This car was got my car clean, which is what most do, HOWEVER, the 2 workers here kicked it!! They did a very thorough prewash, by hand, and met me at the end to dry. They made the difference. This is now my go-to.

I must say I am totally disappointed. I have taken my car to the one on Broadwater for years and this last time one of the sprayers was broke and was shooting out like a jet. It blew the cover off of my side view mirror and cracked the outside frame. I complained and they refuse to fix it because they can't prove it. Well I had to get the cover out from the car wash. Also they said they have signs that say they are covered or what not but isn't that if the car wash is working properly? Not only did the gentleman I spoke with admit it was not working correctly but I also was kind enough to let him know that brushes were rocking my car and he also admitted to getting calls on that. It is Christmas time and I am a single mother who can not afford to fix my car. I think it is wrong they won't fix what is clearly their fault. I will never use them again.

The service of getting my vehicle clean has always been just fine. It's just that the tire guiding track somehow tears up the inside of my tires! WITH MY HANDS OFF of the steering wheel.

I love the unlimited car wash monthly pass and that I can use it at any of their locations. Wherever I am at in town I am only a 5 minute drive from a car wash. I like that they are touchless, I dont trust those heavy cleaning brushes on my car.

Used to be a decent place to get your car washed. Absolute bare minimum now! Employees clearly don't like their jobs! They dried off my side mirrors and that was the only place they touched my truck! Won't be back.

July 9 I had an exceptional experience here having arrived from out of town and having trouble with the credit card reader at the pump. The fellow who helped me also gifted me with a car wash, which I had been trying to purchase but the transaction did not go through. He was very patient and I appreciated it.

The original in Billings and still, BY FAR, the BEST! Don's new touchless system is the only one that still gets my car super clean. I love the new monthly and yearly packages. The system scans my windshield and I just drive right on through. No hassle with getting out my wallet or even getting out of my car. I swear by Don's and won't take my car anywhere else!

Got a free car wash from an oil change. The guys really got my truck clean. I just got to town after driving a pretty long distance. They got all the bugs and nastiness off my vehicle and it looked great!! If the free wash was this good I bet the paid washes are great! Thanks guys!!

Ok so I'm from out of town and when I used to live here I can remember Don's car wash was a friendly business, well I came to billings on the 25th of December and about 2days after being in town I washed my car, but as I got closer to billings I heard their ad on the radio stating how wonderful their car wash is and like I said (it was a good car wash when I lived here before). So I pulled up to the gas pumps and I go inside to pay, I greet Nicole, the cashier (didn't get a greeting back )andI ask for $25 in fuel and the $14 car wash, so she puts the fuel in and then the car wash, well I could see she was having problems with the register and I was very patient, she voided the transaction and I asked her to put $20 in fuel instead, she proceeded in the manner of ripping the receipt out of the register and said " well now you're going to have to wait" (no problem) while waiting, no conversation, no customer service... . When I paid I gave her a $100 and she sighed and said "I hope I have change".... After giving my change back, still no customer service, I turned to walk out and said "have a good day," Nicole still said nothing. So then I pull up to the car wash and the gentleman starts spraying my car off he came around to the driver's side and as he was on that side I pulled up just a little bit thinking I would help him get the rest of my car sprayed off and I didn't realize that I was on the water hose when I saw him tugging on the I backed up a little as I look up at the gentleman I could tell he was irritated shaking his head like I had just ruined his whole day. From dealing with the cashier to the guys who sprayed my car off all of them looked like they were in hell. There was only one person that actually smiled and waved and that was the guy at the end who dried off my car. My whole point in this review is if you're going to advertise the best car wash in town you better have people to back it up because I was not impressed I could have went anywhere else to get my car washed and fuel, but I chose Don's car Wash because their ad said they were the best. I work customer service as a manager, and if my employees acted this way, they would be repremanded. I felt like I was a bother to them. Shame on you Don's car wash.

Very personalized service. Got my car very clean and the free vacuum really sucked! Really, don't know if I've used a vacuum with that much suction before. Price is good compared to the bigger washes that use the brushes. Loved the brushless feature.

Love the carwash subscription, however the auto payment can be somewhat shady. I was billed incorrectly inside of the 30-day billing cycle and they were aware of it. I've held a subscription for years, and it makes me wonder if I was billed incorrectly in the past without my knowledge. Still one of the most convenient subscriptions in Billings, but I would keep a close eye on your bank account.

I like that people actually take care of your car and not just another Billings machine car wash sure some of it is automated but at the beginning the car wash I had three guys making sure my car was clean before it ever hit the automated section and I had an elderly man drying it off faster than the big dog blowers whatever you choose I like a personal touch

Very unhappy with our oil change. Called and tried to make an appointment; they don’t take appointments which is fine but they were very rude about it. Showed up and got a standard oil change. They didn’t show me any of the filters or discuss any of the other fluids until I questioned them. At that point they told me everything was fine but they seemed annoyed by my questions. I smelled something funny when I left. Checked all the fluids when I returned home; oil was overfilled and everything else looked fine. Next day the oil was dripping from 5 places of the chassis. We never previously had a oil leak. Returned and asked them to please help me figure out what was going on. They admitted the filter was put in crooked; therefore it cannot seal and drips out the bottom. They did not wipe up any of the spilled oil on the bottom of the car. Instead they told me I have a rear main seal leak. There were no previous leaks or drips. Went under the car and cleaned everything up myself and there are no more leaks or drips. I would not go back here again.

Bought a gift card at this location. After it was paid for the clerk said the card had to be brought into the cashier each time it was used because the card machine at the car wash entrance would wipe the whole balance. So this guy knows the cards don’t work and will rip off customers and mentions it after you pay. Last gift card I’ll ever buy here.
