Hi Pieter, You say your car was covered in dried bugs: That's a huge Ask for any carwash system - esp a touchfree, frictionless unit designed to protect paint finish on premium vehicles. The way to get all bugs off is repeat wash cycles to rehydrate the dried protein; or use a Hi-pH soap so strong (bad idea), it risks fading paint on a v hot day; or, old fashioned elbow grease, rubbing by hand always works best. In 10,000 washes, I've rewashed everyone who asked (10 folks tops). Wish you'd have called the posted cell# before chiming in with 2stars. Most mom&pop retiree operators take great pride in work product. This is the best zero friction (no spinning plastic to scratch paint finish) in TX. Lastly, $13 bucks is very fair for 52 gallons of water at high pressure (twice), double soap, wax, spotfree, 30 sec undercarriage blast, and 2.5 minute dryer. IMHO

Went here to clean off the dust and sand from a very windy day at the coast. The touchless system wasn't effective enough to clean our vehicle. For the price I paid for the wash, it's pretty pricey. The vacuums were still coin fed so I had to dig through looking for coins. Only 2 stars for me, for the quality vs price.

I never have time to get my car cleaned .. usually happens when I fill up..having the downtown Carwash club is extremely Convenient!! I have a clean car every week. Definitely worth it! And Rob is alway there to make sure your windows are turned out. Great service for downtown residents and guest.

Loved the gentle car wash experience. My normally scared toddler was able to handle it well. No loud noises. We had a trial wash, but I'll definitely be purchasing the monthly deal. Just wish it had a vaccum station

Rob is a People person with excellent customer service. Carwash is among the best and I’ve been to a few in town but I think this carwash tops them all. It is convenient from my location, the place is clean, and never had problems with the vacuum. I recommend to anybody who wants to keep their car looking like new. He replies quickly should you have a question or need help with something.

Had driven on the beach and had a lot of sand on the vehicle. Was worried about getting scratches on the suv from the sand going thru a regular car wash. Found this place searching for a touch las car wash on Google. Initially was skeptical pulling in but assumed by the result after coming out. 100% recommend this place after driving in the beach. Overpriced for the type of wash you get no brushes on spraying then you have to have quarters or membership to use the vacuum.as a tourist I have sand in my car and wasted money because I had no idea you had to pay 2 for the vacuum

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a one-of-a-kind car wash experience! The owner personally came over and explained everything the wash had to offer, including the water pressure and features. He noticed we had a lot of butterflies stuck to the front bumper and headlights, and as we pulled up, we saw him taking the time to scrub them off himself while the car was being washed. That extra attention to detail really stood out. Our vehicle came out looking fantastic! Highly recommend this place for both the service and the care they put into their work.

Noticed prior review said, "overpriced...you get no brushes." That's actually by design since spinning wheels of dirty plastic, slapping at your car's finish - cause scratch lines and tear off license plates, etc. It costs much more to clean a car with triple-filtered water than to use the greasy brush method. BTW, all the signs out front say, "premium touchless" or "touch free" carwash. About the vacuums, they're only free to local monthly members because so many beachy tourists in rental cars kept 'taking' free vacuum electricity - leaving only a mess and large electric bill. Both vacuums require a few quarters now to offset the beach-sand issue. In the 95,000 washes completed since opening in 2019, only twelve people have complained. Every complaint or problem or question can be solved by simply calling the mobile phone number on the huge banner in front of the car wash. We always cherish person-to-person constructive feedback.
