This place can be a little hit and miss. I've been lucky with the cleaning products I need functioning when I visit. The payment panel has provided some grief though. The bill validator spit out a perfectly crisp single into a puddle and I could no longer use it. It has rejected quarters, again causing drama with money on the wet ground. I attempted to use the credit card reader on another visit. It appeared to work but would not start the machine. Thankfully I did not find charges on my card from this business. It's one of the only U-wash businesses left in the city so I will return. However, I will be more on guard when loading cash and coin in the panel.

Ehhh.... the hose kept spraying where it connected to the pressure washer gun. I really love getting the exact same attention as my car. In fact I think I was soaked and the car should of had all of that glory. Also I'm pretty sure that the count down timer goes was faster than it should. Yes we all feel that way but I swear the thing pick pocketed me. There also is no big gun dryer like they all are starting to have now. I live those things cause the humidity here keeps the car wet forever. Plus they must make like an extra $10 bucks for the dumb dumb that's standing their getting excited watching the beads of water race off and dry.

This place is starting to go downhill after the change of ownership. I used to know the last owner, I’ve been coming here for 15+ years and brought my 3 family cars here. New owner is full of attitude, raises min. price 75% without giving at least an extra minute. Just smells of greed now. I refuse to come back. Now I just got home and the spot free rinse didn’t even leave my car “spot free” 🤡 I remember for a fact it definitely used to.

I wish i could give 0 stars. This is the worst car wash I have been too for water pressure. You can't even spray off bird poop. I called them a month ago and told them and they said we are sorry we will fix it . A month later it's the same. if you want high pressure with more than your hose at home do not go here. Do not waste your money like I have 2 times.

This Is absolutely one of the worst car washes in cape coral. There is little to no water pressure and it's been like that for months.... I could get over the no water pressure if they actually had soap or triple foam.... But every single time I go they're out of both. Half the time there's leaks in the hoses And and when they miraculously do have soap it's water down nothing... You try to get a hold of the owner and nobody answers or ever gets back to you.. So If you don't care about wasting money and time go to this place otherwise I suggest to not even look at it.

$11.25 for a quick wash? I washed my altima quickly and pressed the round button on the credit card reader and the water shut off, and the charge meter stopped incremental at $6.25. A week later my credit card was charged $11.25!!! BEWARE!!! use cash only and avoid the bay closest to the automatic bay...poor pressure!!

The facility is clean overall, but there are more than a few things that could be better. The mechanicals in the self-service bay that I used we're in poor condition. The pressure wash wand put out far less pressure than other self-service car washes I've used. Specifically, my wand leaked at the connection between the hose and the wand itself. This is certainly going to affect pressure, but it also gets the customer wet. I don't expect to come away from a self-service car wash like this dry, but I probably got as much water on myself as I did on my vehicle. The soap brush applicator also leaked from the hose connection. So not only am I wet, but now I'm also soapy. On top of that there was as much product on the ground as was coming out of the brush. Finally, the directions at the vacuum and at the terminal were less than clear. If you use a credit or debit card, you need to know where the stop button is, otherwise the timer's going to continue to run and you're going to continue to spend money. Please label the stop button at each vacuum and on every terminal. Unfortunately, these conditions reflect upon the owner and those who maintain the business. With all of the new car wash businesses opening in the Cape, competition is going to increase and businesses like this need to stay on top of their game.

I think if you pay$10 for car wash, you should get vacuuming for free.

This is the only place near by that you can bring your boat to wash after a day out on the water that is the closest to Matlacha. It was clean, and the wash worked well. And the cost of the wash wasn't bad at all. Well worth the drive to wash my boat.

I was nervous because I had a bad experience at a different car wash not too long ago. When I got there, Thank God it was touch free or touchless. I got the highest price that included everything and it was only $15, and to my surprise, it really did take care of my car with different washes and coating plus waxing. When I came out I really could tell the difference even by looking from the inside, you could see my car glossing. I was like wow. Great experience. I found my new car wash spot!

Two separate weeks two separate bays and both times the foam brush didn't work at ALL! Thanks for stealing my money two weeks in a row. You won't fool me a third time.

They were out of tire cleaner in the stall I was using, but overall everything was working good and for the price you pay to do it yourself was excellent. I would give a 5 star rating, if the tire cleaner spray was working

After a road trip from Wisconsin to Florida, our truck was plastered with bugs. No issues with the equipment here. Cost was about $10 for a full wash of the truck (I skipped the brush though to prevent scratching the paint). Very convenient that you can just swipe your card and not have to dump quarters in every few minutes as well!

Bill and Carlos did an exceptional job hand washing my car, only took about 25 minutes, and it was only $25. There really aren’t any other places in the area that do 100% hand washes, and a lot of people in this area are on hard well water which isn’t ideal for spot-free cleaning. It’s good to know I have a place to take my car where I can trust it’ll be taken care of by fellow car enthusiasts, but if I feel like doing it myself, they have self-service bays too. I highly recommend taking your car here, especially if it’s something special that needs a little extra care.

I have been using this drive through car wash for many years. The last 3 visits with the super wash I have noticed a major difference in the wash job. My car is still dirty and when I went through the dryer section I noticed soap suds running down onto my windshield so the rinse isn't thorough either. I am sad to say I won't be returning.

This location needs a bit of review support. Came here the other night after getting my black car rinsed with a sprinkler. For my car’s color, I prefer touch free to prevent swirls. First time I ever seen such a cool machine. Laser focus design and precise. I did the $15 package and was pleased. I got down and wiped off a bit of soap residue but that has been my experience with many car wash machine. P.S: I did an intense search for touch free car washes and this one was the only one. For the owner; Keep it like that! Appreciate it.
