Absolutely the worse parts buying experience in history. Rude sales, and even ruder management. Ordered parts in February to be ready by spring and STILL have not received them. The wrong part was ordered not once but twice. I have called easily 10 or more times regarding this order and always get the run around with promises of dates for delivery. Made another call this morning and was told it will be arriving today. Still no sign of it. Unbelievable. Even took the model number AND pictures to them pointing to the part I need. Perhaps a crayon drawing would've been a better route.

My grandparents purchased an RO system from Dultmeier 30 years ago. We drove it to them for repairs and they suggested buying a new one. So, we did. They new one doesn't clean more than 15 gallons/day but was sold as a 500 gallon/day. We've drove the new one to them multiple times, and they've left us unresolved. Hugest waste of $3,000. Poor customer service, and they don't stand behind their products.

Customer service is the best you can ask for. Pat and John Got me in on the next day to rebuild a pump for my corn planter. It wasn't even a hypro pump. I will, and always recommend them to anyone. I was stressed about my problem with a surefire D115 pump and they reassured me they could fix it. They even let me watch to c what the problem was. I never heard of Dultmeier until My father, (who is 75) recommended them. A+++

I bought a Dultmeier spot free reverse osmosis system. I thought a part was missing and Dultmeier sent a new part overnight free of charge. I later found I was mistaken and had the part all along. Installed the system, started it up and it worked right out of the box - no leaks, no issues, no problems. I highly recommend this company!

I feel that the service is good. Only that i don't qualify as a customer. Sorry for any inconvenience and to not fit the business model. I was refused opportunity to buy items... I am concerned that my time and others is being wasted when we try to buy items online through the website.
