This is the dumbest shit I’ve ever been through, I have never heard of a car wash that u have to be a member to use the vacuums , these people literally made me make the line for a car wash as im saying I don’t want a car wash and then proceeded to have me take my car through a back exit that is filled with holes and rocks , I own a brand new 70th anniversary corvette with 3k costing every rim on this car and was sent through the shittiest road just so they can get me out of there because I wasn’t “allowed to use the AIR”

Very crowded, long wait, always trouble checking the board, it bothers to ask for data, they could create a scanner code to avoid this. There is no internal cleaning service, only vacuum that I need to dispute with other customers availability, I should have an internal personalized cleaning service ... I never use this vacuum service myself, I prefer to look for another car wash that does this service

This place is a no-brainer. I love coming to all their locations. The staff is always super friendly specifically Andres took his time helping me sign up and the entire experience has been super seamless and easy. Plus my car is always clean and the vacuums always work.

Not a great wash. For $18, I expected more. There are large spots where the wash did NOTHING and left the car as dirty as it was when I got there. They need to do a better job of pre-cleaning before they send you into the automated bay. These photos were taken immediately after the wash. The included use of the vacuums is great, though.

I've had the membership for 3 years already. I usually go to the one on 8th ST and the 53rd never had a problem there. This location, on the other hand, has scratched my truck. Im frustrated to the point I picked up a bad smoking habit. Im going to take it to rainbow body shop and see how much it costs to fix.
