Really really pathetic experience. Best place to ruin your cars. I was their regular customer for more than a year. I went to get washed my brand new 2022 Explorer and they scratched it with the big brush they used. I noticed many scratches afterwards. I went to see them again for wash and I tried to explain the guy who collects the money. He got offended and yelled instead of feeling sorry. In short it’s a wash for ruining your cars.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value great service. The car wash was mediocre at best. People working here rushed to wash my car, so they didn’t do a good job. Also, to get your car vacuumed, you need to pay extra 15 to 30 dollars depending the size of the car. Overall, do not get your car washed here since the people working here rush to have your car washed and you have to pay additional for other services. Ridiculous and mediocre service.

Hello everyone, normally I’m not get a car wash here, the car wash I’m going every week is on Tully rd and king $8 cheap and quality, I just get a car wash for my Toyota pick up at Eco express shine auto detail , after done they’re charge me $25 , I ask them why $25 , they’re told me your pick up too dirty is taking more time, that why we’re charge you more , what a rip-off , if you guys want wash your car here , must beware

Holy efficiency! I always avoid getting my car washed because of the prices in the area and the typical long wait. I followed the good reviews to this car wash and wasn't disappointed. They must have finished washing my car (inside and out) in under 5 minutes. I paid $25 including tip. Amazing! I used a rag to catch a few hard to get areas once I got home, but overall very happy with quality too. Great operation.

I’m not too happy with this place. Their cashier is shady. I got myself a car wash exterior only for my Prius and my daughter is with me. Somehow they charge me for an ultra wash. They don’t even vacuum my car and tells me they work under sun all day..etc. I want to support local businesses but this is a no no. Not coming back here again. Just watch out if you decide to come here.

I would not bring my car back here again. They charged $25 for a pick up truck exterior only. Less than 5 minutes of washing/drying. I don’t know what’s in their drying towel but my car suffered deep scratches in many places. Their wash is worse than going automatic car wash. Save your self money and trouble. You have been warned.

This place rocks! Holy cow - at one point there were 7 - count them 7! - dudes furiously washing and vacuuming and drying my car like a chaotic pitstop ballet. Was it the most amazing wash I've ever had? No. Did they break out the qtips? No. But who cares! I left with a clean car and clear windows and shiny rubber for less than 30 bucks in less than 10 min. This is now my go-to carwash.

Extremely disappointed with this so-called "hand car wash." They used an outdoor broom—yes, the kind you'd use to sweep a sidewalk—to clean my car. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Using rough bristles like that can easily scratch the paint and damage the finish. If you care about your vehicle, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. This place clearly doesn’t understand or respect proper car care.

$10 exterior wash and they give you less than $10 worth of effort. Contractor's broom brush to wash your exterior?! Really?! Advertises hand wash but gives no details to the hand wash description at all, more like machines are too expensive and humans can be lazy "hand wash". Machines washes better than them. Bug tar and dirt were not cleaned thoroughly and I pointed it out to the owner and he bluntly says that’s all their exterior wash covers -- One rinse , one clean, and one dry. Whether or not the car is cleaned is not within their job scope.

I took my ford transit for a car wash only and they wanted to charge me $60 for only exterior wash. The cashier didn’t even go by the price chart and was arguing with us.

Probably the best and most efficient way to get your car washed. Took me 3 minutes in and out and my car was looking shiny as ever. It was only $8 for the quick wash and they handled things very well. Most ignorant car owners don't understand the conditions of their cars and what washes to expect if it bit them in the face. I read through all the 1 star reviews and they are about people complaining about how an $8 car wash should be a spa day for them. Just ignorant.

This was the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. They barely cleaned the exterior and completely neglected the interior. When I pointed it out, the owner told me I needed to pay an extra $10 for a proper vacuum service—including removing and cleaning the mats. Don’t waste your time or money here

Honestly not sure why anyone would give it 1 or 5 stars. This place is appropriately priced at 10 dollars. 10 dollars is basically a large cup of coffee these days. Do you honestly think you will get a good cleaning for 10 dollars if you stopped to think about it for 3 seconds? TEN DOLLARS. That's nothing these days. Did they clean my car? Sort of Was it great? No I would give it 3 stars if it were not for the actual sidewalk broom that they use to clean with, which will absolutely scratch the crap out of your paint. -1 star for the sidewalk broom. If you care about your paint job AT ALL or even have a semi nice car. Do not come here. If you have a piece of crap car that you just want de-dusted, this is the right place for you.

The worst car wash in San Jose. They run the rag through one time but missed several spots and it’s such a bad job drying that UC Street marks everywhere. Go to the one on Tully. They do a better job and it’s cheaper.

Saw a sign “$10 car wash” while driving by and decided to go for it. The workers were quick and I was in and out in 10 mins. I thought the instructions were a little unclear with the parking for washing and drying. The worker in charge of the payment also was unclear about what services I wanted at first. They just immediately started spraying my car without asking me what service I wanted done. Other than that, my car looks great.
