After waiting 15 minutes our car was finally served, the staff was on the phone and was very disrespectful and had a lot of attitude, didn't finish rolling up the window before having water thrown at my face, the staff had done this intentionally. Poor customer service.

I don't know the name of the young man who was working the day I was there, but he did an excellent job of prewashing and wiping down the car. He works Mondays and Thursdays.

Wasted my time coming here. Website still has the sunset special up yet was told they stopped doing it. Why don’t you update the misinformation on your site for customers? This place seems a bit unprofessional overall. Usually sit and wait for someone to come out and they’re usually on a personal phone call yet never answer their business phone. The whole place needs a fix as well.

Detailing, damaged my glove box. Went back ,asked if they had something to buff out the gouge. Gentleman came back with vinyl shine, told me "at least it'll look better" and blamed another person for the damage. They never vacuumed the rear of my vehicle,didn't do a great job up front either! 😔

They have good prices and it does the job. I went here after getting the truck FILTHY and it cleaned up nicely going through. The guys also come around when you go through and dry your car which is a great perk.

Attempted to get my car washed for the first time here today and although the open sign was not lit up, the garage doors were open and items were outside. Not to mention it was 11:30AM and normal business hours according to the website. Drove around back and the only individual I saw was on their cell phone and slowly paced further away toward the front of the building until they disappeared. Turned my car around and left, guess I'll find somewhere where actual staff are present and not awkwardly trying to avoid me

Their credit card machine has been down for at least a month now. No sign stating this. Not sure if it’s the same owner, but they used to be good.

These guys used to be great, and I always left them a nice tip! Recently they closed while people are in line, for “lunch break” which I get, but leave one guy to at least run the cars through, I’ll freakin dry it off myself. Frustrating to get there and then they close up with customers in line! Not so friendly customer service! I drove up yesterday at 11, one guy there, he gets in his truck and leaves with the OPEN sign still lit! I’m baffled… maybe they hate their jobs but we used to love them!

My son bought a used car from a private seller, we decided to get it detailed here. The man who detailed it could not have been any nicer, and definitely takes pride in his work. Very impressed with the job that he did on my son’s car.

I ordered the premium service $30.00 when it was done my car was dirty. I brought it back and showed them and they put it through the wash again. I was upset because the car is only a year old and it wasn't that dirty to begin with. So when I got it after an hour being there I expected a nice clean car. At least they resolved my complaint and cleaned the dirt off it. So just check your car after they clean it. I took pictures but unfortunately it's on my other phone.

Bare minimum car wash with no vacuums and there was still dirt on the front of my car. The worker was super kind to let me borrow the shop one, but not impressive to maintain a membership

Super friendly! You do sit in your car, which was fine. My grandson has never been to a car wash so it was our adventure. The guys talked and explained the process to him. Great car wash and affordable at any budget

Place seems to be in it's death bed. Attentdent was not around, had to look for him. Three cars in line. Then when it was my turn he pre sprays only the left side of the car- what's the point? $15 and the car upon exit was still dirty.

I've come here for my car wash every time. They usually only have one or two guys working it, so it's not the fastest or most efficient service you'll probably find in the area, but it gets the job done at a relatively cheap price. They have some good deals if you get your car washed frequently or if you go at the right time of day (after 3 or 4 pm I think). They usually wipe your car off when it comes out the other side.

Website says “sunset car was” $5.99 plus tax from 3:30 -5:30 pm. Was told it was discontinued over a year ago. Worker commented that I could contact the owner, using a slur to describe the owner. Said could do the car wash for$9 and charged the credit card $11. First and last time there for me.

Went here today, picked silver wash. Less then 2 min total car wash for $15, that includes underwash and rims and cloth dry at the end. Car was still dirty. It did not even clean head lamps and windshield. Forget about rims. I will not go here again. Better go to coin dropp car wash and do it yourself.
