I have a membership and live in Naples but when I’m in the area I love coming to this location! It’s always fast and the staff is supper friendly. Andy directed me into the car wash and was very nice!!

I was in on Saturday 10-10. My vehicle received damage from the roller brush at the end of the car wash. I immediately filed an incident report with a tech on site. I was told to come back on Monday when the manager was available. Prior to coming in on Monday 10-13 I went to GMC and got a quote to have the vehicle fixed just in case they needed it. I was told that I needed to go to their recommended repair shop, which is 40 miles away. I went to the repair shop got the quote gave it to the manager on Monday. They then had me fill out paperwork with my bank account information and said they will send it in and payouts occur within 72 hours. I also received an email on Saturday 10-10 Saying that someone would contact me within 72 hours. It has been well over that 72 hour mark I still have not received a phone call or email. I have called the 888 number and it is just customer service and they informed me all incidents have to go through the site manager not customer service. I went back today to talk to the site manager and he said the email has been sent to accounts payable and there’s nothing else he can do. Someone should have contacted me already.. The biggest problem with this is I travel for work and in four days I’m being transferred to another state. The site manager also agreed that the damage was caused by the roller and that they have had multiple issues with it, and there was a technician there to fix it on Monday when I went in. We also reviewed the camera footage which I have of the roller brush coming down too fast and ramming into the grill of my truck, causing the entire truck to rock back back-and-forth. Is somebody going to call me or email me? When will I be receiving the funds to fix my truck? I have called customer service three times already every time they tell me to contact the site manager, which doesn’t have a direct phone line so I have to drive there and he tells me every time the money should be in your account on Thursday. Today is Friday still no money still no phone call or email. I Have already spoken with my insurance company they said if the funds are not in my bank today then my insurance company is going to file a claim. Ridiculous the damages were caused six days ago and not a single person from your company has reached out to me

Kevin and Erick were both great and amazingly helpful. Seeing me struggling to figure out how to work all the different detailing nozzles Kevin came right over to help. I always come to this car wash but today I was cleaning the inside of my truck and the pink glass cleaner got on my leather dash and when I wiped it off the black leather appears bleached. The manager simply said sorry nothing we can do about it.

Unfortunately, over the last few years, this place has gone downhill when they first opened. Their cleaning solutions smelled amazing. They had dry towels to dry your car and your car actually looked clean. When I came out now the last part of the car wash that dries your windshield left streaks, and it looks dirty. When you want to dry your car all the towels are wet. You can’t use the cleaning solutions because they smell like water. The window cleaner leave your windows filthy because the towels are wet and not dry. I typically have to rewash my car after I leave here. I get a car wash once or twice a week and I’ve never left satisfied.

I have been coming to this car wash for a couple years and have always had great service! I came today and was helped by Nathan, he was incredible!! There was a long line when I pulled up so I debated leaving, but he was able to help everyone extremely quick and I didn’t feel like I waited too long. I highly recommend this place! This was honestly one of the best car wash experiences for me ever. I've never been here and wasn't sure what kind of wash I wanted. But Nathan was so sweet and talked me through the different kinds of washes available and the memberships. He was so helpful and answered all of my questions.
