This was my first time at the Miramar location off of Miramar Pkwy and 75 and I must say, it was great! Peter the attendant was so helpful, he actually notified me of the air freshener that doesn’t exist at my usual location. He was so nice! Thanks, Peter! Everyone working was super nice. Finding a good car wash is hard for me since I’m in a wheel chair. Luckily, I came to the right place! Jazmin did a fantastic job! She explained all of the packages in detail and gave me the best deal! I cannot complain and will definitely be coming back a lot more often to get my car detailed at el car wash!

I personally go to the one in Miramar off of Dykes Road and Miramar parkway. I am going to cancel my membership today. And I felt writing a review would help any person or any potential customer interested in becoming a member that I write this review. The service itself is great however my truck has a shark fin antenna on the roof as many other cars do. During my last car wash in the cleaning system ripped off my antenna. I called customer service and they told me that they do not cover anything that breaks on the vehicle using their system I would love to continue using their membership service but that antenna replacement cost $200. Hope this helps

I love this car wash ! Been a monthly member for about a year now, and it's so worth it ! This Miramar location just added new cleaning tools to make your experience even better (interior cleaning spray and air freshener for the rugs). Their vacuums always have strong suction, and the microfiber towels are always being replenished. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the manager Jennifer who always goes above and beyond making sure the customers have the best service, while being quick in offering tips in how to best clean your car. Dont break the speed limit but get there quickly for a fantastic car wash ! You will not regret it. 🤗

The older worker inside couldnt find my car on his tablet so he randomly chose one. I dont know if I got what I paid for, more than or less. I think either the system or the worker needs some improvement. I still had a lot of bugs and dirt on my car for the 25 a day service. I think a $40 service by hand would be better than what I got here.

Got a membership because it's convenient and the products really work on my vehicle. On 12/22/2025, I stopped by for a quick, nice wash on my off day, when I got there and was about to enter the tunnel. A big rotating machine whacked my car bristle it hit my car so hard it jerked me. I was like OK when I get done. I’m gonna check my car when I get into the bay to vacuum my car I checked and there was a dent on my front right bumper, pushing my indicator light in and shifting the whole front bumper on my BMW, out of whack, and then approach to get the Manager Ben. Needless to say, I do have a camera recording in my vehicle from front to back while in the office talking to Ben. Another customer comes in guess what happened it took off his rearview mirror on the right-hand side. I then told Ben he should stop the operation because the machine is having problems and if my front right side got hit and now a customer just came in and they’ve mirror hit. You should slow down the operation because it would be the best thing to do with the business kept on running. I made a complaint to corporate and I’m looking for reimbursement from L Car Wash, which is $800 to fix my bumper. I came in for a car wash. I didn’t come in to get my car damaged. I couldn't believe the manager never took my word. I have better things to do during the holiday season The othercustoner rear got broken right after the mirror. 12/26/2025. The owner of the company reached out via text email saying he will fix my fender. I came in there like that. Thank God I have a camera installed in front of my windshield and in the back which is saved on a disk!!!!! Do not go to this establishment. Your car will be damaged and Walton!!!!!!!!!!! won’t reimburse you!!!
