I actually really enjoyed using Drew's Car Wash. They have a very friendly staff that helped me set up my subscription to them (it was a bit of a hassle getting set up because they were switching sticker systems literally overnight from when I signed up). Their car wash is awesome, has pretty cool lights inside that shine on your car as you go through, and an awesome vacuuming station with lots of stuff to clean your car. HOWEVER. I need to cancel my subscription because it's just not in the cards at the moment. I hardly use it, and it's not worth paying $30/month on a maybe. I have emailed them 3 times, called several more times only to be sent to their voicemail (which tells me the email I'm supposed to send my cancel request to), and have never been answered either on the phone or in email. I am extremely disappointed in this, and certainly would not recommend getting a subscription with them because of their lack of communication. I would recommend the car wash in general, and I would be happy to go back from time to time. But at this point, I'm very disappointed in them.

Monthly membership not worth it. Save your money. All lanes closed 4 times now and I joined the wash club just a few months ago. I wonder if they’re having problem with staffing. It’s a normal car wash when they’re actually open. Their touch free wash is regularly out of service on top meaning more down time while they charge your credit card monthly for the full amount. Their management absolutely does not care about customers. They’ve been closed all week at all locations yet online it says all locations open 7:30am-7:30pm.

I'll comment on the positive first. Being signed up for a monthly program makes the process super simple. With a barcode on the windshield, use the fast track lane and get into the wash quicker. Good car wash. Plenty of towels and cleaner spray bottles are provided and kept tidy and organized for customers. Vacuums are strong and there are 2 per cleaning station. 1 for each side of the car. South College Station location is very nicely maintained. What I was disappointed with is the incorrect information about a half-price rate. The employee said there was a "special just for today". Sign up today and get half price for as long as I wanted. I asked to confirm a few times and she confirmed. I later found out this was incorrect when a full price fee came through on my credit card statement. When I called the office about it, the employee didn't offer to correct the charge in any way, only apologized.

Have been loyal customer with this place with two vehicles. Just don't file claim for any damages they do!!!! Took new car straight from lot to them to wash. Badly scratched two rims in tunnel while washing. Had to request claim be in writing and never got a call back. Had to pursue this on my own and told claim denied due to not enough evidence. Will be canceling membership.

This location is clean and friendly. I had mud on my car and the attendant power washed some of it off for me before entering the machines. Thank you from a girl who lives down a dirt road!

I love this car wash! The staff here are fantastic – they always take the time to listen to requests and ensure that their customers are taken care of properly. The service is top-notch, and my car always comes out looking great. Highly recommended!

When comparing to other car washes in the area, I’d give this a 1 star. I went through the drive thru car wash and it did not evenly clean my car. In fact it hardly did anything. Here’s a pic of the back of my car, still very dirty. Edit: Issue was resolved. 5 stars for addressing it. :)

Paid for the ultimate which is the “best” package & all 4 wheels were not even washed. Windshield dirty as well! Not worth 20$!!

Yesterday, while I was vacuuming and wiping my car down. Gunnar was walking around making sure that everyone was doing okay and was super friendly which I appreciated so much! He ended up asking if he could help me clean the front of my car and literally made it spotless! While I was vacuuming my trunk, Tyler came over and helped Gunnar clean the rest of the front of my car. When they finished, they came up to me and asked if I wanted to see if they had missed anything and when I looked at it, my car looked BRAND NEW!! Such great customer service and I was really appreciative of their help… especially in the heat lol! Thank you Gunnar and Tyler, you guys are awesome (:

Got some mud on my car yesterday so I asked for an undercarriage wash and they pointed me to a lane. I got the premium wash (wash, wax, and wheels). I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. The windows and body are clean, at least.

I paid $24.00 for a towel down, volcano2 Step Ceramic tireWheels, sparkleWax, carwashWash. I did a wipe down after the guy came & it didn’t appear as if my car was even ran thru the car wash not was it dried & the tires were not even touched. This was the worst experience I have had & I am very disappointed with this service. 👎🏽. The towel shown is after I wiped down the vehicle.

Given ZERO stars! I have gone through this car wash plenty of times and never had an issue until Monday. As we were at the end of the wash, we seen my rear view mirror cover literally fly off. Their machine caused this issue that day because if it was a defect part, (like they claimed it was)this would have happened the first time we ever took it to their car wash. My car is a 2024 had it for an year, gone through this car wash plenty of times so this day something was definitely wrong with their machine to break my cover off then cause concrete scratches when it landed on the ground. My car should have left that facility the way it came in and it didn't. Very disappointed with their services for not taking accountability.

This car wash totally trashed my paint and put swirls all over it and I probably only went a total of 10-12 times only …. Now I have to get a $1200 paint correction and never go back to Drew’s …. Also the brushless tunnel doesn’t do anything or take off any dirt and it takes forever ….. I

I’ve had a membership at Drew‘s for several years. I recently was at Drew‘s cleaning my car when it started to rain. Unknowingly to me an employee moved the towel rack under the cover to keep the towels from getting wet. Apparently, he moved the rack too close to my car and a gust of wind blew open my driver door more than it was previously opened which made it hit the rack and knocked it over. This made a small scratch on my car door, which is brand new and still has temp plates. I left the rack down, thinking an employee would come over and pick it up or check to see if anything happened. No one ever came over so I finally went to the kid at the drive-through to let them know and file a report. He took my information and the manager called me the next day. I missed the call from Jim and returned his call later that night. The man first said that this was not something they would cover no matter what and I said well it was a mistake by your employee. He said well we wouldn’t cover if you hit a pole and I said well clearly since that would have been my own fault for parking too close to the pole and they don’t move. I did not place the towel rack there. Your employee should not have placed it that close to my car. He tried to say that I was the one who opened the door and hit the rack, which is not accurate. The wind blew and opened the door, the rest of the way. He repeatededly said he’d send me a video and I told him I don’t need a video, I know exactly what happened. He then proceeded to say that well the rack had been there since I arrived, which is a blatant lie. I had been there 20 or so minutes at this point and clearly wouldn’t have gone to wash my car if I knew it was going to randomly rain. So I did tell him to send a video since he was then lying. The video he sent was a 9 second video of the back angle. I asked him to send a video of me pulling in proving the rack was there and a video from the front angle. Radio silence. I will try to reach out again tomorrow. It’s a mistake his employee made, which happens but the fact that the manager is LYING is enough reason to never go back. Just own up to a simple mistake. Update: went in person to speak with mgr. He was “not there” and the attendants would not pull video. They called the mgr while I was there and he stated he’d set up a time to meet with me. 2 days later, I’ve yet to receive a call. Update: after about a month and a half of attempting to get someone to (at the minimum) speak to me about the situation, I continue to get the runaround. I have left multiple messages for a manager and visited in person. Every time they tell me that there isn’t a manager there.

Usually they’ve done okay… recently the “cashier” did NOT push my side mirrors in and the cover fell off. Besides that she was on her phone taking pictures and I waited till she finished..

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I went to wash my brand new Cadillac Escalade (still has paper plates) a few days ago. The touch free car wash was terrible and left residue all over the car. Very easy to see on black paint. When I went to the drying/vacuum stations, I grabbed two towels off the clean rack. I started drying the hood of the car and noticed the towel was scratching my paint!! One employee (young kid) happened to be walking by at that exact moment. I said excuse me, why is the towel scratching my car? Upon further investigation, he noticed the towels had pieces of sticker burrs in them. The kid freaked out, ran inside to get me a new towel, and apologized. I asked for a manager and filed a report. He told me the owner would be in contact with me. The call from the owner, Jim Phelps, came from an IL number, so I did not answer. He said in his voicemail that he reviewed the cameras and told me that the sticker burrs probably came from my car. Really? My car that JUST went through YOUR car wash?? Told me that all their towels are washed the same and that neither employee saw sticker burrs on the towels. LIES. BOTH EMPLOYEES APOLOGIZED and got me new rags. I called back and he did not answer. Imagine that. I left a voicemail saying BOTH employees saw them in the towels and the manager even put on the report that’s what it was!! I asked him to call me back to discuss this further and I’m still waiting on a call back two days later. Avoid this place at all cost!! He does not take responsibility for damage and blames the customer.

I think you should have someone in charge of your website. I looked at your site yesterday and all sites I looked at were open PER the website. Then when I got there it was locked up tight. Not a good look for someone to trust your website only to find you were not open. Not sure how hard it is to update the website. So I ended up finding Aggieland Carwash open, so they got my business yesterday.

Drew's is a great place to wash and derail your vehicle. They offer I believe it is 5 different washes and each wash at a higher price offers of course more perks to your vehicle including at the end a employee towel dry and tire shine either in the wash or by an employee. The lines are quick, the service is good and once you pull out you can drive to the side and vaccum your car, towel dry it yourself, use a air gun for the hard to get places and they have mini spray bottles to spray on the plastics. Since I live in the area I do the monthly pay wash so when I see it's dirty I just pull up and the bar code reader opens the drive thru bar and I enter in the speed pass lane. The only piece of advise I have is, once you pull in the employees who use a brush with soap to wipe the front back and windshield go a bit slower they knocked off one of my windshield wipers on the last run.

Would give a zero star the manager argued with me saying that they did no damage my wheel when in fact it did. I had no issues with it will I drove through the wash and when I pulled out and around there was metal gouges in the wheel. Edit: literally there was nothing wrong my wheels before I went to their car wash and you can line up the gouge marks like they were on their track. Even with all 35 cameras they supposedly have they can’t show that they were damaged before the car wash but they can “prove it wasn’t their fault” Trash customer service and a lot of people have had issues with their car wash. Be wary of going here and apparently take a 360 video before going through.
