I could get my car cleaner by spitting on it and having my two-year-old wipe it down with her diaper. Absolutely terrible never going here again.

absolute WORST car wash ever!wouldn't even remove the road dust, and the rinse doesn't even take what little bit of soap it puts out off....save your money, go elsewhere !!

I got the $8 wash. The only thing it removed from my car was the layer of dirt, and not even all of it. Bugs and bird poop, even a whole bee, still remained. Plus streaks of dirt down the sides when being air dried. Not satisfied.

Small it's clean and and the people are pretty friendly for really small store they do have warm meals like hot dogs and soup which is nice this is the weekend then they don't. Could also use a couple beer specials you know to bring the boys inl you know with their wallets

The car comes out clean. It's hard to argue with that. It didn't try to rip parts off like some other car washes I've been to. That's kind of an important baseline. It's a very good option if you aren't interested is spending quality time with a sponge and a blanket you stole from your child to really baby that paint...

My husband went to dons car wash on main st Friday 12/5/14. They charged his debit card $10, $13.61, and $100 all within about 2 minutes. He called 3 times yesterday to find out what he needed to do, no one called back and the "manager" said they couldn't help him until monday. He called again today and was told that it will be 5-7 business days to be refunded and that this happens all the time. He stated that he probably won't be going there again and that a week for $130 from a car wash is bad business and the manager hung up.

I love that they are available 24 hours and I do take advantage of that, so that I can get my car washed without having to drive through busy Billings traffic. However… They do not answer the phone, and very many times their Blue Coral treatment that I paid for is not working, I’d say about 75% of the time.

I like that there are multiple locations including a 24 hour automatic car wash on First Ave North. My favorite location is on Grand Ave. Best staff and they will wipe down your windshield and front windows. There is free vacuuming and floor mat washing machine. I don't really care for the Main Street location because my car doesn't get very clean and it has dirt still on it after washing.

I paid for the ultimate wash with the undercarriage wash as well. My front and back windshields are still dirty. You can see the windshield wiper outlines still. Plus the bottom around my entire van is still dirty and there is soap still on my roof. Not impressed at all. Won't be going back. Editing to add that I contacted them through their website and they gave me a code to get another car wash at a different location that did much better.
