The manager needs to learn how to treat people right and talk to customers better because I will never be coming back here. I’ve tried twice now and each time has been a similar experience. The first time was a few weeks ago. I have a membership and I was going through the membership lane while the gate wasn’t opening and I waited for about 10 minutes before he finally approached me and he started telling me that I should be going in the other lane because this lane has had issues with their reader and it doesn’t always work and it’s an inconvenience for him to have to walk all the way over and manually open the gate. This doesn’t sound like a me problem this sounds like a hymn problem just being lazy. I also pay almost $40 a month for the top membership and I expect the gates to function and not be yelled at when I’m in the membership lane and that’s where they told me to be since I’m a member and now he’s yelling at me that I make his life harder cause he has to open it. Today I went and there was a mile long line of cars waiting to get in and I got stuck in line. I was there for about 30 minutes waiting and nothing was moving. A truck broke down inside the car wash itself and they said they’re closing the car wash for the day. I said OK is there anyway I can leave because I have to make it to work he started getting an attitude with me yelling at me when I asked him very nicely in front of other people, there was even tourist that we’re here out of town and they heard the whole scenario and said that it was disgusting how he talked to customer and that they would not ever be coming back here.

Just came to their Naples location as I usually do. Had some scratches on my hood for a while. Shak their guy at the front noticed them, and met me at the back, and rubbed those scratches out for me like magic! Amazing!

After two years of being a loyal customer with the premium car wash package on Christmas Eve they’ve decided to tell me that my truck is no longer allowed in the car wash. Nice, really nice. According to the manager for two years, I’ve been breaking their company policy and all of a sudden on Christmas Eve.they tell me I’m not allowed anymore. I’ll be switching to a different car wash, which is actually a little closer to home. What’s really funny cause I’m part of a truck club and six of our members, including myself I’ll have memberships with the same exact truck. They have some serious issues, stay away. Thanks a lot to you guys and Merry Christmas

Their manager needs a reality check. I’m pretty sure corporate office wouldn’t like hearing about this location and how management handles issues especially when their car wash is broken and we’re paying a monthly plan but can’t utilize or use it. Someone clearly gave the wrong person a management position and now they think they’re above everyone else we’ve been loyal since they open, but we’ll definitely never be coming back after today’s ordeal! Even the other employees were apologetic for how he was acting and couldn’t believe he was talking to people the way he was… That should tell you a lot. Save yourself the headache and go to the hundreds of other car washes all over Southwest Florida. There’s better options.

Love El Car Wash but this place needs work in comparison to the rest of the company. Needs more space for the amount of business it gets. Overcrowding has led to multiple incidents where the exit has been backed up, causing the automated wash to almost push me into other vehicles. My girlfriend's vehicle actually got pushed into a truck's trailer hitch the other day. I try to avoid this location unless I can't make it to another one. If you do, make sure to give yourself ample room from the car ahead.

5:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve just got off the interstate wanted to get my car clean before seeing my family. I had been here before a year ago and had a lovely experience although I wish that I could say that was the case today. I pulled up I spoke with the employee at the entrance and said I was going to get the graphene wash at $36. I handed him $40 he handed me no change back said God bless you and sent me through. As you're going through the wash you know at a certain point what wash you're getting and I realized at that point I did not get the graphene he signed me up for the ceramic so he pocketed an extra $2 on top of the $4 of my change that he kept. Granted I have no problem with tipping when appropriate and when somebody has earned it. This man did not. Horrible way to treat people, stealing from customers like that. Just because this is an affluent area doesn't mean everyone has the money to spare. I will not be back

Been here numerous times in the past with no issues. Today was different. Was told by the manager that my truck is too wide. Mind you, this is the same manager/worker that attended to me previously and ran my truck through the car wash with absolutely no issues. So I guess they pick and choose who and when to allow into the wash station. Needless to say, I won’t ever be back here with any of my vehicles. Thankfully there’s plenty of better options that will allow for my truck to go in.

I've been coming to this place since it opened, and it has never disappointed. The quality of the car wash is always top-notch my car comes out looking perfect every single time. The staff is friendly and professional, especially Max he goes above and beyond and truly makes the experience even better. You can’t beat the service, quality, and value here. Highly recommend! 5 star best car wash in town

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We took our immaculately kept car there yesterday and their machines pulled off a piece of trim. We noticed it immediately and talked with the manager Alian and Max to check right away for our missing car part. They would not stop the wash and cars coming through but rather just looked on the sides to see if they could find it. We were told to call Max that night to see if it was found. We did and there was no answer. We came back the next morning and were shown a barrel of parts “that come off everyday” to look through but again they would not shut the wash down to look for our part. Alian told us that older cars often loose parts in the wash and I said that they should post a sign warning people. I would not recommend this car wash if you love your car and don’t want to loose pieces of it.

Aaron is awesome. I felt very confident in speaking with Aaron. I thought there was an error in my billing/service. Aaron explained what I was paying for & what service I was receiving. He was very patient & kind. I was able to ask him questions that I had for quite some time. I feel very confident In The service I am receiving. Great customer service and I hope the management realizes what a great customer service representative they have in Aaron.

We have been members here for about 3 months. My kids love going through the car wash and my wife loves that we keep the car clean. Excellent value for the money, specially as a member that you get to come as many times as you’d like. The place itself is clean and always has all the cleaning towels refreshed, vacuums are strong and 2 different vacuum heads are available. They also have mat washing stations, which I appreciate and use often. Overall, easy to use, amazing location, fair price and friendly staff. I will keep coming and would recommend.

Excellent experience at this car wash. From the entrance, Yaimely helped me choose the right wash, clearly explaining each option, the membership plans, and the discounts available to save money. She also recommended the graphene wash, which I will definitely try on my next visit.Since it was my first time, I decided to start with the basic wash, and my car came out spotless. During the process, while in the tunnel, Yaimely approached me to help put my car in neutral since it’s a new vehicle and I wasn’t sure how to do it. She was very kind and always had a smile on her face.The rest of the staff was also very friendly, greeted me warmly, and provided great customer service. I’m sure I’ll be back to become a member. This place is amazing!

This is the BEST car wash and Carlos is the BEST attendant! He went through all the available options with me, including the awesome promotion they’re having right now. Not only was he super kind, informative, and sweet with my dogs, but the car wash itself is the best in Naples. It’s always clean, fully stocked with towels, various cleaning options, and everything is always operational. Great management and service!

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately both experiences involving Carlos were extremely unpleasant. On two separate occasions, Carlos was rude, dismissive, and made me feel stupid regarding my car wash membership. Instead of helping or explaining, his attitude was condescending and unprofessional, which was frustrating and unnecessary especially as a paying customer he would not even look at the email I received for my yearly membership. Aaron however was outstanding both times I came in. He was patient, respectful, and took the time to actually look into my membership issue. What turned out to be an honest mistake one that no one else noticed, Aaron immediately identified and reassured me that it would be fixed the next day. His customer service was exactly what you’d expect and hope for. It’s disappointing that such a clear difference exists between employees. After reading other reviews, it’s concerning to see a pattern suggesting that Carlos may be a recurring issue for customers. I strongly believe this should be addressed, as his behavior reflects poorly on the company and may drive customers away as I wanting to cancel my membership completely after the way I was treated twice. Aaron deserves recognition for his professionalism and willingness to help. Carlos’s conduct, however, should be seriously reviewed. They are getting 4 stars for the service ARRON the assistant manager provided to me.

Aaron is the best! I Went in this morning for a wash, low tire pressure message popped up when I pulled up and it turns out I had a screw in my tire and it went flat. Without me having to ask him, he offered to plug my tire. Exceptional service, thank you so much. I was able to make it to work on time. I really appreciate it.

I am extremely disappointed with this car wash. I went to it based on the reviews and left feeling completely defeated. I was pulling up in line to pay for my car wash and there is a pole sticking out half way in the lane. I am driving straight (within the lane) and the front of my car hits the pole. Please know that I have never been in an accident and consider myself a great driver and this pole is scratched up completely by all the people who have hit it. The attendant tells me to speak to the manager and even told me that after I hit the pole, someone else hit it as well!! I went to the manager and I’ve never felt so dismissed. He told me that since it didn’t happen inside of the car wash and it’s in the “parking lot” there is nothing he can do for me. I told him it’s not the parking lot it is literally the line to pay and get into the car wash and he says that still counts as the parking lot and would not file a report. He just said sorry when looking at my car and walked away. My car is a brand new Lexus and this bump and scratches on my car is going to cost me hundreds of dollars. He didn’t even offer to refund me my car wash!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
