointing, careless, and not worth the amount of money that I paid for such an unprofessional service. In total it is a lot of issues for the amount of money we spent ($300). Not sure how this place got 5 stars. It always makes me wonder how honest are these reviews.

My mother in law’s car was parked for two years and developed a leak inside. Needless to say the car stunk and had mold growing on the dashboard, a real mess. Vaughn and his crew removed the interior and cleaned everything from the floor metal out to the dashboard. Sorry I didn’t take a before picture, but the after picture shows the incredible job they did, Vaughn was great to keep me informed on any issues with pictures. Great service

AMAZING!! We took our eight-year-old 4 X 4 truck to them. My wife had the whole tailgate covered in bumper stickers. . . and we got the truck back looking Showroom New! These guys are terrific !! What a great job! We were under a time crunch, but they got us right in and did a wonderful job. It was so well done I was looking it over again while filling it with gas and just had to stop and call the owner to thank him again! And they went the extra mile on my funky engine compartment!!
