This💲Dollar💲Tree🎄 is alot bigger than most of the other stores.. And to be quite honest, this 1 has never been horribly unorganized while I have been in the store. Most of the stores I have been in have boxes in the isle ways blocking items and just super chaotic!!

This dollar tree location is the cleanest best stocked location I've visited. The store is on my street and the staff have begun to recognize me and are alwaysvery friendly. I enjoy coming in and bringing my children we always find the coolest things.

Great store and location. Very clean compared to other locations. Noel is a fantastic manager there too! Kindest of soles and really cares about his customers. I had a very long busy day and realized i paid more at a different location than what bought.. Noel went above and beyond to fix the situation and paid for what i lost! Wasnt expected at all!!! Thank you!

I normally like this location location because it's new and organized. The lady behind the counter helping me was very sweet and kind but another lady, who must have been her boss by the way she was acting, was passive aggressive and not friendly. She was this way towards the lady behind the counter in front of me. This may just be the dollar Tree, but that ladies behavior was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I left feeling upset and uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location again for that reason.

“I love Dollar Tree because you can find anything you need for crafts at a good price. The only problem is they have few associates, and the store is never organized.”

Busy today! Had to leave to hit another store on my agenda.. Left my items up front n let cashier know I'd BRB.. I returned to my items still waiting for me to cash out.. Employees handled business extremely well! New young lady cashier... Good job!! To All those obnoxious impatient thrifty customers... Knock it off!! those cashiers put up with a lot of BS.. TRY Thanking them for making it possible to stretch your $$... Close to home And not have to deal with the sometime uncertainty of the process online.

I meant to share this earlier: I went to the store just before 1:30 on October 14th. I'd never been to this location before. The store is spacious, and it was well-stocked. Most importantly, the young fellow at the check stand was friendly and efficient! Kudos on your great employees.

It's a dollar store. Expectations are never high. This store was pretty clean and orderly. Staff didn't seem super motivated to open a second register quickly to check out customers. Sometimes a little acknowledgement or announcement that another register will be opening shortly goes a long way toward good customer service.

If i could rate this location with 0 stars I would, and it was all because of the manager there. This happened a couple days ago. As soon as I walked in the “manager” started following me and my kids. Every isle I was in I would turn around and she’d be right there! At one point she was way too close with my 3 year old, that’s actually when I became uneasy. So I decided I was going to test her, I went to an isle a couple rows down and continued with my shopping. Sure enough a couple minutes later and she’s right there on the same isle as me! At this point I was already upset, I have my 2 kids with me Ive never stolen anything, so why is she following me? I decided to go 4 isles down towards the back of the store just test one more time if she was following me specifically. As I continue my shopping I turn around and she’s right there! Again! I turn around and I confront her; I asked her why she was following me she replies with “I’m not following you, I’m doing my job” i tell her she’s been following me all over the store and I feel very uncomfortable so please stop. (I was not the only one at the store, I was the only one with kids though). She says “If you feel uncomfortable then just leave just leave” I tell her I’m not leaving, I came to do shopping and Im not bothering anyone, she’s the one following and bothering me making me feel harassed. And She continued to reply with “just leave then, just leave”. I told her to leave me alone, and stop following me. and she looked over and saw some unpacked boxes in that same row and her reply was “I need to unpack those boxes Im not going anywhere.” I immediately get out of that isle and I tell her by all means do your job and leave me alone, stop following me. At that point I was already feeling uncomfortable and unsafe I didn’t want to be there no more. So I left my cart and decided to leave. She follows after saying “you can’t just leave your cart full of stuff, I have better stuff to do, that’s not how you’re supposed to shop, next time you come I’m going to ban you” I just ignored her and left. Something happened in the store next door so there was a police car outside. I felt a lot safer putting my 2 year old and my 3 year old in my truck. I left with an uncomfortable experience, I’m most likely never going there again.

I think Dollar tree is the only place you can still get Donald duck orange juice and cracker jacks. At least I can't find them anywhere else so, I shop here a lot. *Edit* when did this dollar tree start profiling people? I have been coming in here for a year or so and never been treated poorly until tonight. I have a small pack that holds my wallet, phone, charger, and a bottle of water. It's about the same size as an average size women's purse but, the attendant insisted that it was a large bag and I might be a shoplifter so had to leave it up front while women in the store were able to carry their large purses. Why should I have to leave my wallet, phone, car keys, etc.

I go to a lot of Dollar trees and this one by far has the best customer service especially Melissa. Really it's better service than you get at Macy's or Saks fifth avenue. These people are so nice and go above and beyond.

Not too busy today. Aisles are wide enough to shop easily. This store is larger and well stocked. Good parking and handicapped entrance. Doors should be changed to automatically open but someone usually near to help you open it if needed. Checkers polite and efficient to move the checkout lines in a timely manner. Better than the smaller store in Smokey Point.

I love the products they sell!! Although this is my most FAVE Dollar Tree to shop, today wasn't so pleasant. The cashier was treating me as though I was bothering him by attempting to treat him with gratitude & joy. I think he'd have preferred not to be at the store. SO RUDE!!

My favorite Dollar Tree store. The store is so clean, everything is where it belongs, merchandise is put away in the right place. My opinion is this store has the best quality of merchandise. The merchandise is in good condition. I find that this store has different items then the outer ones. I noticed the employees are happier at this location. It's not a overwhelming place. The parking lot is also kept up.

It's a good store, not as bad as the others when it comes to closing time. If you walk in within 45 minutes to closing, they are sure to let you know and anytime within a half hour, you'll definitely be treated like garbage for coming in this late because there's no way the store will stay open 30 seconds past closing time. The Evergreen way in Everything next to Rite aid and Staples is the absolute worst for customer service, especially near closing time. You might as well die so they'll be happy.

Iris, a checkout gal, is the sweetest!! She is always cheerful, kind, and very polite. Keep up the good work, Iris! You're the best sale associate I've ever encountered.

Almost empty store, manager running around talking on her cell phone obviously talking to a friend on the phone for the past 10 minutes. Just kind of hyper & agitated, maybe ADHD or something? Didn't want to be bothered to help check out customers. Did not feel safe with her pacing and gabbing on the phone. Just kind of bizarre, is this normal for this store? No problems with the Marysville downtown or Smoky Pt locations.

Nice clean store. The manager went out of her way to get me my receipt when I accidentally pushed no I didn't want one. Place is big has everything you might need.

The dollar tree is now not just a dollar, so should change their name. They have great items to choose from and thankfully tag the price well so yoy do not get something for $5 when you're looking for cheaper options. Overall it's pretty good. Just a lot of transient activity and the workers get harassed consistently.
