Had the pleasure of running into an employee named Tamara. She brought out fresh towels and picked up the dirty ones. As she was there a young man came over for assistance. She was very helpful and attentive. In the car wash line there was a hiccup a couple cars ahead and the attendant immediately took care of it and we moved along. Love that have added so many more vacuum stations.

I have been coming to the carwash for some time. There’s always minimal damage, sometimes you’ll see a scratch and another you’ll see that your car is not really washed. Today I came to wash my car and I dont even know how but the stripes down my lights TOTALLY lifted. BOTH. COMPLETELY LIFTED. If you have a Hyundai Sonata just don’t come here. I spoke to someone here and they told me they’re not allowed to SHOW ME the video, that he has to watch it by himself and I won’t be able to see when the damage occurred but HE WILL LET ME KNOW. He said if it’s the air, he would not be responsible. MIND YOU, I CANNOT WATCH THE VIDEO. So how will I know what caused the damage?!?! COMPLETE LIFTED.

The service was great and the wash was excellent. I would've given it 5 stars but the coupon I received said "top wash and vacuum included". They don't tell you that the vacuum is self serve. That being said the vacuum was super powerful, they have air hoses to blast the corners, fragrance and water all at the vacuum. It wasn't full service but it was a great experience overall. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I’ve been a paying customer here, and when I politely asked to use the bathroom, they flat-out refused. For a business that takes people’s money and provides a service, denying such a basic human need is beyond disrespectful. It shows zero care for customers. I’ll never come back, and I’ll make sure to let others know how poorly this place treats the people who keep them in business

Overall I love my El Car Wash membership at all the various locations. Yet the removal of mat trays was "not cool". I now have to place my newly cleaned mats on top of the garbage can while I vacuum the car. And no one from staff has any answers as to why they were removed. Which is generally the case when I ask staff questions about outages with spray nozzles or vacuums. They just don't know. If possible, kindly bring back the mat trays and please inform your staff as to changes to operations, thank you.

El Car Wash in North Miami Beach was once a great place to get a quick, reliable wash. Recently, however, the experience has gone downhill due to poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail. The hoses are almost always tangled, making them frustrating and time-consuming to use. While the detailing liquid stations are still there, they have not been working for weeks, including the interior windshield cleaner and scent options. This makes it much harder to properly finish cleaning the inside of the car. Additionally, the vacuums now have about half the power they used to, which significantly reduces their effectiveness. Overall, the location feels neglected compared to how well it was run in the past.
