D’angelo and Roberto! In the North Miami location are the best people who went beyond to help me when i got locked out of my car! They helped me call AAA it wasn't working and Roberto literally offered to bring me home to get my other key! Besides the amazing service the customer service was beyond EXCELLENT!! PleaSe reward those people and give them a raise!!

Quick, convenient wash with decent results and eco‑friendly options 🌿🚗. Staff usually friendly, but busy lines & vacuum waits can be annoying. Good for a fast clean, not perfect detailing — value depends on membership use. 🙂

I purchase a $10 car wash. The machine didnt give me a ticket. The employee ask me for another credit card. Again. I put my other credit card to purchase a wash. At the same time, I received a txt message from my first credit card letting me know that i was charged. I asked for the refund, as I was charged in both credit cards. The employee told me he couldn't do it and gave me a 1800 number to ask for a refund!. Incredible, he couldnt refund me in site. I went there to buy a problem. Two days later, as I confirmed in my bank statement that I was charged in both cards I called to the 1800 number. As they couldnt find the transaction in their system, they asked me to send screenshots of my bank statements. Unbelievable!. Iam still waiting for the refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. YOU WILL BUY A PROBLEM. As the cherry on top, a part of the washer machine fell on the next car in the line and the owner was waiting in line after me to complain about the damage.

The car wash itself is great, but their billing department is an absolute mess. I had been a loyal member for 18 months, with no problems and we loved the convenience of multiple locations. Unfortunately, my account started having billing issues in September, for no reason. They failed to charge my card for some reason and then moved my plate to my husbands account, causing him to be unable to get washes. We canceled both accounts and started a new one for me by October. He ended up taking his car back to Busy Bee, down the street, to avoid dealing with the billing errors. Two months went by without issues, until they failed to charge my card again in November. When I attempted to wash they said I needed to renew my membership. They then charged and reactivated my husbands old account instead of mine! I have sent multiple cancelation requests, before they officially canceled my account. Now I am having to dispute charges on my CC, because of their mess. Stay away, until they fix their monthly recurring charges issues.

I had such a wonderful experience at this car wash today! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and my car came out looking spotless. Special shoutout to Elvis — he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I left happy. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and he truly made my day with his positive attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place — great service and even better people!

I’ve been to all the ones in Miami and this one is definitely the best. No questions asked the service here and the way they treat their customer is the best when they’re helping you. It is not forced all the employees there are like friends now. Yuleisy helps in any way and since I go there in the mornings her attitude brightens up my day. I Live on 163 But I will forever choose this one.

Today, December 29 around 1:30 PM, there were so many cars waiting for vacuums that the traffic attendant, a Haitian man who only speaks Creole and Spanish and was directing traffic, instructed myself and another vehicle to wait outside the car wash on the side of the road because there was no room inside. We waited there for over 10 minutes. After that, he waved us in and placed us into the main vacuum line. I was third in line. When the two cars ahead of me pulled into vacuum spots, I saw an open vacuum space and, as the next vehicle, I pulled in and put my car in park. Immediately after, the same attendant came to my window yelling at me, repeatedly asking if I was “stupid,” instead of calmly explaining what he wanted. I tried to explain in both English and Spanish that I was the next car and that was why I went into the open space. He was not happy that I went into the parking space without him telling me to. I repeatedly asked him to please calm down, but he continued yelling and speaking over me. I initially rolled my window up to diffuse the situation and for my safety and he continued to yell through the window. When I rolled it back down to try again, he continued yelling, and I just sat there quietly for him to calm down before he finally said “please move,” which I immediately and respectfully did. About one minute later, I was directed right back into the exact same vacuum spot, since like I said I was next in line. The entire confrontation was unnecessary and completely avoidable. This is no way to treat a customer. This car wash is severely overcrowded, and the layout cannot handle the volume of cars. There are not enough vacuum spaces and no adequate area to wait, which creates confusion and unsafe conditions. Poor traffic control, lack of space, excessive wait times, and staff yelling at customers made this an unacceptable experience. I will not be returning. I’d rather go to Busy Bee down the block, where the process is smoother, there’s more space, and no one is yelling at customers.

On January 29, 2026, at 8:15 PM, I had my car washed. After the wash, I took a picture of the area to clean the interior and saw that my rear left headlight was broken. The washing robot started a dry wash and broke my headlight. I called the supervisor and had a report filed. The email I received said they would get back to me within 72 hours, but I received no response. I emailed again, and they sent another email saying they would get back to me within 48 hours and asking for my information again. I responded, but it's been a week and no one has contacted me. Despite the damage to my car, the company has disgracefully refused to compensate me, and on top of that, they charged me the $25 membership fee even though they said they wouldn't. This is absolutely a terrible business, and I want you to know that I will be initiating the necessary legal proceedings. I would never recommend them; go wash your car there only if it means nothing to you.

If you're not too worried about minor scratches or swirls in your clear coat, this place gets the job done fast. The vacuums are decent, and it's easy to get in and out. Just don't expect a detail-level wash—but for the price and speed, it works.

Pretty solid overall. I’ve gone a few times and it does a great job cleaning and drying the car. The only downside is that sometimes the compressed air isn’t working, which is frustrating because I like getting all the water out of the crevices. I usually just do the single wash, which runs $20 - works well, but it’s a bit on the pricey side.

I have always got my car hand washed. I was in a bit of a hurry today so thought will give a drive thru car wash a chance. Car got damage from the rollers in the wash. I went & told the manager. He came out to see the car. Went back to the camera room. Locked the door & made a call & did something to the video i believe. After few minutes opens the door & takes me in to show that there was no damage to the car from the wash. Says the car hit something while driving out. We saw the entire video the car did not touch anything but their rollers. If i dont hear back from someone from management within a few days. I am going to make a official complain & take legal action against this business.

Hate leaving this review but I have to. Enrolled in the monthly Graphene/Ceramic wash with all the perks, got that wash the first time and never again, after that the machine keeps giving me the "better" one, talked to the personnel on site, they verified using their tablet and confirmed my Graphene wash, once drove inside, talked to the gentleman clicking the picture and he told me that on that cumputer, is showing him the "better" and he just clicks on the picture, drove three times in there on their advice and still the "better" was given. They gave me the customer service number and called, "you are all set, there was some clicks needed on my profile" I said, great, love that first Graphene wash, just drove in yesterday, guess what, again the "better" option (which leaves soap dripping all over your car) was given to me, canceled the account.

Spoke to Yaxiel the manager on December 20th 7:20 am, spoke to previous manager two times on two different occasions and explain the issue with this location, he just laughs. This location always has tangled cables, myself and other customers have to fight the cables to use it. Only location that's always having this issue. Towels are rare to find. They close 15 minutes before 9pm when they are marked to close at 9pm They shut off half the vacuums as it nears closing. Causing people to wait or be uncomfortable just to suit the needs of comfort of employees so they don't have to clean the other side so late. This location really falling apart. Every time I come here ima send a photo of all these issues to document everything. I have about 12 cars with them and it was never like this.

I love this place. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and their self-service area is honestly the best around. The vacuums are strong, the interior cleaner and glass cleaner work great, and they even provide rags and an air compressor — it makes cleaning your car super easy and actually enjoyable. They also have an automatic wash, but I always use the self-service section because it’s so convenient and well-maintained. Definitely recommend!
