Never washed my car there and I actually love how my wash came. Vacuums are very powerful and I love the fact that they even have air pressure gun holes to get those wet spots like your plates or side mirrors etc. All tho it was a great experience 👍 👌 😉 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dream Clean Car Wash in Lombard IS a dream! I am looking to sell my 2015 Jeep, but the car was a mess. It needed a really thorough deep interior clean. I joked that the only thing holding the car together was the mountain of dog hair that I had long ago given up on removing. Moe assured me that with the $150 detail service EVERY dog hair would be removed, along with all the other disgusting crud embedded in the car. I went for it, and I was blown away by the incredible results. Master Technician Mr. T (Terrell) is a miracle worker. My jaw dropped when I saw his finished work. The seats, the cargo area, the trim, the doors, dashboard, mats, the exterior, the glass........it truly looked like a brand new car. And yes.......literally EVERY SINGLE DOG HAIR WAS GONE!! I had other quotes in the $350-$400 range so the value here is off the charts. I'm so grateful for Dream Clean's extraordinary service that I'll be bringing my hubby's car in next week for the same job. Just drove through and completely disappointed. I’m a monthly member and the only soap that was applied to my car was whatever was on the cloth brushes. Then there was no rinse cycle or wax cycle. Drove out of there with soap all over the car. The line was too long to go through to fix it. A complete ripoff.

UPDATE: Went back today and the manager on duty “Caleb” was extremely rude and absolutely of no help whatsoever when their landscaping vendor sprayed grass all over and in the car. Simply said leave contact info and wiped his hands of the situation. If you were a customer that no longer visited because of Allen, call ahead to make sure Caleb isn’t there also! Never again!

I had to re clean my front windows and there was no one to wipe down the access water when the car was.done going through the automatic washer...I think you have to pay extra.fpr it, so I will just go to Dpllar Tree to buy a microfiber towel and do it myself. Easier to vacuum car before you get in line to take it through the washer. It has air for your tires also, which I thought was pretty cool. You can get unlimited car washes for $9.99 a month for 3 months after that it increases to about $32 a month so I just put a reminder on my phone to cancel the monthly watches after 3 months unless they have another valuable valuable option for me to choose from the guy did say that you can do the unlimited watches for $9.99 a month for 3 months if you use a different phone number maybe that will help some people but I was in and out in about 20 minutes I prefer hand car washes but this will do for now it pays for itself into car washes. I have a white truck so it's always getting dirty so this was actually a money saver. Onestar taken off for the fact that they did not have anybody to totally wipe all the water off of your car I know in the city they have those people all the time but here we are in Downers Grove everything is a la carte
